<![CDATA[Oversight and accountability are fundamental elements in political budget management that serve to ensure transparency, prevent misuse of funds, and improve efficiency in budget allocation. This literature review explores how effective oversight and accountability mechanisms can influence the quality of budget management, drawing on various academic studies and international reports. The literature indicates that oversight involving civil society, the media, and information technology can strengthen openness, while accountability mechanisms such as audits and periodic reporting are key tools for maintaining political integrity. However, challenges such as political resistance, lack of capacity in oversight institutions, and low public awareness remain significant obstacles. Based on this analysis, structural reforms and cross-sectoral collaboration are essential to enhance the effectiveness of oversight and accountability in political budget management, thereby building public trust and ensuring the sustainability of a more responsive and transparent political system.]]>

<![CDATA[People with disabilities often face various barriers to participating in the political process, both in the context of elections and in legislative activities. The role of the government is a key factor in overcoming these barriers through inclusive policies that ensure accessibility, equality, and non-discrimination for people with disabilities. The government can provide disability-friendly election facilities, special aids, and assistance to guarantee their right to vote. In addition, cooperation with disability advocacy organisations and public education are important strategies for changing stigma and supporting the creation of an inclusive political environment. With these measures, the political participation of persons with disabilities can be increased, enabling them to play an active role as voters and political decision-makers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the influence of instructional leadership, classroom management, and teachers’ pedagogical competence on the quality of learning in public elementary schools in Boja District, Kendal Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design, data were collected from 200 elementary school teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were obtained using validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on learning quality. Instructional leadership showed the strongest influence (β = 0.487, p < 0.001), followed by classroom management (β = 0.282, p < 0.001), and pedagogical competence (β = 0.151, p < 0.001). The regression model was statistically significant (F = 353.166, p < 0.001), with an adjusted R² of 0.841, indicating that the three variables collectively explain 84.1% of the variance in learning quality. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening school leadership, enhancing classroom management practices, and developing teachers’ pedagogical skills to improve the overall quality of education. This research contributes practical insights for policy formulation and professional development programs aimed at improving learning outcomes in elementary education.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital transformation in education has driven a paradigm shift from the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to the development of Adaptive Learning Systems (ALS) based on artificial intelligence (AI). This article aims to examine the evolution of this learning system through a literature study approach to 16 national and international scientific articles in the 2015–2025 period. The results of the study indicate that the integration of AI in the learning system strengthens personalization, student engagement, and the effectiveness of learning achievement. LMS has now evolved from a managerial and content distribution platform into an ALS that is adaptive and responsive to the characteristics of individual learners. However, this transition process is not without challenges, including the need for representative data training, the readiness of technological infrastructure, and issues of data ethics and privacy. This study recommends an integrative and inclusive strategy in the implementation of AI-based ALS to realize a dynamic, personal, and sustainable digital learning ecosystem.]]>

<![CDATA[The transformation of education towards digitalization demands new strategies that are both adaptive and efficient. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of micro learning-based instruction integrated within a Learning Management System (LMS). Micro learning was selected due to its ability to deliver concise and specific content, thereby facilitating learners' gradual understanding of the material. This research is presented as a systematic review following the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). Literature was sourced from the electronic database Google Scholar. The findings regarding the effectiveness of micro learning and the contribution of LMS to its implementation indicate that micro learning significantly enhances learning outcomes and provides a more flexible and structured learning experience. Learners also reported high levels of satisfaction with this instructional model. This study provides evidence that micro learning within an LMS can serve as an effective alternative for distance learning and self-directed learning contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur mengenai efektivitas media animasi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Media animasi dipilih karena karakteristik visual dan auditifnya yang mampu menarik perhatian anak-anak serta menyederhanakan konsep abstrak menjadi lebih konkret. Pembelajaran kosakata merupakan fondasi utama dalam penguasaan bahasa asing, dan pendekatan yang menarik secara visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta daya ingat siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, baik nasional maupun internasional, pada rentang tahun 2016–2024. <![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi desain pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kajian teori (literature review) dengan menganalisis berbagai teori dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai gamifikasi pendidikan dan motivasi belajar. Data sekunder yang digunakan berupa artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan, yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen penting dalam gamifikasi, seperti mekanika permainan, dinamika permainan, dan estetika permainan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dengan cara menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Elemen-elemen seperti poin, level, tantangan, penghargaan, dan umpan balik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Model yang dihasilkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan memotivasi siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi tidak hanya membuat siswa belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan tetapi juga memungkinkan mereka untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai penerapan gamifikasi dalam pendidikan, yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan. <![CDATA[The growth of the accommodation industry is expected to maximize the benefits achieved through more environmentally responsible accommodation. Waste and emissions generated in the surrounding environment can lead to global warming. This research aims to examine the implementation of green hotels in supporting sustainable tourism at THE 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana Hotel with reference to the ASEAN Green Hotel Standard (2018). The type of research is a combination method with sequential exploratory mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative to review and analyze data with observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire distribution to 20 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely head of department and supervisor. The results showed that THE 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana Hotel has implemented green hotels in supporting sustainable development goals, especially SDG 6, SDG 7, SDG 12, and SDG 13. The implementation of green hotels at THE 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana Hotel is based on the ASEAN Green Hotel Standard (2018) with 11 variables. The percentage value of the questionnaire results shows a value range of 61%-80% with the criteria for the level of suitability of implementation accordingly and a value of 81%-100% with the criteria for the level of suitability of implementation very suitable. With the results of the research analysis, THE 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana Hotel can improve the implementation of wastewater management aspects for operational purposes, strengthening policies and more structured energy efficiency, and increasing education for staff and guests regarding the importance of sustainability in the hospitality industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Protection efforts for children who are victims of sexual violence must be carried out ongoing so that their welfare is maintained, because children are important assets for the progress of a nation and the country. One protection of children by overcoming crime or violence by giving punishment in a criminal form to irresponsible parties. Determination of the type of punishment and how to apply is very relating to criminal law policies. Criminal law policy is a systemic process in the reduction in criminal actions using criminal law facilities, including the renewal of criminal law. Law enforcement is carried out through a criminal justice system involving police, prosecutors, courts, and correctional institutions. Interaction between subsystems in this system can affect the implementation of their respective duties. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the importance of media content publication by the Kudus Culture and Tourism Department in promoting tourist destinations in Kudus district. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary. Primary data is data obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data is data obtained through literature studies in the form of journal books, articles and scientific journals related to the importance of media content publications in promoting tourist destinations. In helping to increase public awareness about tourist destinations in Kudus. Through various media platforms, Disbudpar can introduce tourist attractions that may not be widely known to the public. Increased visibility has the potential to attract more tourists, both domestic and international. Disseminating accurate information, Disbudpar can provide the latest information about tourist destinations, history, traditions, arts and culture events, nature, creative economy and available facilities. Media content that is packaged creatively and informatively can improve integrated marketing strategies, assist in crisis management, and encourage innovation in tourism promotion and attract potential tourists to visit Kudus. Apart from that, consistent publications also play a role in forming a positive image of Kudus as an attractive tourist destination. By utilizing YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and so on, Kudus Disbudpar can reach a wider and more diverse target audience. This has the potential to increase the number of tourist visits which will ultimately have a positive impact on the regional economy.]]>
