Abstract

With the emergence of various brands, consumers choose from many brands to ultimately buy a product from a brand. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence brand awareness has on the decision to buy by consumers. This research was conducted at the Saung Ibu Restaurant, Tangerang. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. In this study the authors will conduct research on 120 respondents who are consumers who have made purchases at Saung Ibu Restaurant. The results of the respondents' answers will later be processed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) in knowing how much influence brand awareness has on purchasing decisions and knowing which variables has the most dominant influence. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the results of the simple linear regression test that has been carried out state that Brand Awarzeness (X) has an effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Then based on the results of the T test it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of the brand awareness variable (X) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Furthermore, based on the results of the F test, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of brand awareness (X) on the purchase decision variable (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the R square is 0.702, this means that the influence of the brand awareness variable (X) simultaneously on the purchase decision variable (Y) is 70.2%.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To analyze and explain the application of the differentiation approach to learning activities on the 5th theme of entrepreneurship for students in class VI at SD Negeri Gunung Sari II Makassar, 2) To analyze and explain the effect of applying the differential approach to learning on the 5th theme of entrepreneurship on learning achievement class VI students at Gunung Sari II Public Elementary School, Makassar City. The population in this study were all grade VI of SD Negeri Gunung Sari II Makassar City. Based on the criteria that have been determined, the sample processed is 22 students in the entrepreneurship theme 5 learning activities. The collection of data used is observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and hypothesis testing technique which consists of descriptive statistical analysis and Inferential Statistical Data Analysis using SPSS software version.22. The results of this study indicate that 1) The average score obtained by students in the Class VI Pre Test at SD Negeri Gunung Sari II Makassar City is 69.91 which is in the medium category and the average score obtained by students in the Post Test Class V at SD Gunung Sari II State of Makassar City is 74.14 which is in the medium category. The results show that the use of a differentiation approach in learning activities on the theme of 5 entrepreneurship is effective for class VI students at SD Negeri Gunung Sari II Makassar City. 2) The results of data analysis obtained sig. 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or in other words the value of 0.05 > 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the differentiation approach on learning activities on the 5th theme of entrepreneurship for class VI students at SD Negeri Gunung Sari II Makassar City.

Abstract

This research aims: 1). To find out and explain the efforts of coastal communities, especially fishermen, regarding community exploitation of coastal resources in Biangkeke Village, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. This research will be carried out in Biangkeke Village, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. This research basically describes and analyzes phenomena. social activity events, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The development of coastal community institutions based on local resources will increase community participation in decision making and monitoring of resource potential management. Thus it will better guarantee the continuity of increasing income and preserving its resources. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which has natural characteristics (natural setting) as a direct, descriptive data source. The focus of the research is fishermen. This research basically describes and analyzes phenomena. social activity events, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. Solving problems that exist in research requires in-depth, regular and continuous investigation, in order to find out how the research steps should be. This is very important in the research process that is carried out in a planned and systematic manner. The results of this study indicate that 1). Counseling was held related to coastal areas, location utilization and land conversion in coastal areas right on the shoreline from residential areas to access for fishing boats to obtain natural resource products. 2.) Form farmer groups to empower coastal areas to plant seaweed seeds. 3.) Empowerment as a process of developing, becoming self-sufficient, self-help, strengthening the bargaining position of the grassroots community against pressure forces in all fields and sectors of life. An independent society as a participant means an open space and capacity to develop creative potential, control the environment and its own resources, solve problems independently, and participate in determining the political process in the realm of the state. The community participates in the process of development and governance.

Abstract

Dental students are expected to become professional dentists. For this reason, the learning process that is carried out can be said to be not easy with many courses, tasks that must be completed immediately, and laboratory practices that must be followed. Coupled with the current pandemic situation, dental students must be able to adapt to new learning methods. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of peer social support on academic stress of dental students during a pandemic. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The characteristics of the samples taken were active dentistry students who followed online or hybrid learning methods and took courses supported by laboratory practices. Respondents of this study found 71 people. The measuring instrument of this study used symptoms of academic stress and aspects of peer social support. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.023 (p 0.050) and an R Square value of 0.072 was obtained. This shows the accepted hypothesis, namely the influence of peer social support on academic stress of dental students during a pandemic, where peer social support has an effect of 7.2% on academic stress, while the remaining 92.8% is influenced by other factors. outside of research.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of working capital components such as accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, debt turnover, and the cash conversion cycle on profitability. The research data uses financial reports for food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The statistical tool used is Stata with secondary data types. The result of this research indicates that inventory turnover and the cash conversion cycle has a negative effect on profitability, while debt turnover has a positive effect on profitability and accounts receivable turnover has no effect on profitability. The board of management needs to manage working capital efficiently to maintain the company’s sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of capital structure (DER), liquidity (si Ratio), ownership structure consisting of the Managerial Ownership (KM) and institutional ownership (KI) and company size (Size) on profitability (ROA). The population used is LQ45 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The method of determining the sample used in this research is pur-posive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS-25. The test results show that the Debt to equity ratio and managerial ownership have no significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Cash ratio and Size have a significant negative effect on profitabil-ity (ROA). Institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

The program organized by the Ministry of Health to support this step is the class for pregnant women. Class activities for pregnant women use learning methods, one of which is by discussing the material in the MCH book. The use of the MCH handbook is expected to improve the quality of maternal and child health and nutrition services so that one of the national development goals, namely reducing MMR and IMR, can be achieved. Based on the above, the researcher is interested in conducting research entitled "The Influence of Conducting Pregnant Women's Classes on Knowledge About Birth Preparation in Talaga Village, Mancak District in 2023". Research Objectives: To find out the level of influence of holding pregnant women's classes on knowledge about childbirth preparation. Research Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental with purposive sampling with a sample of 30 people. Data techniques included in univariate analysis using the normalization test and bivariate analysis using the SPSS program statistical calculations. Research results: The results of the Paired Sample Test show that the Sign (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the answer gallery learning strategy in leaving learning outcomes for pregnant women classes in Talaga village, Mancak sub-district. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a significant influence of class knowledge on pregnant women. It is expected that pregnant women can attend classes for pregnant women

Abstract

The Raminten Cabaret Show is an entertainment-based tourist attraction that presents the humorous behavior of actors and actresses who appear on stage where visitors can see various parodies of various famous figures. This makes The Raminten Cabaret Show one of the unique Night Life Tourism Attractions or Urban Night Tourism in the City of Jogjakarta and provides adding value ​​as City Branding to the City of Jogjakarta and can increase interest in visiting the city of Jogjakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely by using primary data collection techniques through interviews with visitors to The Raminten Cabaret show and an in-depth literature study. The results of this study are strategies that can develop Urban Night Tourism in Jogjakarta by focusing on City Branding, Development of Tourist Attractions, and Increasing visits to the city of Jogjakarta. The Raminten Cabaret Show can be used as an alternative for tourism in Jogjakarta because it has a style that is different from other types of tourism and can make City Branding Jogjakarta stronger as a tourist city that has various tourist attractions and can increase interest in visiting the city of Jogjakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing reproductive health video media on adolescent behavior at SD Inpres Bakung 1 Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative analytic research using a quasi-experimental approach. The research design is two groups pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all students at SD Inpres Bakung 1 Makassar City, and a sample of 74 people was divided into two groups, namely 37 people in the intervention group and 37 people in the control group. The sampling technique used inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection technique was through direct interviews using a questionnaire. This research was conducted from March to April 2022. Data analysis used the Mann-Whithney statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of video media on student knowledge with a p-value of 0.011, there was no significant effect of video media on student attitudes with a p-value of 0.102, and there was no significant effect of video media on student behavior with a p-value of 0.180. The results showed that there was a significant effect of 2x video media on students' knowledge with a p-value of 0.000, there was a significant effect of 2x video media on students' attitudes with a p-value of 0.000, there was a significant effect of video media on student behavior with a p-value of 0.005. It was concluded that students must maintain and improve their behavior regarding reproductive health. It is hoped that future research will use different media to measure adolescent behaviour regarding reproductive health.

Abstract

Academic Procrastination is the behavior of postponing school or university tasks, which leads to a pile-up of assignments. Social support is needed to reduce academic procrastination, especially in this Covid-19 situation. The aim of this research is to empirically examine the contribution of parental social support to academic procrastination among students engaged in Distance Learning during the pandemic. Data collection was done using a questionnaire method to measure parental social support (from both fathers and mothers) and academic procrastination. The scales used in this study were the parental social support scale and the academic procrastination scale. The sampling technique employed in this research was non-probability purposive sampling. The results indicate that there is a highly significant contribution of parental social support to academic procrastination among students engaged in Distance Learning during the pandemic, accounting for 11.6% of the variance. The remaining 88.4% is influenced by other factors not covered in the study. The Beta value indicating the influence of the variable of parental social support (father) on academic procrastination is -0.306 (p = 0.007), while the Beta value for parental social support (mother) on academic procrastination is -0.045 (p = 0.690). These results show that the influence of the parental social support (father) variable on academic procrastination is greater than the influence of the parental social support (mother) variable.
