The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) requires efficient inventory management due to its routine distribution schedule and the involvement of food commodities with different shelf lives. This study evaluates MBG inventory management at the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) level in Gunung Sindur District using a multi-commodity framework based on Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Just-in-Time (JIT), Reorder Point (ROP), and Safety Stock (SS), including an assessment of cold storage for vegetable commodities. A deterministic quantitative approach is applied, assuming a daily demand of 42,467 meal portions over 240 operational days per year. Rice and eggs are managed using EOQ with ROP and SS, while vegetables are analyzed under JIT and EOQ with cold storage. The results show annual distribution costs of IDR 399 million for rice and IDR 153 million for eggs. JIT-based vegetable distribution incurs the highest cost at IDR 720 million per year. Although cold storage reduces vegetable distribution costs to IDR 480 million per year, additional cold storage costs of IDR 529.2 million increase total system costs from IDR 1.272 billion (without cold storage) to IDR 1.561 billion (with cold storage). As of January 2026, only six of eight SPPG units are operational, serving 21,575 beneficiaries, indicating that at least 12 SPPG units are required to meet full MBG demand.

The era of Digitalization 5.0 has brought significant changes in digital consumer behavior, particularly in Indonesia's conventional banking sector. Digital banking transaction values have reached Rp72,000 trillion with growth exceeding 11% year-over-year. However, approximately 37% of millennial customers are ready to switch to other banks if digital services become more efficient or offer greater added value. This research analyzes the influence of E-Perceived Value (EPV) and E-Perceived Risk (EPR) on E-Loyalty (ELOY) with E-Commerce (ECOM) as a moderating variable in conventional private banks in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative explanatory method with 250 respondents who are digital banking service users. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis results demonstrate that EPV has a significant positive effect on ELOY (β = 0.497; p < 0.001), EPR has a significant negative effect on ELOY (β = -0.10; p < 0.01), and ECOM acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the EPV-ELOY relationship (β = 0.128; p < 0.01) while weakening the EPR effect on ELOY. The model demonstrates excellent goodness-of-fit with Chi-square = 125.684 (p-value = 0.254 > 0.05), RMSEA = 0.018 (< 0.05), and CFI = 0.957 (> 0.90). These findings provide strategic implications for bank management in building digital customer loyalty through enhanced perceived value, risk minimization, and strong e-commerce service integration.

Delays in electricity transmission projects within PLN UIP JBTB have become a dominant issue. The majority of projects during the 2020–2024 period experienced delays, as reflected by milestone deviations, cost overruns, and time overruns, which disrupted electricity supply reliability and adversely affected the company’s corporate image. This study aims to analyze the indicators that form latent variables influencing project delays using an explanatory qualitative approach with the PLS-SEM method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 140 respondents selected via purposive sampling, comprising project owners, technical experts, and consultants. The results indicate that the elimination of the indicator related to community resistance to the project suggests that project delays are not driven by overt social opposition, but rather by weak communication quality and insufficient community engagement. In the licensing factor, all indicators demonstrate that project delays result from the cumulative effects of slow processing, administrative unpreparedness, and weak inter-agency coordination. Regarding the financial factor, project delays are more strongly influenced by the project financial system’s ability to maintain cash flow continuity and cost control than by perceptions of the financial impact of delayed payments. The human resources factor confirms that project delays are associated with an imbalance between workload and workforce capacity, competence, productivity, and motivation. Meanwhile, the logistics and supply chain factor indicates that unprepared procurement and material distribution systems are a significant source of project delays, even when construction activities are technically well planned.

This article analyzes the strategic position of the Business Incubation Service (LIB) at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) as a catalyst for the downstreaming of national research and innovation by integrating McKinsey 7S, PESTEL, and SWOT frameworks. This descriptive qualitative study uses primary data from observations and in-depth interviews with LIB BRIN managers, tenants, other incubator managers, and venture capitalists, as well as secondary data from official documents and policies related to research downstreaming. The PESTEL analysis reveals opportunities against the backdrop of threats from regulatory dynamics, fiscal pressures, and low national technological readiness, such as BRIN’s potential as an orchestrator of national technology incubators, a large and diverse domestic market, green economy trends, and ease of global networking. Through McKinsey 7S, LIB BRIN is identified as having strategic strengths such as relatively stable funding from research endowment funds, broad access to research resources, a focus on research-based incubation, and a strong identity as a research-based incubator. However, it still faces weaknesses, including the lack of dedicated incubation buildings, gaps in business mentor human capital competencies, limited ease of research access for entrepreneurs, and an immature service system. Integrating the 7S and PESTEL findings into a SWOT analysis shows that LIB BRIN’s strengths and opportunities outweigh its weaknesses and threats, indicating that the institution possesses strategic capital to strengthen its role in research downstreaming, with implications for the need to enhance governance, improve human capital capacity, develop supporting infrastructure, and mature a network-based incubation model with cross‑institutional collaboration.

Mathematical creative thinking is a higher-order thinking competency that is essential in developing mathematics olympiads because it requires the ability to produce non-routine solutions flexibly, originally, and elaborately. This study aims to describe in depth the mathematical creative thinking profile of students on the mathematics olympiad team at the junior high school level through the application of project-based assessment on the subject of algebra olympiads. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of three students on the mathematics olympiad team who were selected purposively. Data collection was carried out through open-ended algebra tests, project assignments, observations, and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis focused on four indicators of mathematical creative thinking: fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail, with data validity maintained through triangulation of techniques and assessors. The results showed that each subject had a different mathematical creative thinking profile. Project-based assessment was able to facilitate the emergence of a variety of solution strategies, original solutions, and reflection on the mathematical thinking process, especially in students who were actively involved in the project implementation. These findings provide an empirical contribution to the development of authentic assessment in the context of developing mathematics olympiads and enrich the study of mathematical creative thinking in algebraic material.
