Abstract

The quality of education in an area is influenced by various factors, including teacher performance. Teachers must work professionally to develop outstanding students. Teacher performance is believed to be related to the principal's leadership abilities. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of school principal management skills on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Lampenurut Aceh Besar cluster. This research is a type of correlational research. The research was conducted in elementary schools in Aceh Besar district. The populations of this study were all teachers who taught in elementary schools in the Lampenurut Aceh Besar cluster. The sample was then taken through a proportional random sample of 156 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The questionnaire contains the principal's management skills and teacher performance. Research variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data obtained was then tested using the Pearson product-moment correlation test using the SPSS 26 program. The research results showed that the average management ability of school principals was moderate. This can be seen in the competence of school principals in the planning, implementation, organizing/management, and supervision processes. Likewise, the average teacher performance is also in the middle category. Teacher performance is evaluated using three indicators, namely planning, implementation, and learning assessment. The results of statistical tests show that the principal's leadership influences the performance of elementary school teachers in Lampenurut District. The better the principal's management skills, the better the teacher's performance, and vice versa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to see how return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), sales growth (SG), and dividend policy (DPR) affect company value (Tobin's Q). Quantitative methods were used for the study. Research population of companies in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The study sample consisted of 18 companies that met certain criteria and received as many as 90 observations. In the process of analysis and data validity using eviews panel data 12. Panel data analysis includes descriptive statistical tests, regression model selection tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression tests, and panel data hypothesis result tests. The results of the persial test data (T) explain that Return on equity, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on company value, while Current ratio has no effect on company value. While the results of simultaneous test data (F) show that these components, namely Return on equity, Current ratio, Sales growth and dividend policy have a significant effect on company value. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana return on equity (ROE), current rasio (CR), sales growth (SG), dan kebijakan dividen (DPR) mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q). Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian perusahaan dalam industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 18 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu dan menerima sebanyak 90 observasi. Dalam proses analisis dan validitas data menggunakan data panel eviews 12. Analisis data panel termasuk uji statistik deskriptif, uji pemilihan model regresi, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi data panel, dan uji hasil hipotesis data panel. Hasil data uji persial (T) menjelaskan Return on equity, Sales Growth, dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara Current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan hasil data uji simultan (F) menunjukkan komponen ini yaitu Return on equity, Current ratio, Sales growth dan Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze Coordination in the Protocol and Leadership Communication Section in Improving Services within the Regional Secretariat of Supiori Regency. The research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Data analysis techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, literature study including work procedure mechanisms, directing, synchronization and division of tasks. The results of the research found that the work procedure mechanism carried out in the service was not optimal because the communication carried out had not been accommodated well, but the direction carried out looked good but not optimal. This was because the coordination function between leaders and subordinates in communication was not good and the implementation of activities had not gone well. , the synchronization aspect was found to be not optimal because there was still work being done that was not in accordance with the directions, the division of tasks looked good but was not optimal because there were still vacancies in certain positions. So from the results of this research it was found that coordination in the Protocol and Leadership Communication Section in Improving Services in the Regional Secretariat of Supiori Regency is not yet optimal because there are still many factors that influence the delivery of services including poor communication, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and there is no collaboration yet. both between leaders and subordinates.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Ustadz Sirajuddin Rabbani's da'wah communication method is in preaching the Sunnah at the Bintang Metropol Housing Complex. This type of research is field research, which is carried out directly by visiting respondents at home or other places to obtain data. or information. This research uses a qualitative approach which focuses on in-depth understanding of social phenomena. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, each with different techniques. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, including reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions to describe phenomena systematically and find meaning in them. The research results show that in preaching the Sunnah at the Bintang Metropol Housing Complex, Ustadz Sirajuddin Rabbani applied three theoretical methods: Educational, Instructive, and Human Relations.

Abstract

Dakwah, which means inviting or calling in Arabic, is an eternal mission to spread Islamic values. Based on Allah's commands in the Koran, da'wah must be carried out with wisdom and in a good manner. In the technological era, social media such as Instagram has become an effective tool for da'wah, especially for the younger generation. The @jalantaubat account is a successful example of using Instagram to spread Islamic messages through interesting and relevant content, making da'wah easier and more effective in achieving happiness and prosperity in this world and the hereafter. This research aims to determine the da'wah messages and social values ​​in the da'wah content of the @jalantaubat Instagram account. The results of this research show that the @jalantaubat account on Instagram spreads da'wah messages about Islamic faith and law, highlighting faith in Allah, angels, messengers, Allah's books, the last day, and Allah's qada and qadar. His message provides a practical understanding of Islamic values ​​for Muslims, including the importance of shaking hands, patience, giving alms, fasting during Ramadan, and providing for the family. The content contains social values ​​such as brotherhood, reminders to use time wisely, appreciating the blessings of health, the importance of apologizing, maintaining harmony, and praying for others are also emphasized.

Abstract

The biggest crisis in the world today is the crisis of example or uswah. The need for a leader who has character like the Prophet Muhammad is very necessary because many people who serve as leaders do not have the character that a leader should have in terms of educational leadership. Leadership is the characteristic of a leader in assuming formal moral and legal responsibility for all the implementation of his authority which has been delegated to the people he leads. As an exemplary leader who is an ideal model of leadership, Rasulullah was gifted with four main characteristics, namely: Sidiq, Amanah, Tablighi and Fathonah. Sidiq means honest in words and deeds, amanah means being trustworthy in maintaining responsibilities, tablig means conveying all kinds of goodness to the people and fathonah means being intelligent in managing society

Abstract

This research aims to analyze reduction-based waste management strategies in Medan Helvetia District, Medan City. The method used is qualitative with a survey approach and using SWOT and AHP analysis. This research began by identifying waste reduction efforts that had been carried out by residents of Medan Helvetia District and then a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was carried out which resulted in 3 activity targets to be developed, namely (1) strategies to increase community participation to join environmental care communities; (2) strategy to improve the performance of waste banks, and (3) strategy to implement the circular economy concept in waste management to support the improvement of the people's economy. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the appropriate strategy for realizing the first activity target is the integration of the waste management education program with the TP PKK work program as well as providing waste reduction information on social media and banners in each sub-district. The priority target for the second activity is placing outlets receiving segregated waste in strategic location in the sub-district as well as waste bank management training, and the third priority strategy target, namely partner collaboration and capital assistance as well as assistance with composter equipment to produce organic fertilizer. The results of the AHP analysis show that the priority strategy in waste management based on reduction is increasing community participation to join environmental care communities with a weight value of 0.446 with an inconsistency value of 0.00001. This research shows that to increase community participation, continuous education is needed to be able to sort organic and inorganic waste, as well as disseminate information and waste reduction campaigns on social media and banners in each sub-district.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the urgency of Islamic counseling guidance in shaping the character of teenagers and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the urgency of Islamic counseling guidance in shaping the character of teenagers in the Tembelok Neighborhood, Mandalika Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. This research uses a qualitative approach. This approach is used so that the author can gain a broad and in-depth understanding of the urgency of BPI in shaping the character of teenagers in the Tembelok Neighborhood, Mandalika Village, Sandubaya District, Mataram City. The research results show that Islamic Counseling Guidance (BPI) is very important. First, BPI helps direct teenagers to the path of goodness with strong supervision from parents and religious figures. Second, BPI instills religious values ​​from an early age to direct youth's piety and faith. Third, BPI helps develop an attitude of awareness in teenagers with love, patience and coaching. Meanwhile, supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping adolescent character include the existence of Islamic Counselors and the active role of religious and community leaders as supporting factors, while environmental complexity, difficulty in controlling adolescent self-control, character formation from an early age or during puberty, negative environmental impacts, and lack of affection. from parents as an inhibiting factor.

Abstract

The Makassar City Central Market resulted in large losses for street street vendorsa fire occursforcing city governments to formulate effective relocation strategies. This research aims to evaluate innovative relocation strategies implemented as a solution to restore the economic conditions of street vendors after the fire. Through a participatory approach, the city government involves traders in the planning and implementation of relocation, ensuring that their needs and aspirations are met. Meringue with approach consultation and public participation, by providing brother strategic areas, adequate facilities, and den empowerment approach training and business assistance to help traders adapt to the new environment. Building partnerships by strengthening available support, while regular monitoring and evaluation ensures program sustainability. The research results show that this strategy has succeeded in restoring and redeveloping the street vendor economic sector, creating a more stable and sustainable market environment. These findings emphasize the importance of a comprehensive and collaborative approach in dealing with crises, and provide practical guidance for local governments in dealing with similar situations in the future.

This type of research is a literature study, a theoretical study that describes the fulfillment of work motivation, quality of work life, and high job satisfaction that teachers have in a straight line according to MAN's expected work results.
