Abstract

Studi This study systematically analyzes the relationship between leadership styles and organizational behavior, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol, analyzing 50 scholarly articles published in Scopus-indexed journals over the last five years (2020–2025). The analysis reveals that transformational, authentic, entrepreneurial, paternalistic, and inclusive leadership styles significantly influence organizational behavior. Work motivation—whether intrinsic, extrinsic, or prosocial—serves as the primary psychological mechanism bridging the impact of leadership styles on such behavior. A theoretical synthesis is constructed through the integration of Full Range Leadership Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Expectancy Theory, which is then formulated into an interactive conceptual model. This study contributes theoretically by expanding the multidimensional understanding of the relationships among organizational variables while offering practical implications for developing value-based leadership strategies and work motivation systems. The research also uncovers several gaps, including methodological limitations in longitudinal studies, geographic biases, and insufficient exploration of contemporary leadership styles. Recommendations are directed toward strengthening multilevel research designs, expanding the scope to informal sectors, and integrating interdisciplinary approaches.

Abstract

The digital technology transformation has revolutionized marketing practices, with digital marketing, product innovation, and customer engagement emerging as key determinants in shaping repurchase intention. The mediating role of brand trust in the complex relationships among these variables remains relatively underexplored in the literature. This study aims to examine these relationships through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, focusing on articles from reputable international journals published between 2019 and 2024. The findings indicate that digital marketing enhances brand awareness, customer experience, and brand trust, all of which collectively contribute to repurchase decisions. Product innovation has been shown to strengthen customer loyalty, though its effectiveness is significantly influenced by the degree of customer involvement in the innovation process. Customer engagement, particularly in digital commerce and social media contexts, plays a central role in driving repurchase intention, with brand trust acting as a mediator that reinforces this relationship. These findings expand the theoretical foundations of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, and Brand Relationship Theory by emphasizing the importance of the interaction between customer engagement and brand trust in fostering long-term loyalty. From a practical perspective, this study highlights the urgency of adopting data-driven marketing strategies, personalized digital experiences, and innovation that incorporates customer participation. Although limited to secondary data, this research provides relevant contributions to both academia and industry practices. Further studies are recommended to empirically test the causal relationships among variables and assess the influence of demographic and regulatory factors on brand trust formation in the digital marketing era.

Abstract

Organizational culture has undergone a role shift, transitioning from being perceived as a normative dimension to becoming a strategic factor that determines the success of strategy implementation and organizational performance. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the relationship between organizational culture, strategic levers, and organizational performance by referencing literature from the past five years. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 protocol, analyzing 40 articles from reputable Scopus-indexed journals (Q1-Q4). The synthesis results indicate that organizational culture forms a value-based foundation that influences the structure and function of strategic levers, which indirectly strengthens organizational performance achievement. This study produces a conceptual framework mapping the culture-strategy-performance linkage and identifies research gaps in methodological dimensions, micro-level contexts, and culture-strategy synergy. Theoretically, this study enriches the Resource-Based View and Strategic Fit Model approaches. Practically, the findings provide guidance for managers in designing mutually supportive cultural and strategic systems. Future research is recommended to explore longitudinal approaches, mixed methods, and cross-cultural studies.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews 71 scholarly articles from the past five years in the Scopus database (Q1–Q4) that examine the relationship between inclusive management—which includes diversity management, equality policies, and inclusion initiatives—and organizational performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Using a Systematic Literature Review approach and thematic analysis, the findings reveal that DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) practices significantly enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. Diversity management strengthens decision-making and innovation; equality policies promote accountable governance and distributive justice; and inclusion initiatives foster collective participation and employee loyalty. Employee engagement serves as a mediating factor linking DEI practices to performance at both individual and institutional levels. The study develops an integrative conceptual model and identifies directions for future research, including contextual frameworks and longitudinal approaches. These insights offer a strategic foundation for formulating inclusive, equitable, and sustainable management policies.

Abstract

Consumer behavior in shaping purchase intention has become a primary focus in modern marketing literature. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze 82 articles published over the past five years, examining the influence of brand image, product quality, price, and promotion on purchase intention, with customer satisfaction as the main mediating variable. The findings indicate that all four variables significantly affect purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. Brand image and customer satisfaction emerge as central affective elements, while product quality and price are increasingly perceived through symbolic and psychological interpretations. Promotion has transformed into an engagement-oriented channel focused on value creation. This study reinforces classical theories while proposing an integrative multi-path interaction model, contributing theoretically to the contemporary framework of consumer behavior and offering practical implications for marketing strategies centered on engagement, value creation, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between skills, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance, with a reward–penalty scheme as a mediating variable. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol was conducted, analyzing 36 Scopus-indexed articles published in the last five years. The results show that technical, digital, and interpersonal skills, along with work discipline and motivation, significantly influence performance. Discipline represents strategic behavior, while motivation acts as a psychological catalyst. The reward–penalty scheme mediates the relationship between personal factors and productivity. The study highlights an integrative trend in human resource management. Identified gaps include the lack of a comprehensive conceptual model, limited longitudinal studies, and minimal exploration of non-financial rewards and organizational culture. These findings reinforce Self-Determination Theory, Resource-Based View, and Behavioral Reinforcement Theory, while offering practical insights for developing competency systems, value-based discipline, and adaptive incentives.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of three variables on a company's value. Furthermore, this study aims to investigate the function of effective corporate governance as a moderating element in relation to these factors. The focus of the study is on companies in the energy sector in Indonesia and Malaysia. The approach applied is a quantitative method, which is tested through path analysis. Path analysis includes testing direct effects and moderating effects. Moderating effects are performed using interaction techniques, namely the interaction between moderating variables and independent variables. The evaluation was conducted on factors that affect company value, such as carbon emission disclosure, sustainability reporting, profitability, and good corporate governance. The sample selected included 20 companies, consisting of the 10 largest energy companies in Indonesia and the 10 largest energy companies in Malaysia. Data processing was carried out with the support of Stata software. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for improving sustainability reporting and corporate governance standards, thereby promoting greater transparency and accountability. On the other hand, further research is recommended to expand the scope of the research objects and time frame, add other factors such as company size, environmental risk, or environmentally friendly innovation, and apply alternative methodological approaches to provide deeper insights into the elements that contribute to company value. The conclusion of this study shows that carbon emissions disclosure and profitability do not have a significant impact on company value. Instead, sustainability reporting has a meaningful influence. In addition, good corporate governance plays a crucial role as a moderating variable, whereby good corporate governance can strengthen the three independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, and Earnings Quality on Firm Value with Leverage as a moderating variable in technology sector companies in Southeast Asia. This study uses panel data covering 123 observations from 41 technology companies operating in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore during the 2022–2024 period, with data processing carried out using Stata 17 software. Determination of the best analysis model is based on the Hausman Test which shows that the Random Effect Model (REM) is the most appropriate model with a probability value of 0.9073. The results of the analysis indicate that Profitability, Company Size, and Earnings Quality have a positive relationship with Firm Value, but this effect is not statistically significant. Furthermore, testing of moderating variables shows that Leverage does not play a role in moderating the relationship between Profitability, Company Size, or Earnings Quality on Firm Value. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.0561 indicates that the combination of independent variables and moderating variables is only able to explain 5.61% of the variation in Company Value, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that investors in the technology sector in Southeast Asia rely not only on internal financial indicators to assess company value, but also consider external and non-financial factors. Therefore, companies need to improve transparency, the quality of information disclosure, and the implementation of good governance and sustainability to increase company value in the market.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of education level, work infrastructure, and job-related skills on employee performance within a local public education institution in Indonesia. In the context of public sector reform, improving employee performance remains a critical challenge, particularly in education governance at the local level. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through structured questionnaires administered to 61 employees of the Kupang Regency Education and Culture Office. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings indicate that education level has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that higher educational attainment contributes to better work outcomes. Adequate infrastructure also plays a significant role in enhancing performance by supporting more efficient and effective work processes. Furthermore, work skills emerge as a crucial determinant of employee productivity and effectiveness. Simultaneous testing confirms that education level, infrastructure, and work skills collectively explain a substantial proportion of variations in employee performance. This study contributes to the literature on public sector human resource management by highlighting the combined importance of human capital and institutional support in shaping employee performance. The findings suggest that local governments should prioritize continuous education, infrastructure development, and skill enhancement programs to improve organizational performance in the public education sector.
