Abstract

Inventory is a number of goods owned and stored by the company to be sold or used in the production process and resold or used in providing services. Inventory is an important factor in supporting the smooth operation of the company's operations. Therefore, the company must have inventory in order to carry out operational activities and provide good service. So, in order to make inventory available, it is necessary to carry out the inventory procurement process in accordance with established standard procedures. The purpose of this review is to review and find out how the inventory procurement procedure, constraints and efforts to handle obstacles that occur during the inventory procurement process. The review carried out by the authors was at Hotel Salak The Heritage which is located on Ir. H. Juanda street number 8 16121 Bogor. Hotel Salak The Heritage is a company engaged in the service sector. The results of the evaluation in the review that the authors carried out showed that the inventory procurement procedure at Hotel Salak The Heritage was quite good and had been implemented by the parts involved in the procurement process. And there are still obstacles that occur during the procurement process. So the company must have efforts made to handle and minimize the obstacles that occur. Abstract

Economic growth is one of the important indicators in the success of national development. In terms of national economic growth, small and medium industries (IKM) which are also part of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) are considered to be able to play an important role in driving economic growth. The use of social media is spreading faster than before. One of the goals of social media is in the application of marketing communications. To advance the products of Small and Medium Industries in Bogor City, of course, it cannot be separated from the role of more interesting and dynamic marketing communications.The objectives of the study are: 1) To determine the marketing communication strategy for small and medium industry products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Office; 2) To determine the obstacles in implementing the marketing communication strategy for small and medium industry products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Office; 3) To determine efforts to deal with obstacles in implementing the marketing communication strategy for small and medium industry products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Office.The results of the study show that: 1) Social Media, Instagram is managed very well by the Trade and Industry Service in providing information and interesting content from Small and Medium Industry products in the city of Bogor; 2) The obstacle faced is the difficulty of increasing insight to reach Instagram users outside the followers of the Bogor City Trade and Industry Service Instagram account; 3) The efforts to deal with obstacles are trying to publish content related to Small and Medium Industry products more often and being accurate in providing information related to these IKM products.Keywords: Marketing Communication, Instagram Social Media, IKM

Abstract

Financing is the provision of money or bills that are equated based on an agreement or agreement between the bank and another party that requires the party to be financed to return the money or bill according to a certain period of time with compensation or profit sharing. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) No.135 / PMK.05 / 2008 dated December 5, 2008, article 5 concerning the People's Business Credit (KUR) guarantee facility, it is stated that the People's Business Credit (KUR) is a program issued by the government, but the source of funds comes entirely from bank funds. People's Business Credit is financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of Working Capital Credit (KMK) and or Investment Credit (KI). The purpose of this financing research is to determine the provisions for distributing people's business credit financing, to determine the stages of distributing KUR financing and to determine the obstacles experienced by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad in the process of distributing people's business credit financing and solutions to each obstacle that occurs in the process of distributing people's business credit financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad. The results of the study indicate that the process of distributing people's business credit at PT Bank Syariah is good and in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). In the process of distributing financing, there are terms and conditions in advance when you want to apply for super micro KUR financing, micro KUR and small KUR at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. By collecting requirements in the form of documents or other requirements that have been determined by the bank before applying for the financing. After the terms and conditions have been met, prospective customers must follow the stages in the KUR financing distribution process until the final decision on the disbursement of financing that will be given by the bank. Abstract

Indonesia is a very potential market. Data from the Ministry of Communication and Information stated that the number of internet users is 112.6 million people, and most of them are aged 17-23 years. This shows that the majority of the productive age population in Indonesia are internet users. The purpose of this paper is to find out: 1) How is the implementation of the promotional mix at PT. Wan Teknologi Internasional; 2) What obstacles are faced in implementing the promotional mix; 3) How to overcome obstacles in implementing the promotional mix. The results of this discussion are: 1) The promotional mix carried out is advertising by advertising on the website, sales promotion by giving discounts, direct marketing by sending emails to the company, word of mouth by creating positive word of mouth, interactive marketing by using social media and websites as a medium of interaction with customers, events and sponsorships by participating in exhibitions and product launching events; 2) Constraints in implementing the promotional mix are: advertising does not run smoothly, difficulty in determining the time of implementation and duration of the promo, monotonous mailing format, difficulty controlling the effectiveness of word of mouth, brand awareness and company image have not been optimally formed, limited content ideas; 3) Solutions to overcome obstacles in the company, namely increasing creativity in the types of advertisements displayed, formulating promotions to be released and determining the duration based on discussions between related divisions, increasing creativity in the format of emails sent, distributing questionnaires related to product knowledge, increasing consumer involvement in content creation so that the content produced is content that is needed by consumers and can increase consumer curiosity regarding the services offered, becoming a sponsor and participating in events related to and in line with the company's services. Abstract

Financial reports are information about the financial position and performance of an entity that plays an important role in economic decision-making, especially for parties who do not have direct access to request special financial reports. The preparation of financial reports must be in accordance with applicable accounting standards, such as PSAK, SAK ETAP, SAK EMKM, and SAK Syariah. For micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the preparation of financial reports is regulated in SAK EMKM, including for CV. Surya Parama Arga Karya, a micro-enterprise in the catering sector. This community service (PKM) activity aims to assist CV. Surya Parama Arga Karya in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data used consists of primary data obtained through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data sourced from related documents. Before the mentoring, the financial recording system of CV. Surya Parama Arga Karya was still done manually by only recording cash inflows from catering sales. The results of the PKM activity show that before the mentoring, CV. Surya Parama Arga Karya has not implemented financial recording in accordance with applicable standards. However, after mentoring, business actors succeeded in compiling financial reports using Microsoft Excel in accordance with the SAK EMKM standards. With this mentoring, it is hoped that CV. Surya Parama Arga Karya can implement recording and preparation of financial reports more systematically and sustainably in order to increase transparency and accountability of business finances.Keywords: financial reports, MSMEs, SAK EMKM, mentoring, accounting

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education is divided into two types: salaf (traditional) Islamic boarding schools and khalaf (modern) Islamic boarding schools. The Ma'had Taqwa Center Islamic boarding school in Ciampea, Bogor has land resources that can be developed into productive activities. Two problems are found in this Islamic boarding school, namely (1) Lack of understanding in the management and marketing aspects of the Islamic boarding school. Target partners need training to improve resources consisting of students and Islamic boarding school managers to become entrepreneurs, and (2) Lack of understanding of social aspects of society. The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) to empower students and Islamic boarding school administrators to solve several problems faced by target partners to improve the resources of students and Islamic boarding school administrators, and (2) to help target partners to be able to obtain highly nutritious food, maintain their health and have a source of clean water for daily needs. The solutions developed include three important things, namely providing training and practice in hydroponic management, tilapia cultivation and broiler chicken farming. This activity is accompanied by the provision of the necessary facilities. This step is a strategic step in developing Islamic boarding school entrepreneurs, by fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the students, as well as utilizing the potential of available land resources to be productive. Abstract

Understanding business finance is a fundamental foundation for the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, most MSMEs in Bogor City still lack adequate knowledge and skills in recording, managing, and evaluating their business finances. This community service program aims to provide basic financial training to MSME actors to enhance their performance and business resilience. The methods used included training sessions, transaction recording simulations, and the preparation of simple financial statements. The results showed a 72% increase in participants’ understanding of cash flow recording and income statement preparation. This activity is expected to be the starting point for sustainable financial development among MSMEs in Bogor City

Abstract

Waste banks have become an essential part of the circular economy and a solution to environmental problems, especially in urban areas. Kenanga Waste Bank in Bogor City has served as a community-based waste management center, but it still faces challenges in product innovation using plastic waste and financial recordkeeping. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of waste bank managers and members in developing creative products from plastic waste and strengthening financial reports through simple bookkeeping. The methods used included training, product innovation workshops, transaction recording simulations, and financial reporting assistance. The results showed an increase in members’ skills in processing plastic waste into economically valuable products, as well as a 78% increase in understanding of cash inflow and outflow recording. This activity is expected to strengthen the role of waste banks as drivers of environmentally friendly creative economies

Abstract

The development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires a solid foundation in both ethical business conduct and basic financial recording skills. In Kampung Cincau, Kelurahan Gudang, many MSME actors still lack sufficient understanding of business ethics principles and do not possess basic bookkeeping skills. This community service activity aims to provide training on business ethics and basic bookkeeping to enhance MSME performance and credibility. The methods used include interactive seminars, ethical case simulations, and bookkeeping workshops based on daily business transactions. The results showed that 78% of participants were able to understand business ethics values and independently prepare basic financial reports. This activity is a strategic step in strengthening MSME capacity through ethical and financial literacy.
