Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of using of talking chip technique to student learning outcomes at grade 7 SMPN 1 IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan. Research method that used is quasi experimental with randomized control group only design. The population is student of grade 7 SMPN 1 IV Jurai listed in the academic year 2012/2013. Cluster random sampling technique was used in this research, and choosed 7.3 as the control group and 7.1 as the experiment group. Data is the learning outcome in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspect. Instrument was the achievement test on the cognitive, observation sheet for affective and scoring rubric on psychomotor. This research found that learning outcomes in physics using technique talking chip higher than the other group. Conclusion of research was the hypothesis there is a significant influence on using of techniques talking chips on student’s learning outcomes in science physics at grade 7 SMPN 1 IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan acceptable real level of 0.05. Abstract

The achievement of students' physics competency get increasing by using one oflesson material that have variation and learning model which can increase the student's activity learning. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of using module by orientation the guidance inquiry learning model into materiall momentum and harmonic movement toward achievement of physic compentency at X grade students of SMAN 2 Padang Panjang This research categorized Pre-Experimental Design with the plan of One Shot Case Study. The population are all of the X grade students of SMA N 2 Padang Panjang in academic year 2016/2017. The sample determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data of this research include the achievement of attitude competency, knowledge, and skill. These get from assessment observation sheet, then described and analysis into graph from. The data of knowledge competency achievement got from post test. The data of skill competency achievement got from assessment sheet work show. Then, the data of competency knowledge achievement and skill connected with learning score at using module by orientation the guidance inquiry learning model. The data of knowledge competition achievement and skill analyzed by using simple linear regression test and the connection of two variable test. After doing the research then continue with analyze the reasearch data, it can be concluded that the using of module by orientation guidance inquiry learning get significant influencing toward the students' achievement physics competency at class X SMA N 2 Padang Panjang. At attitude competency shows the good result although it got the score change at each meeting. The use of module by orientation guidance inquiry learning model get influence into knowledge competency achievement as percentage as 21,26% and the skill competency achievement as percentage as 20,27%

Abstract

Learning material which is used in Physics learning should support to achieve of core competencies in curriculum 2013 comprehensively. In fact learning material which is used in school doesn’t intregrated four core competencies comprehensively yet. A solution to solve this problemis to apply the learning material by including the comprehensive competencies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the description, validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning material.  The type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The research design to perform the limited test is bofore and after treatment. The object of this research is a learning material by including the comprehensive competencies. The instruments which are used in this research as follow test validation sheet, practicality test sheet, and effectiveness test sheet consisting of the test result of the study, spiritual attitude observation, emotional attitude observation, and students skill assessment. Product and data analysis techniques are analysis of product validity, analysis of practicality, and analysis of effectiveness. Based on the data analysis that has been done can be stated two research result. First, the product description is already appropriate design that consist of learning guidance, competencies, learning material, supporting information, exercises, worksheet, evaluation, and feedback; and the validity of the learning material are very valid with average value 84.85. Second, the value of the practicality of learning material are very practice with average value 83.54 and it is effective used in Physics learning

Abstract

Physics is a subject that can produce young people who are productive, creative, innovative. Physics lessons require students to understand and solve existing environmental problems in real life. With the ability to think critically, creatively, collaboratively, and communicate can be developed to equip students to face challenges in the 21st century. However, the real conditions in schools show that physics is not running optimally. To help the learning process, learning resources are needed. One of the learning resources needed to overcome this problem is teaching material in the form of Student Worksheets. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of HOTS-Oriented Student Worksheets in the guided inquiry model. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Brog and Gall model. The object of the research was HOTS-oriented Student Worksheets in guided inquiry models on the material of Straight Motion, parabolic motion, and circular motion in class X SMA / MA. The results of the research data were obtained from the results of the validity of 3 physics lecturers from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNP. Based on data analysis from the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the average value of HOTS-oriented worksheet validation in the guided inquiry model in the material of straight motion, parabolic motion, and circular motion is 82.3. Thus HOTS-oriented behavior in guided inquiry models in the material of straight motion, parabolic motion, and circular motion is at a very high level of validity.

Abstract

Achievement of learning outcomes will be achieved by students if the optimal instructional materials used have a concept of meaningfulness between concepts with each other and create a fun learning environment, here by increasing the student’s motivation. To achieve this goal, the learning type Cooperative  MURDER  is a model for effective learning to improve student learning outcome.Therefore , this study aimed to examine the effect of the use of teaching materials based Advance Organizer through cooperative learning model MURDER on student learning outcomes SMA Negeri 3 Solok. This research is quasi- experimental. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use teaching materials based on the Advance Organizer cooperative learning model MURDER on the real level of 0.05

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the value of the validity of constructivist-based physics teaching materials in inquiry learning. The type of research used is research and development (R & D). To achieve this goal, research (R & D) consists of: potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product testing, and product revision. The instrument used is a validation sheet that has been validated by experts. Based on the results of validation by experts, the instrument used is having an average value of 90.83 with valid criteria.Based on the data analyzed there are research results, namely the average value of validity of constructivist based physics teaching materials in inquiry learning by experts with an average value of 82.3 and have very valid criteria. It can be concluded that physics-based teaching materials are constructivist in incuri learning in momentum subject matter and simple harmonic vibrations are very valid for use in physics learning in tenth grade on the second terms.

Abstract

The still student achievement of competence IPA is caused by several factors, such as the learning process is teachers center, students grade in the learning process is a talk and worksheets  have not been able to motivate students to learn. This grade aims to determine the effect of applying Student Worksheet TANDUR based on the achievement of competence IPA seventh grade students of SMPN 30 Padang.This research is a quasi-experimental research and the grade design used is randomizes Only Control Group Design. The population of this grade were all students of class VII semester of 2 in SMPN 30 Padang in the academic year 2015/2016. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling and cluster random sampling. The sample in this research is class VII-1 as the control class and VII-2 as a class experiment. The instrument used in this grade is the observation sheet to assess the competence Attitude Attitude, Knowledge written test for competence and scoring rubrics for skills competency. Data analysis technique used is the test hypotheses about the equality of two average and regression and correlation.The results of the data analysis is based on research that has been done shows the average value of the competence Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills in a row from the experimental class, namely: 83.750; 76.132; and 78.684. Control classes, namely: 79.044; 73.456; and 77.132. From the test results of the equality of two average on knowledge gained competence t count = 2.136 and t  table = 1,998; the attitude of competence obtained t count = 2.284 and t table = 1.998; Skills and competencies obtained t count = 2.505 and t table = 1.998. In all three of these competencies obtained t count > t table, then t is outside the reception area of Ho, so Hi be accepted.Level relationship LKS value with the value of competence Knowledge is strong enough, and the effect of LKS at 30.82%. It can be concluded that the application of the Student Worksheet Based TANDUR provide significant impact on the real level of 0.05 against the Learning Outcomes Science Class VII SMPN 30 Padang on Competence Attitude, Knowledge and Skills

Abstract

Student’s compalincy in physic’s material on the senior hight school is not One factor that causes low student competency is the low understanding of students in understanding physics learning material. One solution that will support the achievement of all student physics competencies both from knowledge competencies, religious attitudes, social attitudes, and skills is the use of handouts. The handout designed in this study aims to investigate the effect of using handouts on Newton's legal material with a comprehensive intelligence on the generative learning model on the competency achievement of class X students at SMAN 5 Padang. Type of research is a quasi experimental research with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The research population was all students of grade X students of SMAN 5 Padang who were enrolled in the Academic Year 2017/2018. Sampling technigue was pourposive sampling with class X MIA 3 as the experimental class and class X MIA 4 as the control class. The research instruments were in the form of learning outcomes tests for knowledge competencies, attitude observation sheets and skills competency performance assessment sheets. The data analysis technique uses comparism mean test, a simple linear regression test, and a correlation test at the 0.05 significance level for knowledge competence, while for competency attitudes and skills using graphics.

Abstract

Integration of other knowledge that relevant to physics is important to reach of national learning outcome. Today, worksheet that integrated MSTDC is not available.  To solve the problem is make worksheets that integrating MSTDC on web especially in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT). Purpose of this research were to determine validity, practicality, and effectively of worksheet. Instruments that are used for validation sheet, practicality sheet, pretest and posttest sheets, and observation sheet the character of students. Data are analyzed by describing, graphs, descriptive, and correlated. The result of this research consists of two results. First, worksheet has high validity with value according to lecturers and teachers, respectively 81.05 and 78.05. Second, the value of the practicality worksheets by students is 83.42 and correlated analysis is used to found the effectively of worksheet and worksheet effective to improving learning outcomes with correlated value is -22.18 and improving character of students with correlated value is -17.39

Abstract

Achievement of student learning outcomes in learning Physics is still not as expected. The reason is there are several factors such as the lack of books as learning resources that support students' knowledge and insights beyond the knowledge taught in school. Like an enrichment book, which contains facts about learning so that it helps students better understand learning. In addition, there is no electrical book (E-Book) as the use of technology in science to support learning activities that have an impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, speculation the solution to this problem is the giving of Motion Theme Physics Enrichment E-Books to students of SMAN 2 Padang. This study aims to determine the effect and relationship of E-Book Enrichment of Motion Theme Physics on Student Learning Outcomes Class X of SMAN 2 Padang.The type of research applied was quasi-experimental research with the research scheme Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this studys were all students of class X SMAN 2 Padang who were register in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Sampling for research is done by combining purposive sampling and cluster random sampling techniques. The sample in this study were 72 students from class X MIPA 2 as an experimental class and class X MIPA 3 as a control class. The research instrument consisted of a demonstration assessment sheet of critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis and two average similarity tests.The results showed that there was an influence on student learning outcomes which was significant from the giving of the Motion Theme Physics Enrichment E-Book and there was a significant correlation of the giving of the Motion Theme Physics Enrichment E-Book to student learning outcomes for knowledge and skill competencies at the 0.05 level. It can be seen in the analysis of the data, that for knowledge competencies and skills the value of th is in the rejection area of Ho which means that student learning outcomes experience significant differences for the two competencies.
