This research examines the Schoters by Ruangguru Work Abroad Program, focusing on strategies to sustain growth and profitability amid rising price sensitivity and macroeconomic uncertainty in Indonesia. As inflation, wage stagnation, and shifting youth aspirations reshape consumer behavior, vocational EdTech providers must adapt through innovative pricing and strategic positioning. A mixed-method approach was employed. Quantitatively, the study utilized the Price Sensitivity Meter and Conjoint Analysis to measure willingness to pay and attribute trade-offs. Qualitatively, user interviews provided deeper insights into motivations, barriers, and psychographic segmentation. From these findings, corporate-, business-, and functional-level strategies were developed based on macroeconomic and consumer dynamics. Strategic recommendations were then formulated using established business strategy frameworks and theories. This study contributes by bridging strategic management theory with macroeconomic trends and psychographic segmentation in an emerging market context. It also offers actionable insights for EdTech firms navigating uncertainty while pursuing sustainable growth.

In the hyper-competitive technology sector, innovation is a imperative for survival, yet many companies struggle to cultivate it. This study investigates the critical role of transformational leadership as a catalyst for employee-driven innovation. Through an empirical analysis of tech professionals, the research demonstrates that transformational leadership significantly predicts innovative work behavior. The findings reveal a nuanced mechanism: the leadership components exert distinct, stage-specific influences. Intellectual Stimulation is the primary driver of idea generation, while Inspirational Motivation and Individualized Consideration fuel idea promotion and realization by fostering intrinsic motivation and psychological safety. This study provides a validated "Leadership-Innovation Nexus" model, confirming that leadership behaviors directly create the psychological environment essential for innovation. The results offer a clear blueprint for tech companies, highlighting that developing transformational leaders is not a soft skill but a strategic necessity to systematically unlock innovative potential and secure a competitive advantage.

A notary is a public official authorized by the state to create authentic deeds that have full evidentiary force before the law. However, in practice, notaries often abuse their authority in carrying out their duties, resulting in the loss of authenticity of the deed and causing losses to the parties. This study aims to analyze the forms of abuse of authority committed by notaries in creating authentic deeds, the resulting legal consequences, and the forms of legal accountability that can be imposed on notaries. The research method used is normative juridical, by examining applicable statutory provisions, legal doctrine, and relevant court decisions. The approaches used include a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. The results of the study indicate that abuse of authority by notaries can occur in various forms, including creating deeds without the presence of the parties, falsifying data, and providing false information in the deed. These actions not only violate the principles of professionalism and integrity of the notary's office, but also result in the deed losing its evidentiary force. Legal accountability for notaries who abuse their authority can take the form of administrative, civil, or criminal sanctions, depending on the level of error and the impact of their actions. To prevent recurrence of abuse of authority, it is necessary to strengthen the oversight system by the Notary Supervisory Board, improve moral integrity, and update the notary professional ethics education and training system. This study undertakes a comprehensive hybrid systematic review and bibliometric analysis to examine the evolving landscape of the Google Effect, defined as the cognitive tendency to rely on digital platforms, such as search engines, as external repositories of memory. Employing rigorous PRISMA screening, the review synthesizes findings from 23 Scopus-indexed publications, mapping the conceptual progression, research trajectories, and international distribution of scholarship on this phenomenon. The bibliometric analysis reveals robust thematic linkages among cognitive offloading, memory retrieval, digital amnesia, and search behavior, underscoring the multifaceted nature of internet-driven memory practices. While foundational research predominantly characterized the Google Effect as detrimental to internal memory retention, recent studies suggest that strategic digital offloading can facilitate more efficient cognitive resource allocation, support gist memory, and enhance complex information processing. Notably, the research field remains geographically concentrated, with the majority of contributions originating from the United States and China, thus identifying a critical gap in representation from developing regions. By integrating current evidence and mapping scholarly trends, this review offers a synthesized conceptual framework that advances understanding of the Google Effect and its implications for cognitive science, digital education, and the design of technology-mediated learning environments.

The development of the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KITB) since 2020 has triggered large-scale land transformation that has the potential to affect environmental biophysical conditions, particularly land surface temperature (LST), vegetation density (NDVI), and built-up land cover (NDBI). This study aims to evaluate the spatial and temporal changes in these three parameters during the 2019–2024 period and to analyze the statistical relationships among these variables. The data used consist of Landsat 8 and Landsat 9 satellite imagery for the years 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024, which were processed to derive LST using the mono-window method, NDVI through the NIR–Red band combination, and NDBI using the SWIR–NIR bands. Spatial analysis was conducted through the mapping of the distribution of each parameter, while statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and linear regression. The results indicate that the development of KITB has produced significant thermal and ecological impacts. LST increased from approximately 23–32°C in 2019 to 28–38°C in 2024, with higher temperature concentrations observed in the industrial core area and active construction zones. NDVI experienced a decline in areas that previously consisted of moderate to dense vegetation, particularly in the southern and western parts of the industrial estate, as indicated by the shift in NDVI map colors from green to brownish-red. Meanwhile, NDBI values showed a dominant increase in 2023–2024, corresponding to the expansion of built-up areas within the industrial zone. The correlation results show a strong negative relationship between NDVI and LST (r < 0), indicating that vegetation loss contributes to the increase in surface temperature. Conversely, a positive relationship was identified between NDBI and LST, suggesting that the expansion of built-up land cover contributes to surface warming. Overall, these findings confirm that the development of KITB has triggered significant increases in land surface temperature and vegetation degradation, highlighting the importance of green space management and thermal mitigation strategies in rapidly developing industrial areas.
