Abstract

This study aims to improve and strengthen the spirituality of the elderly at UPT Tresna Werdha Social Services Banyuwangi. Problems faced related to the spiritual quality of the elderly include; First, there is no special spiritual guidance, especially in studies with the theme of prayer for the elderly because religious activities only focus on the science of monotheism. Second, the elderly are not used to practicing prayers every day. Third, the elderly have not been able to improve and strengthen spiritually so that there is anxiety in the elderly. This study uses a CBR (Community Based Research) approach which is qualitatively carried out. The CBR method is a research method with the community to address existing problems. Researchers used two activities as a tool to improve and strengthen the Spiritual Quality of the Elderly. The first activity is a religious activity with the theme "recitation and reading of sholawat". The second activity is the screening of Sholawat every morning.The results of the activities carried out by researchers are that this research activity has succeeded in strengthening the spirituality of the elderly. This is evidenced by the fact that the elderly are very enthusiastic, conducive and participate in "recitation and prayer readings" activities and are also consistent in reading prayers every day. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menghantarkan berbagai kemudahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dengan waktu yang cepat. Penggunaan smartphone yang hampir dimiliki oleh seluruh kalangan di masyarakat membuat masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses internet, sehingga dengan itu berbagai informasi pun akan dengan mudah didapatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Beberapa manfaat yang dimungkinkan dari penggunaanya diantaranya adalah dapat digunakan untuk bertukar pendapat sesama pengguna, sebagai media promosi bisnis, menjadi tempat untuk memperluas pergaulan dan jaringan, saling memberi penilaian, bahkan dapat pula digunakan untuk bertukar file atau dokumen. Dalam perkembangannya media massa erat kaitanya dengan komodifikasi. Komodifikasi dapat diartikan sebagai proses mengubah barang dan jasa termasuk komunikasi yang dinilai karena kegunaanya, menjadi komoditas yang dinilai karena apa yang mereka berikan di pasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian netnografi.Tampilan agama di Instagram memberikan peluang besar terhadap agama untuk tampil secara online, namun peluang ini dipergunakan oleh pilik pemiliki akun Instragram @kembalijijrah @literasiislamcinta, @kajianmalamminggu, @santun.inv, @duniajilbab untuk mengembangkan perekonomian dalam berbagai bentuk sehingga memberikan nilai tukar baik dalam bentuk agama dalam bisnis, agama dalam bentuk literasi, menyampaikan dakwak-dakwah secara online. Dalam hal ini maka dapat disebut dengan komodifikasi agama karena menggunakan simbol-simbol agama dan materi agama untuk akomodasi nilai tukar. Kata Kunci: Komodifikasi; Tampilan Agama; Instagram

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the social and religious structure of society from being conventional or traditional to being digital. This paper aims to see how the dynamics of religion in the digital era, in this case the shift in religious orientation from absolute truth to shared cultural wealth, starting from the concept of religion and virtual communities to shifts in religious orientation in the digital era. This research is based on library research by making books or journal articles as primary data. The results showed that the development of technology changed the structure and diversity of society. This can be seen from the emergence of online or virtual based communities such as online churches to online boarding schools. Besides that, Religion in the digital global era experiences a shift in the orientation of religious understanding. This can be seen from the celebrations of religious holidays which are no longer carried out by adherents of that religion. However, nowadays religious activities or especially the celebration of certain religious holidays such as Christian Christmas, for example, are also carried out by people from non-Christian circles. In this context then religion is no longer understood as something rigid or absolute that only certain religions have, but nowadays religion has become a shared cultural property. Research related to religion in the digital era needs to be developed with more religious methods and approaches. This is done to identify problems that have not been identified. Abstract

In general, humans are divided into two natures, that are man and woman. Both are outlined to complement each other but in fact, the relationship between the two often causes polemics when understanding the relationship between superior and inferior systems. This understanding has a basis in the texts of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Even with the pretext of the arguments of the Qur'an, women often get legitimacy from men. Al-Quran and Hadith as socio-religious guidelines uphold human values. If we look at the historical context of the text, it can be concluded that the relationship that is built between men and women is not a superior coordinating relationship but a functional and moral cooperative. By using the takhrij-descriptive analysis method, this paper reviews the hadith about male leadership in the household which has been understood as a superior coordinative relationship. In fact, leadership in the household as well as the division of private and public tasks is based on the values ​​of responsibility and cooperative nature, and without any element of coercion in choosing the division of tasks. This is a moral idea to be built from the texts of the Qur'an and hadith. To actualize social life in Indonesia, this article uses Fazlur Rahman's opinion in understanding the leadership text. Abstract

The majority of men are perpetrators of gender-based violence in the family. Meanwhile, men who are not perpetrators of violence, often choose to be the silent majority, because they consider violence to be in the private sphere. Involving men in the discourse and practice of gender-aware education is expected to change the perspective and attitude of men in seeing women. This is done to decide and reduce the number of violence against women and children. This study focuses on the agency of men in efforts to prevent gender-based violence in the family and to achieve gender justice in the family. Using descriptive qualitative methods with observation and interview models, the resource persons were taken from participants who took part in the father's class program and community facilitators from Rifka Aniisa WCC. This study shows that the process of building agent awareness begins through the reinterpretation of religious texts with religious leaders. This interpretation provides new understanding to the participants in the father class discussion regarding relationships with partners based on monotheism. Practical awareness is achieved by agents through assertive communication with partners. Agents reflect on material learned in class with a partner. Abstract

Abstract Bank interest as stated by MUI is usury, and usury is unlawful. However, bank interest cannot be released from the economic system because it functions as a financial instrument that regulates the money supply. Without interest, the banking operational system cannot run. Without service fees from the central bank, the banking operational system (both conventional and sharia) cannot function as it should. Maqasid sharia is the purpose and wisdom of establishing a law given by the Khaliq (Allah), then of course the forbidden law on the practice of muamalah flowering (usury) has a purpose and wisdom. And as revealed in the Qur'an that the prohibition of usury is intended so that humans are not wrongdoers who wronged and no one was wronged in terms of property. In this discussion we reveal, that the practice of bank interest is the main cause of inflation. Inflation itself means a decrease in the value of money, and not an increase in the price of goods. That is, it is possible that among the community there is absolutely no practice of usury, but still it has a bad impact, exposed to dirty splashes of usury practice. Abstract

Discrimination against local religions frequently imposes stigmas on Indonesian society, resulting in long-term trauma for their adherents. This does not always result from the perpetrators or the religious practices they perform. Religious institutions and associative organizations that can be formalized by using adherents of certain religions have a huge hand in the dynamics of inter-religious relations. This function cannot be separated from religious elites who have religious authority and create their own personal privileged space to determine collective settlement on the production and reproduction of religious values and teachings, potentially creating problems in religious construction. The writer analyzes this problem with a structural-functional paradigm of the way state rules on serving local religions that used to be discriminatory have been modified. This study aims to look at assumptions based on social stigma towards adherents of local religions and find a resolution to these problems. Its goals are to enhance understanding of the practices of beliefs and local cultural ancestral wisdom, form inclusive religious awareness, and construct positive and moderate inter-religious relations in Indonesia. The consequences show that discrimination in opposition to local religions can be reduced by tightening the socialization of government policies via the participation of religious institutions and associative agencies. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang kaya akan berbagai macam suku, agama dan ras. Jika membahas mengenai agama, Indonesia sendiri adalah negara beragama, dimana ada enam agama yang sudah di resmikan oleh pemerintah di negeri ini, yakni Islam, Kristen Protestan, Kristen Katolik, Hindu, Buddha, dan Hindu. Dalam keberagaman inilah Indonesia mencirikan kekhasannya sebagai negara multikultural yang bersatu padu, tanpa adanya diskriminasi atau pelecehan terhadap etnis tertentu. Moderasi bergama menjadi sebuah urgensi khusus di negara dengan penuh keanekaragaman seperti Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana salah satu karakter penelitiannya adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara dan pengamatan dokumen. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik para remaja di TPA Al-Ikhlas yang menggunakan sosial media dan juga apakah mereka memahami dan menerapkan moderasi beragama dalam penggunaannya. Hasil penelitian ini padalah penerapan moderasi beragama tidak hanya dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari namun juga di implementasikan dalam penggunaan media sosial.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a very large number of MSMEs spread throughout the country. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, there was an extraordinary shock so that many MSMEs went out of business and did not return to their activities. There are many factors that influence it, namely; limited capital, low level of education, lack of business knowledge, limited supporting technology owned by MSME actors in Indonesia. Empowerment of MSMEs based on cash waqf is one possible solution to help MSMEs rise and rebuild their businesses in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of the study was to analyze the potential of cash waqf for the empowerment of MSMEs in Indonesia. Research based on empirical studies presented descriptively supported by valid data and information obtained from interviews and field observations. Techniques for collecting data from data sources from BAZNAS institutions, journals and articles from competent research results, which have been reviewed and analyzed as the basis for the theories used. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs really need a supply of cash funds to revive MSME businesses and it is necessary to develop MSME management so that they are stronger and can survive in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjalaskan tentang perlakukan terhadap difabel menurut Al-qur’an. Penyandang difabel dimarjinalisasikan oleh kaum yang sempurna bahkan didiskriminasi. Sehingga penelitian ini akan menjawab permasalahan tentang penyandang difabel dan memposisikannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif-diskriptif dengan pendekatan studi Qur’an dan dan hadist. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Artikel ini beberapa pemaparan yang sudah ada dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan tentang hak-hak kaum difabel. Kaum difabel sendiri adalah kaum yang memiliki suatu kekurangan atau keterbatasan baik dalam fisik maupun mental. Kaum difabel tidak jarang memiliki keterbatasan dalam menjalankan kesehariannya karena adanya perbedaan dengan orang lian. Namun kaum difabel tidak seharusnya juga dibatasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan adanya deskriminasi oleh orang lain. Kaum difabel dalam al-Qur’an sama dengan orang normal lainnya dalam mendapatkan hak-hak yang menunjang kehidupan kaum difabel. Mengutamakan atau menghormati kaum difabel dengan mempermudah para kaum difabel ini sangan di utamakan. Setelah melakukan penelitain ini, ada ayat-ayat al-Qur’an membahas mengenai pemberian hak-hak para kaum difebel baik dalam hak kehidupan yang meliputi pendidikan, dan segala jenis kediupan sosial. Dapat dipahami bahwa Al-Qur’an mempunyai perspektif sosiologis dalam melihat realitas sebagaimana yang diabadikannya dalam kalamullah. Hal ini, berupa kelompok yang dianggap lemah tidak selamanya lemah karena keterbatasan diri mereka. Namun, karena kondisi eksternal mereka yang membuat mereka lemah, tidak berkembang dan tidak mempunyai peran apapun pun di lingkungan masyarakat. Karena menyangkut persoalan sosial. maka tanggung jawab terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak difabel menjadi tanggung jawab bersama di semua tingkatan. Kata kunci: Difabel, Al-Qur’an, QS. Abasa
