Destination Study this is for now and analyze influence style leadership and cooperation team to satisfaction work employee with environment work as moderating variable. Method research used is quantitative correlation. Population is the employee who work at public health center X Batam City with total 40 people, with technique sample is the total sampling. Data in the form of primary data with a questionnaire instrument and a scale likert. Quantitative data analysis techniques with method Partial Least Square (PLS) statistics. Research results got that style leadership take effect positive and significant to variable satisfaction work, Teamwork is influential positive and not significant to variable performance. Environment work take effect positive and not significant to variable satisfaction work. Leadership style with environment work take effect close to satisfaction work, while teamwork _ with environment work take effect weak to satisfaction work. Conclusion that only there is one variable that has influence significant with Pvalue 0.004 < = 0.05 and has connection close with variable the moderator that is variable leadership to satisfaction affected work by closely by variable environment work.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qanun policy of Gayo Lues Regency Number 4 of 2016 concerning tourism, one of its contents is about the development, management and services of tourism that must be developed. One of them is the Agusen tourist village, which is located in Agusen village, Blangkejeren sub-district, the development which is still not optimal is a serious problem for the Gayo Lues district government to develop this Agusen tourist village. As for the focus of research from the implementation of local government policies regarding the Agusen tourism village, it focuses on communication, resources, disposition of implementers, bureaucratic structure and obstacles faced by local governments in the development and development of the Agusen tourism village object. This research uses qualitative methods using data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the communication that exists between the Gayo Lues district tourism office and the Agusen village government is going well, but the communication carried out with the Agusen village community does not go as desired, the implementation resources in development and development involve several related parties such as the local government agency. tourism in the Gayo Lues district, the Agusen village government, visitors, and the Agusen village community, the obstacles faced from the implementation of this policy are the lack of public awareness of the importance of developing this Agusen tourist village, and the lack of budget to develop and build this tourism object. The suggestion is that the local government and the Agusen village community work together to develop this Agusen tourist village both in terms of infrastructure, services and human resources.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide. Indonesia is ranked second with the highest tuberculosis sufferers in the world after India. The survey results in August 2022 recorded 524 TB cases in Nagan Raya Regency, namely 331 men and 193 women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of residential density, household contacts, and nutritional status on the incidence of pulmonary TB in Nagan Raya Regency. The type of research used is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. Primary data obtained from the results of measurements and interviews using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 524 people with TB, the sample in this study amounted to 30 people with stratified random sampling. Analysis of research data is univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between residential density (Pvalue = 0.03 < 0.05), household contacts (Pvalue = 0.03 < 0.05), and nutritional status (P-value = 0.01 <0.05) with incidence of pulmonary TB.

This study aims to analyze how the strategy between services, systems and facilities with employee performance through service user satisfaction at KSOP Special Batam. The population in the study involved 2169 employees from all SIUPAL ship agency companies and SIUPKM agencies. The sampling method is based on the Krejcie and Morgan tables as many as 327 people, questionnaires are distributed via the Google Form link with an estimated data collection period of one month, after the data is collected to be processed and analyzed further. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on all independent variables showed a significant effect on the dependent, the results of testing the value of adjusted R 2 are 0.817 which means that the independent variable of service, systems, and facilities and employee performance in general, it is able to have an effect of 81.7% of service user satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, workload and work environment on work effectiveness and organizational commitment as intervening variables at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population of this study was all employees at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency, with a total of 133 people. In this study, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with the Saturated Sampling (Census) technique with a total sampling of 133 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using SEM analysis with PLS.The results of the study are as follows: (1) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (2) The effect of workload on work effectiveness is positive and not significant. (3) The influence of the work environment on work effectiveness is positive and significant. (4) The effect of Organizational Commitment on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (5) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Organizational Commitment is positive and significant. (6) The effect of workload on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (7) The effect of work environment on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (8) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (9) The effect of Workload on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (10) The effect of Work Environment on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and not significant.

The purpose of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction at the Natuna Hospital. This study uses the variables of competence, facilities and interpersonal communication on the effect of patient satisfaction through service quality. The population in this study were patients at the Natuna General Hospital. While the samples taken in this study were 121 people taken from the population. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. In this study, researchers used SEM-PLS ver.4 processing. In this study, it shows that competence (X1) directly has a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.023 <0.05, facilities (X2) directly have a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, interpersonal communication (X3) directly has a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.033 < 0.05 , service quality (Z) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. In this study, it shows that competence (X1) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05, facilities (X2) directly have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, interpersonal communication (X3) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, the competence variable (X1) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, the facility variable (X2) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05, Interpersonal Communication (X3) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. The R-square value for the Service Quality (Z) variable is 0.680 (68.0%), this value can be explained by factors including X1 (Competence), X2 (Facilities), X3 (Interpersonal Communication), while the remaining 32 ,0% is explained by other variables outside the model.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the position and aspects of legal protection for instrumental witnesses in making a notarial deed. In giving his testimony at trial on a deed made by a Notary, the witness has an obligation to provide information with actual facts, if a witness submits false information, he can be punished according to the Criminal Procedure Code. The role of the instrumental witness is currently not getting enough attention from law enforcement even though an instrumental witness plays a major role in revealing a problem that arises as a result of legal actions from a Notary act. The Regional Board of the Indonesian Notary Association of North Sumatera often hears about several problems regarding instrumental witnesses in the practice of notary positions. The method used in this research is normative juridical. The nature of the research used in this research is descriptive analysis by describing the problem systematically and comprehensively. The purpose of descriptive analytical research is to describe accurately the nature of an individual, a symptom, a situation or a particular group. The data collection method used in this writing is using library research methods. To further develop this research data, an analysis was carried out directly to the informants using interview guidelines that had been prepared in advance. Interviews were conducted with the Chairperson of the Regional Board of the Indonesian Notary Association of North Sumatera to obtain facts in the practice of Notaries in Medan City regarding instrumental witnesses. The position of the instrumental witness in the Notary act is certainly different from the position of the witness in general, who is a witness who has heard and/or witnessed an event that has occurred. The position of the instrumental witness as one of the formal requirements of a Notary act is stated in Article 38 paragraph (4) letter c of the UUJN, that at the end or closing the deed must contain the full name, place and date of birth, occupation, position, position and residence of each witness. In accordance with Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, the legal protection provided for instrumental witnesses in making a Notary act in providing information is protected by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

The Pentabio vaccine (DTP-Hb-Hib) is a vaccine that functions to prevent diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Hepatitis B, and inflammation of the brain epidermis (meningitis) in children under the age of 5 years (infants). The Pentabio vaccine began to be used in 2013 in 4 provinces and in 2014 targeted 33 provinces in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the Nagan Raya District Health Office. The reason for choosing the location was that there was an increased child mortality rate in 2018. The research was conducted from August to September 2022. The results of this study are (1) Standardization of the provision of pentabio immunization is a success factor the course of immunization, (2) there is still a lack of knowledge of parents about immunization, especially Pentabio, (3) to increase parental awareness, proper knowledge about vaccination is needed, (4) incompetent human resources, (5) incomplete information services. Therefore, doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health service providers can provide correct information to parents about the risks and benefits of vaccines. Nagan Raya, such as carrying out periodic immunizations, socialization, data collection, and appeals.

Typhoid fever is a disease caused by Salmonella Typhi which is usually spread by consuming contaminated food or water. Cases of typhoid fever every year around the world reach 21 million cases and 128,000 to 161,000 deaths that occur each year. The research objective was to find a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, which was intended to find a relationship between the factors that influence the occurrence of typhoid fever at Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital, Nagan Raya Regency. The type of research used in this study was quantitative research. By using a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital in November 2022. The sample taken in this study was 60 out of 95 respondents. The sampling technique for this study was carried out using Simple Random Sampling. Based on the test, there was a relationship between gender (p=0.000), the relationship between eating habits outside (p=0.001), food processing at home (P=0.000), the relationship between waste management (0.000 ), there was no relationship between hand washing habits (p=0.789), no age relationship (0.195) to the occurrence of typhoid fever at Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital. From these results it can be concluded that washing hands before eating and age do not affect typhoid fever while gender, eating habits outside the home, food processing at home, waste management have an influence relationship between waste management (0.000), no relationship between hand washing habits (p=0.789), no relationship between age (0.195) and the occurrence of typhoid fever at Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital.
