Abstract

Noise is defined as unwanted sound that can cause discomfort to the listener. Airports are one of the public facilities that have a vital role as a gateway for mobility in a city. The large number of planes landing and taking off causes high noise levels around the airport. Noise is the flow of energy in the form of waves, unwanted sounds with pressure that can vary based on the origin of the noise, so that it reaches the ears and improves hearing. Noise can disturb workers in the workplace due to psychological disorders and focus problems, which can cause a decrease in worker productivity. Workers with a working duration of 8 hours/day have a safe threshold value of 85 dB. That way, workers can work well, without experiencing disruption while working due to excessive noise levels. This research aims to determine the analysis of noise levels on Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air aircraft in the Djalaludin Gorontalo Airport working area in 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. This activity will be carried out for 1 day, namely on Tuesday, October 3 2023 at Djalaludi Airport, Gorontalo. The data collected is primary data obtained directly from the results of measuring the noise level generated by Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air aircraft at Djalaludin Gorontalo Airport. From the results of measuring the noise level generated by Garuda Indonesia aircraft when landing, the result was 76.32. dB(A) and the results of measuring the noise level produced by the Lion Air plane when landing was 77.3 dB(A), where this measurement was carried out on the airport apron. Based on the threshold value of PERMENKES Number 2 of 2023, namely 75-85 dB(A) and based on the Decree of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 52 of 2023 concerning the Master Plan for Djalaludin Airport, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province, namely 70-80 dB(A). The noise level produced by Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air planes is considered to be still normal

Abstract

This research was carried out to examine the effect between inventory turnover, receivables turnover, and sales growth on firm value with return on assets as a mediating variable. This research uses secondary data sourced from annual reports and IDX statistical data. The population of this research included 25 agricultural sectors. The sample selection method used a purposive sampling method with specific qualifications so that 120 data were obtained from 12 firms. The findings of this research are that receivables turnover and sales growth influence return on assets. Inventory turnover and receivables turnover do not affect firm value. However, there is a positive and significant influence of sales growth and return on assets on firm value. In addition, return on assets can mediate receivables turnover on firm value.

Abstract

This quantitative study seeks to assess the impact of Investment Decisions (PER), Profitability (ROE), and Capital Composition (DER) on the Company Value (PBV) of five retail companies in the supermarket and convenience store industry Included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange's listings from 2011 onward 2022. Classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, t-tests, and F-tests were employed to analyze the data. The results of the t-test reveal that there is no connection between profitability and the valuation of retail companies, at a significance level of 0.318 or higher. Another t-test demonstrates a significance level of 0.00, which is less than 0.05. This suggests that investment decisions and capital composition have an impact on the valuation of retail companies in the supermarket and convenience store industry. Conversely, the outcomes of the F-test, achieved at a significance level of 0.00, are below 0.05, indicate that profitability, investment decisions, and capital composition collectively impact the value of retail companies in the supermarket and convenience store industry.

The 1945 Constitution of The Republic of Indonesia (UUD NRI 1945) Article 1 paragraph (2), states that sovereignty is in the hands of the people, which means that the Indonesian is a democratic country based on the constitution, because in paragraph (3) it is also said that Indonesia is a legal state. Likewise in article 27 paragraph (2), article 28 paragraph (1), article 28 E paragraph (2) and article 28 I paragraph (5). Therefore, thus research uses empirical juridical research methods, because it is related to legal awareness among citizens, especaily regarding the use of voting rights in general elections as an effort to uncrease the number of votes in the upcoming 2024 general elections. Abstract

The Climate Village Program is a national program with a target of establishing 20,000 climate villages spread throughout Indonesia as an effort to control climate change in Indonesia. Implementation of the climate village program still requires strategies to increase the capacity for adaptation, mitigation, institutional strengthening and the number of climate villages. This research aims to analyze Proklim development strategies and priority strategies for Proklim development in Sidodadi Ramunia Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used is qualitative with a survey approach and using SWOT and AHP analysis. This research began by identifying adaptation and mitigation actions that had been carried out by residents in Sidodadi Ramunia Village and then a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was carried out which resulted in 3 activity targets to be developed, namely (1) Increasing the use of organic fertilizer; (2) creation of a waste bank and (3) development of other locations to be proposed as climate villages. SWOT analysis is carried out to formulate alternative strategies for each activity target whose priority will be determined through AHP analysis using the expert choice 11 application. The results of the AHP analysis show that the strategic priority in developing climate villages is increasing the use of organic fertilizer with a weight value of 0.402 and an inconsistency value of 0. 05. This research shows that to increase the use of organic fertilizer, training and direct assistance in making quality organic fertilizer is needed which can ultimately trigger the community to sort organic and inorganic waste.

Abstract

This research delves into the community participation in developing a tourism village in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu District. Employing quantitative methods and factor analysis on 85 samples, which includes pokdarwis officials and traders from Pasar Kamu and Paloh Naga, the study drew significant findings. The results indicate that manipulation, therapy, information, placement, collaboration, and citizen control significantly influence community participation. However, consultation and delegation factors showed lesser impact. There are both supporting and constraining elements affecting community involvement. Key enablers for active community participation include available opportunities, individual willingness, and capability to effectively engage. On the other hand, individual attributes and demographics, such as age, gender, and education level, can inhibit participation. The study highlights the vital role of government and institutional intervention in promoting community engagement in decision-making processes and in the execution of tourism village projects. For the Denai Lama Village, it's crucial to understand how human demographics may limit community involvement, guiding strategies to enhance active participation in future tourism village developments.

Abstract

Regional taxes are the largest source of Regional Original Income (PAD). When the Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia, regional taxes experienced a very rapid decline. This research aims to determine the comparison before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in West Nusa Tenggara province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative and this research uses secondary data in the form of Regional Tax Realization Reports for 2017-2022, which were obtained from the official website kemenkeu.go.id and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data will be analyzed using the growth rate contribution analysis formula and will be tested using the paired T-test where this t test is used to compare regional tax growth before and after Covid-19. The results of this research show that there is no difference in regional tax growth between regional tax revenue before and regional tax revenue after the Covid-19 pandemic. This is due to several factors such as the disaster in 2018, namely the earthquake on Lombok Island, and in 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. So that in testing there was no difference between before and after the pandemic.
