Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is in the form of annual reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the period 2016–2020. The number of observations in this study was 688 consisting of 28 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. The sampling technique used0was purposive sampling with several criteria that the researchers determined. The analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of software for the operating system called eviews version 9.0. The results of this study prove that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a significant effect on stock prices; Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices; Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant effect on stock prices; Asset growth has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personal factors, social factors, the performance of village officials on the success of the MSME-based economy, either directly or indirectly mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. This study followed an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research design. The object of this research is Mojokerto Regency, Sooko District, Kedungmaling Village. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of all communities receiving the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in 2021 is 72 people. Sampling using saturated sampling. The results of the study: 1) Personal factors have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 2) Social factors have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 3) The performance of the village apparatus does not affect the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 4) Personal factors have a positive and significant impact on the success of the MSME-based economy. 5) Social factors have a positive and significant impact on the success of the MSME-based economy. 6) The performance of the village apparatus has no effect on the success of the MSME-based economy. 7) The satisfaction of BLT recipients has no effect on the success of the MSME-based economy. 8) Personal factors have an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 9) Social factors have an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients. 10) The performance of the village apparatus has an indirect effect on the success of the MSME-based economy mediated by the satisfaction of BLT recipients.

Abstract

The contribution of this research is 1) to find out the role of Green Products related to Purchase decisions, 2) to know the role of Green Packaging related to Purchase decisions, and 3) to know the role of Green Products and Green Packaging to Purchase decisions. The form of research used is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. This study used a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire to collect primary data. The population in this study were residents of Prasung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. The total population of Prasung village is 5,589 people, with a research sample of 98 respondents. Based on the research results, the Green Product variable has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions, while the Green Packaging variable significantly affects Purchase Decisions. Together, green products and green packaging have a significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Test the influence of social influence, perceived ease of use, attitude, and perceived usefulness on the intention to use mobile banking and test the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the attitude of the people of DKI Jakarta during the co-19 pandemic. The sample used in this study is people who have an income and live in DKI Jakarta and who have a bank account. The type of sampling technique used in this study is a convenience sampling technique. This research has involved 204 respondents. Research results: 1) Social influence can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Perceived ease of use can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Attitude can positively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 4) Perceived usefulness cannot negatively and significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 5) Perceived ease of use can influence attitude positively and significantly. 6) Perceived usefulness can influence attitude positively and significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of participative leadership, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. This research uses causal-comparative research. The research object is the transportation service company PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. This research utilizes 77 respondents. The results prove that participative leadership, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. This research proves a strong influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the payroll system and internal control of the payroll system at PT. Zikrul Hakim Bestari Surabaya Branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data were collected by interview and documentation methods. The results showed that the payroll system carried out by PT. Zikrul Hakim Bestari Surabaya Branch has gone through the system: AppSheet, Sisfo Audit and Payroll. The head office in Ciawi, Bogor, carries out payroll. The only function that is applied is the payroll function and the financial function; even then, it is carried out by the same person. Documents used in the payroll process are employee attendance lists and salary slips. Human errors occur in the company's payroll process (data entry errors). Internal control of payroll at PT. Zikrul Hakim Bestari Surabaya Branch has done well, although not optimally. This can be seen from the dual tasks that occur in the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) to analyze the level of financial literacy of adolescents in Jabodetabek, (2) to analyze the impact of the dimensions of financial literacy on consumptive behaviour, (3) to analyze the impact of social media usage on the consumptive behaviour,4) analyze the impact of socio-demographic factors the consumptive behaviours type of research is quantitative and qualitative, and the data source is primary data (questionnaire). The method used is descriptive analysis method and analysis of Structural Equation Modemodellingartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result is level of financial literacy of the late adolescent is well-literate, with a percentage of 44%. Financial knowledge and socio-demographic factors do not significantly affect delinquent adolescent consumptive behaviour. Financial attitudes, financial behaviour and social media usage significantly impact the late adolescent workforce in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine social media, learning media and the internet on accounting students' interest in learning during a pandemic. This type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The data processed in this study consisted of students of the Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University accounting study program class of 2018-2019. Observations made in this study by distributing online questionnaires to accounting students from the 2018-2019 class as a method of data collection. Then obtained as many as 220 respondents by using the slovin formula in sampling. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the analysis technique of validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26 software. The results of this study prove that social media has a significant effect on accounting students' learning interest during a pandemic; learning media has a significant effect on accounting students' interest in learning during a pandemic; the internet has had a significant effect on the learning interest of accounting students during a pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influences of workload on employee performance with work stress as a variable intervening on employee of Aria Villas Seminyak. This study used all population because the total of employee only 40 people and this study called study on population. From 40 employee only 32 responses the questionnaire. The research data analyzed by Smart PLS version 4.0.9 program. The results of this study conclude that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

OFC sales have decreased due to the covid-19 pandemic and continuing efforts to stabilize the business conditions of OFC after the covid-19 pandemic which makes it important for this research to be carried out. The research aims to determine the influence between internal (consumer traits) and external (situational factors) dimensions that influence consumers' online impulse buying. The population in this study are OFC consumers who do online impulse buying at Shopeefood. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people by taking the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The statistical tool used in this research is PLS 3.0. The results show that internal factors which include impulse buying tendencies, shopping enjoyment tendencies, consumer moods have a significant influence on online impulse buying, however, personal situations do not have a significant influence on impulse buying. External factors which include e-store atmosphere do not have a significant effect on impulse buying online, but Motivational activities by retailers and Product attributes have a significant influence on impulse buying.
