Abstract

Along with the development of current technological advances, innovations have emerged in the financial sector that provide online loan services and are called fintech lending. The behavior of borrowing money has also shifted from offline to online due to the convenience features provided during the loan process. This change in behavior can be an opportunity for online loan service providers to making strategies to increase fintech lending users. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and locus of control on the financial behavior of fintech lending users. The determination of the sample was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis technique and SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that the perceived ease of use and locus of control variables have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, while the perceived risk variable does not have a significant effect on the financial behavior of generation Z in fintech lending users in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of free trial experience and aesthetic design on buying interest Genshin Impact game products in Surabaya. A quantitative approach is used to answer the research problem formulation. The research sample consisted of 95 respondents who used the Genshin game in Surabaya. The data analysis technique is carried out using partial least square analysis using the SmartPLs program. The research results show that free trial experience and aesthetic design have a significant positive effect on interest in purchasing Genshin game products in Surabaya.

Abstract

Community economic empowerment is an effort to improve community welfare through increasing capacity and active participation in economic activities. One method that can be used to achieve community economic empowerment is asset-based community development (ABCD). The ABCD method takes a relational approach and utilizes the potential and resources that exist in the community. This approach focuses on identifying and empowering existing local resources, such as skills, knowledge, community networks and natural assets. Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) as a women-based social organization has an important role in empowering the community economy at the grassroots. The role of Fatayat NU Bawean in empowering the community's economy through an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach. The first is to provide training in the form of Entrepreneur Workshop Activities. Assistance with halal certification for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Products. Third, they provide access to local product marketing to increase awareness and visibilty. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing the Miles and Huberman field data analysis model. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with the NU Bawean Fatayat Branch (PC) administrators and the local community, while secondary data was gathered from magazines, articles and books.

Abstract

The development of globalization has made all activities inseparable from technological assistance, including the digital investment sector. The increasing number of investors have made various digital investment applications compete to find users by improving the quality of service and brand image. The purpose of this studywas to analyze the effect of e-service qualityand brand image on the intention to reuse the Bibit application. This research was conducted in the Jabodetabek area using a quantitative method. The sample studied was Bibit application users in Jabodetabek and aged between 17-30 years as many as 160 people selected using a voluntary sampling technique. The data processing method uses SEM-PLS with the Smart PLS application 3. The results show that there was a positive and significant effect of e-service quality and brand image on the interest in reusing the Bibit application. others and can add other variables such as promotions and ease of use to interest in reusing Bibit

Abstract

Capital structure is the ratio between the company's long-term debt and equity capital in a company. There are several factors that can affect the capital structure itself, such as profitability, company size, sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity on the capital structure of the company. The subject of this research is non-financial companies that are included in the LQ45 company sector. The method used is multiple regression analysis method. The samples in this study were 37 companies selected by purpose sampling method. The result of this research is profitability, company size, sales growth and asset structure have no effect on capital structure while liquidity has influence on capital structure.

Abstract

Perceived organizational support is known that employees feel lacking in the perception of organizational support provided by the company to employees. Employee engagement with rapid technological changes and a very dynamic environment in every aspect of human life. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, employee engagement on employee performance, Work Motivation on employee performance. This research uses a correlation research design. The sample for this research consisted of 40 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The statistical tool used is SPSS. The research results show that perceived organizational support does not significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research carried out by the author is to analyze the composition of investment portfolios (asset allocation) that can provide the most optimal returns to provide high returns with certain risks. The approach used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis used is a descriptive method and a quantitative method, which is limited to the Pension Fund investment portfolio data at PT. IAI Financial for the 2019-2022 period. This research shows that the first proportion shows the average return generated is 12.5 with the same risk, namely 1.44. The second proportion uses the Markowitch approach. The average return generated is 5.20 with the same risk, namely 1.44. Based on the analysis of optimizing investment instruments at PT. IAI Financial above shows that the IAI Pension Fund investment results have not been able to provide optimal results, so the financial manager at PT. IAI Financial needs to look for new investment alternatives with proportions that can increase risk and return.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of female board of commissioners, female finance directors and CFO variability on the quality of accruals in manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. This research used 195 companies as samples using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that female board of commissioners and CFO variability have a significant effect on accrual quality, while female financial directors do not have a significant effect on accrual quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA, ROE, ROS, and NPM) on stock prices. The population in this study are consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The retrieval method uses the Purposive Sampling method. Samples were collected from 8 consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 - 2022. The research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests. While hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability (ROA, ROE, ROS, and NPM) has a positive and significant effect on the company value of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2020.

Abstract

In many organizational sectors, transformational leadership has been recognized as a leadership style that greatly affects worker performance and job satisfaction. The objective of this systematic assessment of the literature is to explore how transformational leadership impacts organizational performance. This research shows that there is a positive relationship between employee performance and transformative leadership, using a review of studies undertaken in different contexts and sectors. Additionally, this review highlights aspects of organizational performance that are influenced by transformational leadership. These findings confirm the transformative potential of transformational leadership in a variety of organizational settings and provide insight for leaders aiming to foster productive work environments.
