Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang bagaimana Fungsi Administrasi Keuangan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan (UPT KPH) Kulawi. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan  kualitatif, serta tipe penelitian deskriptif, Informan 5 (orang) yaitu : Kepala UPT KPH, Kepala Tata Usaha, Kepala Seksi Pengelolaan Kawasan Hutan, serta Staf, yang dianggap memiliiki pengatahuan atau mengetahui tentang Fungsi Administrasi Keuangan di UPT KPH Kulawi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori George R, Terry dalam Azrul Azwar dimana terdapat 4 (empat) aspek untuk mengukur Fungsi administrasi yaitu Palnning (perencanaan), Organizing (pengorganisasian), Actuacting (penggerakan)  dan Controlling (pengawasan).  Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fungsi Administrasi Keuangan di UPT KPH Kulawi sudah cukup baik, namun masih ada kendalai yang dilihat dari aspek Organizing (pengorganisasian) belum optimal masih kurang personil atau pegawai; aspek Planning (perencanaan), dan Controlling (pengawasan) sudah berjalan baik sementara aspek Actuacting (penggerakan) masih kurang optimal dimana masih ada pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya, sehingga masih perlu penambahan personil dalam hal ini pegawai. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti tersebut, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa fungsi administrasi keuangan di UPT KPH Kulawi sudah berjalan baik, namun perlu usulan untuk penambahan personil atau pegawainya

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Quality of Service for the Management of Trade Business Permits (SIUP) at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Palu City. This type of data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant withdrawal technique uses purposive, data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction and conclusion drawing. The theory used is Zeithaml, Parasurumana and Berry which consists of 5 (five) dimensions, namely: Tangibels, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Based on the results of the research carried out, that the quality of service for the Management of Trading Business Permits is not optimal. Dimensions of tangibles, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the lack of space for waiting rooms and chairs provided. The ability of officers/employees to use assistive devices is very good. Responsiveness, the response of officers/employees who received the applicant's complaints was very good, but the speed in completing the issuance of permits was not maximized. Assurance, the guarantee given by the officer/employee to the applicant is not on time, but the permit fee charged is in accordance with applicable regulations. Empathy, namely the service provided is not discriminatory and the officers/employees always provide service in a polite and friendly manner. Thus, from the five dimensions of service quality above, there are still some things that need to be addressed, so that the quality of service provided is more leverage

Abstract

This research is to find out how the Camat Supervision in Government Administration at the Soyo Jaya District Office, North Morowali Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant withdrawal technique using purposive. The number of informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The theory used is the theory of Siagian, which consists of 2 (two) aspects, namely: direct supervision and indirect supervision. Based on the results of the research conducted, that the Soyo Jaya Camat in organizing activities carried out by his employees (subordinates), has not been able to work effectively and efficiently and the supervision process carried out by the Soyo Jaya Camat is inconsistent and not carried out properly, it has an impact on performance. the organization as a whole is primarily concerned with the discipline of the state civil apparatus (ASN). The data found by researchers in the field lead to indications that the implementation of supervision is not going well, it can be seen from the emergence of several problem phenomena, namely the Camat is less regular in checking employee attendance through attendance, so that it has an impact on the organization of activities and has an impact on employee flexibility. in committing fraud against filling absenteeism by entrusting attendance attendance. In addition, the lack of directives and explanations by the Camat to employees regarding the rules and guidelines in every work implementation given to employees, so that compliance with the implementation of work is often ignored by employees which has an impact on work results that are less than optimal. Thus, from the two aspects of supervision above, there are still several things that need to be addressed, so that the supervision provided can be maximized

Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations that researchers did, there were still liars committed by service officers at the North Tatura Village Office. And also the administrative service time is quite long, which is above 30 minutes. Whereas based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for administrative services in North Tatura Village, it states the requirements to make or improve population administration, then the community must complete it with a photocopy of family card, photocopy of proof of payment of PBB, old ID card for additions and transfer letter for those who move. no fees are charged with a service time of 10 to 15 minutes. The type of research used in this research is descriptive. The establishment of the Palu City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2004 concerning the administration of the population of Palu City, the content in this Regional Regulation is also specifically concerning the National Population Identification Number (NIK) instead of the Resident Number for regional visits. The type of research used in this research is descriptive. In this study, the researcher was involved in the situation and setting of the phenomenon under study. In this study, interviews were conducted with informants consisting of the New Village Head, Secretary of the Village Head, Head of the Government Section, and the Community. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of village budget allocations on poverty levels in Indonesia. By using case studies as the basis for research, literature studies as the basis for collecting data, and using the main references from previous studies related to the impact of village funds and poverty. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2015-2019 which includes APBN data (balancing funds), Village Fund Allocation (DD), and poverty data. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, which aims to explain the facts by using comparison and trend analysis (tables and graphs), used to analyze the relationship between village allocation funds and poverty. The results showed that the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) disbursed by the central government was 259.2 trillion in a period of 5 years (2015-2019) only reducing the poverty rate by 1.72%. In addition, the village funds disbursed did not have a significant impact. The allocation of such a large Village Fund (ADD) should be able to significantly reduce the poverty rate, which is not seen in the research that has been done

Abstract

The basis of this research is qualitative while the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of withdrawing informants as many as 5 people who are considered to have knowledge of, Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Data collection techniques are carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from interviews with informants and facts in the field that from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating dimensions are good, but in the controlling dimension the results are not optimal, so the authors conclude that the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, in order to further strive for the ability to provide services to communities in villages, it means that the activities carried out are more focused on controlling based on agreed policies and rules, so that the duties and functions of the apparatus in serving are in accordance with what is expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Leadership Function of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu City. This type of research is descriptive, while the basis of this research is qualitative, where in this study the researcher tries to reveal real and objective facts about the Leadership Function of the Madrasah Head at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu. This study uses the theory of Mulyasa (2007), namely as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and as motivators. The results showed that the leadership function of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu City in carrying out its function as a leader had gone well, where the Head of the Madrasah in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as a leader to direct teachers and other education personnel, as well as carry out tasks jointly. together in improving the quality of education and progress of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement the Village Fund Allocation Policy (ADD) in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The basis of the research used in this study is qualitative research methods and the type of research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The informant withdrawal technique in this study was purposively by selecting the number of informants as many as 5 people who were considered to have knowledge about the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) policy program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results obtained by the researchers that from the aspects / dimensions of Communication, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure it has been going well. However, related to the aspect of resources, especially human resources, the results are still not good, so the authors conclude that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency is quite good. The supporting factors for the program are the establishment of good communication between program implementers and the target group, commitment and responsibility for implementing the program in accordance with community expectations

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai yang dicapai suatu organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) tentunya akan berbeda-beda, tergantung dari kinerja pegawai di instansi tersebut berdasarkan penilaian masyarakat dalam mendapatkan  pelayanan dari organisasi terebut. Kinerja berperan menuju kemajuan dan adanya perubahan instansi menjadi lebih baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kinerja pegawai yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi sumberdaya manusia pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Tasikmalaya.dengan metoda riset deskriptif kuantitatif, dan teknis analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16.00. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa secara sumultan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberadaan kinerja pegawai Disdukcapil Kota Tasikmalaya sehingga dijadikan salah satu tolak ukur dan rujukan dalam mewujudkan kinerja pegawai Disdukcapil menjadi semakinmelaksanakan tupoksinya membantu Walikota Tasikmalaya selaras dengan visinya Disdukcapil Kota Tasikmalaya yaitu data kependudukan yang akuntabel demi terwujudnya pelayanan prima dalam administrasi kependudukan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Development Planning Analysis of Bolapapu Village, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The informants in this research were Bolapapu Village officials, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency and village residents. Besides that. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data obtained directly through field research (interviews). Data was analyzed using the results of interviews with officials at the Bolapapu Village office and the community. The results of the research show that the development planning for Bolapapu Village is quite good, which is demonstrated by the commitment and seriousness of the authorities in carrying out their duties and functions in administering the Bolapapu Village government, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The theory used by the author is the theory of Taliziduhu Ndraha (2003: 56), namely: The amount of costs, facilities and infrastructure for human resources is clear, the implementation time is clear, when it starts and when it ends, Development is carried out in accordance with community needs. which the author considers more suitable to be applied to village government organizations, in this case the Bolapapu Village office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. through observation and direct interviews with five informants from the three dimensions/aspects of development planning assessment. The author concludes that the quality of apparatus development planning at the Bolapapu Village Office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, as measured by the three indicators/dimensions, is considered to have fairly good development planning, namely the indicators of total costs, facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources, while in terms of indicators/ The implementation time dimension is clear and development is carried out in accordance with community needs, the results of which still need to be improved
