Abstract

The Tanimbar District Government's policy to replace traditional markets has received various responses from the public. Conflict over market management by the Olilit village government because it is the village's original source of income. The research method used was conducting in-depth interviews with local government and village communities. The research findings are (1). The local government has not considered the sources of economic income and employment for the village community. (2). The community refused to be relocated to the new market. (3). There needs to be socialization of regional spatial planning.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a serious threat to global health. According to the World Health Organization in 2016 stated that 70% of all world deaths and more than half of the disease burden. The longer the patient has DM with increased blood glucose levels, the higher the possibility of complications occurring and the effect on disturbing the patient's sleep pattern. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of suffering from DM and complications of DM on the sleep quality of DM sufferers at Dr M Haulussy Hospital, Ambon. This is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 52 outpatients at the internal medicine polyclinic at Dr M Haulussy Ambon Hospital and the sampling technique was total sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between duration of DM and sleep quality in DM patients with a p value of 0.014 <0.05 and there was a relationship between DM complications and sleep quality in DM patients with a p value of 0.009 <0.05. Based on this research, it is hoped that it can be input for health workers, especially nurses, to prevent complications of DM so that the patient's sleep quality is also good.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether e-commerce and accounting information systems affect the performance of SMEs. The type of research used in this research is research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was cluster random sampling technique with a total of 350 respondents in Sungailiat District. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that e-commerce and accounting information systems have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs in the industrial sector in Sungailiat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Company Growth and Company Size on Firm Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in the Car Industry on the China Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used a path test with structural equation modeling (SEM) with the partial least squares (PLS) method and 2023 SmartPLS Program. The results showed that: (1) Current ratio has no direct significant effect on firm value, (2) Company growth has a direct significant effect on firm value, (3) Company size has no direct significant effect on firm value, (4) ROE has a direct significant effect on firm value (5) Current ratio has a direct significant effect on ROE, (6) Company growth has no direct significant effect on ROE, (7) Company size has a direct significant effect on ROE, (8) ROE does not mediate significant effect between the current ratio and firm value, (9) Company ROE does not mediate a significant effect between firm growth and firm value, (10) ROE does not mediate a significant effect between firm size and firm value.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the curriculum and learning system in Islamic boarding schools of the Salaf, through textual and contextual understanding. Existing problems are answered through library research. The results showed that the curriculum and learning system at the Salaf Islamic Boarding School were as follows: First, formally no written and documented learning objectives were found, but concretely in the field obtained instructions for instructional learning objectives which ended so that the students had knowledge and noble character. Second, the method used is the wetonan method and the sorogan method. Third, the material he teaches still prioritizes recitation of the yellow book; namely classical religious books as teaching materials, but the focus and attention still refers to the development of morals and self-reliance. Fourth, evaluation. Evaluation of curriculum components has never been carried out. Formally, there are no indicators of success in achieving educational goals, no due diligence on curriculum materials, as well as teaching and learning strategies..

Abstract

The corridor of Ciledug Raya road or H.O.S. Cokroaminoto road, Ciledug, Tangerang City is developing very rapidly, especially the development of urban development and trade in the region. The development of community activities affects the use of land use functions related to social interaction spaces and community activities. This study aims to determine the occurrence of land use changes along the Ciledug Raya road, Tangerang City. The study was conducted through qualitative descriptive observation to explore information with detailed depictions so as to obtain an in-depth view of the causes of the disappearance of housing along the Ciledug highway. The results of the study show that land use is caused by an increase in activities and maximization of land to be of economic value due to open access as a place of trade. The result of this study is that changes in the use of residential land are caused by an increase in activities, additional interactions, changes in the state of buildings to changes in the use of buildings on residential land..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Distress and Firm Life Cycle. The researcher used the sampling method by Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques by collecting financial reports and annual reports of mining companies from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive effect on Financial Distress and Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on the Firn Life Cycle. Where the value of R Square of Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Distress is 0,109 or the effect is 10,9% and the value of R Square of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Firm Life Cycle is 0,032 or the effect is 3.2%, the rest is influenced by other variables not described in this research.

Abstract

For the purposes of the judicial process, investigators, public prosecutors, or judges with the approval of the Notary Honor Council are authorized to take photocopies of Minutes of Deeds and/or letters attached to Minutes of Deeds or Notary Protocols in the Notary's custody. However, in practice or the phenomena that occur, the notary cannot show the minutes of the deed that should be kept as a notary protocol. The formulation of the problems in this study What are the legal consequences of a notary not being able to show the minutes of the deed during a police inspection? And What is the form of responsibility of a notary who cannot show minutes of the deed during police investigation? The frame of mind in this research uses the theory of responsibility and the theory of legal consequences.This research uses the type of normative juridical research. The research approach used is the statutory approach, the conceptual approach, the analytical approach and the case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal material is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive law, literature, books, journals and other sources of legal materials. The technique of analyzing legal material is carried out by means of grammatical interpretation and systematic The results of the study show that Legal consequences if the Minuta Deed is destroyed but not due to force majeure, the Notary cannot be held responsible. Legal consequences if the minutes of the deed are destroyed due to a notary's mistake or negligence, the notary must be responsible and may be subject to civil and/or administrative sanctions. as stated in Article 9 paragraph (1) letter d UUJN namely temporary dismissal from his position as a Notary because he has violated the obligations and prohibitions of office

Abstract

Sea Horse (Hippocampus barbouri) breeding is not immune to disease. The gills are the first organ exposed to disease. This study aims to look at the histopathological shape of healthy and diseased gills so that differences can be seen. Seahorse gill samples were fixed with 70% PA alcohol and then histology preparations were made by staining with hematoxylin and eosin (HE). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study found the presence of inflammatory infiltration in healthy gills and hyperplasia in diseased gills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher professionalism variables on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Pematng Siantar Private High School totaling 41 teachers, consisting of Foundation Permanent Teachers and Foundation Non-Permanent Teachers. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the research instrument for the variables of teacher professionalism and teacher performance has valid and reliable criteria, with the condition that the research variables have a normal distribution due to asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) of each variable ≥ α 0.05. The results of the coefficient determination showed that the ability of professional variables to teacher performance was 0.54 or 54%, and had a strong correlation. For the regression equation, it shows the value of the equation Y = 18.442 + 1.739, which means that there is an influence of a positive direction coefficient of professionalism on teacher performance variables in Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School Teachers. The results of the hypothesis show that there is an influence of a positive direction coefficient of professionalism on teacher performance variables in Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School Teachers.
