Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan "Strategi Periodesasi Manajemen Pengelolaan Sampah Masyarakat di Pinggir Sungai dengan Pendekatan Kepemimpinan Humanis Desa Cihideung Ilir, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor". Permasalahan sampah di pinggir sungai Cibanteng menjadi isu krusial yang berdampak pada kesehatan lingkungan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah merumuskan strategi pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan, mempertimbangkan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, dengan mengedepankan pendekatan kepemimpinan humanis yang memberdayakan masyarakat secara aktif. Kegiatan ini merupakan Fase 1: Penilaian dan Perencanaan (2024-2025). Pada fase ini, akan dilakukan identifikasi komprehensif terhadap karakteristik timbulan sampah, perilaku masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah, serta pemetaan potensi sumber daya lokal dan pemangku kepentingan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei, wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis data spasial. Hasil dari fase penilaian ini akan menjadi dasar penyusunan model periodesasi pengelolaan sampah yang adaptif, terintegrasi, dan berbasis pada partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Pendekatan kepemimpinan humanis akan diintegrasikan melalui pelatihan, lokakarya partisipatif, dan pembentukan kelompok kerja masyarakat guna menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif dan rasa memiliki terhadap program pengelolaan sampah. Luaran yang diharapkan dari fase ini adalah laporan penilaian kebutuhan, peta persebaran sampah, analisis perilaku masyarakat, serta rencana aksi pengelolaan sampah yang terperinci untuk fase-fase berikutnya. Kontribusi kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan model pengelolaan sampah yang efektif, mandiri, dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cihideung Ilir

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku hidup sehat santri. Namun, tantangan seperti pola makan tidak seimbang, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, dan ketergantungan pada bahan pangan luar masih sering ditemui. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Pesantren Taqwa Center, Bogor, dengan fokus pada edukasi kesehatan dan kemandirian pangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan implementasi budidaya hidroponik serta ternak ayam dan ikan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman santri tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) serta kemampuan dalam memantau kesehatan mandiri. Selain itu, program kemandirian pangan berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan pesantren pada pasokan luar. Artikel ini juga menyoroti faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan program. Kolaborasi multipihak dan integrasi kurikulum kesehatan menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini

Abstract

This community service program was carried out with the Sadar Tani Muda Forest Farmers Group (KTH) in Bojong Murni Village, Bogor Regency, aiming to strengthen their business capacity through the use of information technology, digital marketing, and financial literacy. The main challenges faced by the group were limited market access, low adoption of digital tools, and weak financial record-keeping. The methods involved training, mentoring, and the implementation of a simple website, social media platforms, and financial recording applications using Excel/Google Sheets. The results indicate a significant improvement in members’ abilities to utilize digital media for product promotion, prepare simple financial reports, and manage their businesses more systematically. Descriptive analysis showed that the variables of digital marketing, information technology utilization, and financial management were rated high to very high, with mean scores of 4.16, 4.11, and 4.23 respectively. The program’s impact was reflected in increased sales, cost efficiency, and members’ awareness of professional business management. These findings highlight that technology-driven interventions and financial literacy enhancement can effectively strengthen farmers’ economic independence while supporting sustainable development goals at the village level   Keywords: Community empowerment, information technology, digital marketing, financial literacy, farmer group

Abstract

PPh Pasal 21 merupakan pajak atas penghasilan sehubungan dengan pekerjaan, jasa, dan kegiatan yang diterima oleh wajib pajak orang pribadi, termasuk pegawai tetap. Perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 menjadi kewajiban perusahaan selaku pemberi kerja untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perpajakan yang berlaku. Namun, hingga saat ini Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) belum menyediakan platform resmi yang dapat menghitung PPh Pasal 21 secara massal untuk seluruh pegawai tetap dalam satu sistem terintegrasi. PT Mitraida Nusantara Elektrik, sebuah perusahaan industri yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan panel listrik dan mempekerjakan sekitar 130 orang pegawai tetap dan lepas, menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam proses perhitungan PPh Pasal 21. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi PT Mitraida dalam penyusunan aplikasi perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 berbasis Microsoft Excel yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan bagian keuangan, serta studi terhadap dokumen penggajian dan regulasi perpajakan. Sebelum pendampingan, perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 di PT Mitraida dilakukan secara manual dan terpisah untuk masing-masing pegawai, yang berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian dan inefisiensi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Excel yang dikembangkan mampu menghitung PPh Pasal 21 secara otomatis untuk seluruh pegawai tetap dalam satu sistem, sekaligus menghasilkan format impor yang dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan PPh 21 secara masal. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses administrasi perpajakan perusahaan menjadi lebih akurat, efisien, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku

Abstract

One of the tasks of community service is to increase the Literacy of Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy to the Residents of DKI Jakarta, where the policy holders certainly want excellent service both in acceptance and claims. This community service activity is based on Increasing Literacy of Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy to the Residents of DKI Jakarta in order to Increase Awareness, Duty Utmost Good Faith, Excellent Service to Insurance Policy Holders. Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy holders face great challenges when driving in DKI Jakarta and its surrounding areas which are often congested and dense. So the potential for friction, collisions, and traffic accidents is quite high. Until 2023 the number of two-wheeled motorized vehicles in DKI Jakarta is 18.22 million units, while the number of four-wheeled motorized vehicles is 3.83 million units. (BPS DKI Jakarta, 2024). Therefore, it is very important for policyholders to know the terms and conditions of the policy, their rights and obligations at the time of closing and when a claim occurs due to friction, collision or traffic accident. So Increasing Literacy of Insurance Policy to the Residents of DKI Jakarta is appropriate, because Residents who own motorized vehicles are the driving force of company/institution operations where security and protection guarantees for their vehicles are very important. The implementation method was carried out by inviting approximately 200 DKI Jakarta residents who own policies/motor vehicle owners to a community service event at the Pertamina University Auditorium, where the resource person delivered material explaining the understanding of the policy contents. Next, a question and answer session, a quiz with prizes, and participant feedback were conducted, which resulted in a lot of enthusiasm among the audience. The conclusion is that the method for increasing motor vehicle policy literacy can be done through socialization/counseling together with a fairly high frequency.   Keywords : policy literacy, policy holder, Motor Vehicle (KBM) policy

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia masih kompleks, terutama di tingkat komunitas. Desa Sukamulya RW 03, Kelurahan Sukasari, Kecamatan Bogor Timur menghadapi persoalan bank sampah yang belum optimal, tingginya populasi hama, keterbatasan budidaya maggot, serta lemahnya sistem pencatatan di Sentra Cipta Mandiri (SCM). Program Bhumi Mandala hadir sebagai upaya pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan selama Agustus 2025 dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi pilah sampah, workshop ecobrick, pelatihan budidaya maggot, serta edukasi lingkungan di PAUD dan TPQ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi warga dalam pemilahan sampah dari 30% menjadi 65%, penguatan peran kelembagaan SCM dan Bank Sampah Siliwangi, serta tumbuhnya literasi lingkungan sejak usia dini. Kendala utama adalah ketergantungan warga pada insentif, ketidakstabilan rantai pasok bahan organik, serta lemahnya dokumentasi dan perlindungan produk turunan maggot. Kesimpulannya, program Bhumi Mandala efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan berbasis komunitas, namun memerlukan penguatan kelembagaan, diversifikasi inovasi, serta dukungan multipihak agar dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the significant role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as business activities managed by individuals that contribute greatly to job creation and the strengthening of local economies. To support MSME growth, an effective marketing communication strategy is essential to enhance sales performance. One example is Mochi_Moe Bogor, a culinary MSME known for its wide variety of mochi flavors and its contribution to providing employment opportunities for the community in Pabuaran, Bogor Regency. Initially, marketing activities were conducted using conventional methods. However, over time, Mochi_Moe Bogor transitioned to digital marketing through the Instagram platform, utilizing various engaging promotional approaches while still maintaining traditional sales methods. This study refers to the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Theory and the AIDA Model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) as theoretical frameworks for analyzing the implementation of marketing communication strategies, including word-of-mouth promotion, digital marketing, and participation in community activities. Based on interviews and observations of the Mochi_Moe Bogor Instagram account, the study concludes that the marketing communication strategies implemented through social media are quite effective. This effectiveness is reflected in the increased attention, interest, and desire of consumers to make purchases, both directly at the store and through online channels. Abstract

Illegal lending practices known as bank emok remain prevalent in rural communities and generate adverse economic, social, and legal consequences. Limited financial literacy, low awareness of banking regulations, and insufficient knowledge of Islamic financial alternatives contribute to the community’s dependence on such practices. This community service program aims to enhance public understanding of banking literacy, legal awareness, and Islamic values as preventive measures against bank emok practices in Kampung Warung Gede, Cibiru Wetan Village, Bandung Regency. The program was implemented through educational socialization, interactive discussions, case-based explanations, and the distribution of simple educational materials. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ awareness of the risks associated with illegal lending, banking legal aspects, and the importance of choosing licensed and Sharia-compliant financial institutions. This program is expected to encourage more prudent, ethical, and sustainable financial behavior within the community.   Keywords: bank emok; financial literacy; Islamic finance; banking law; community service.

Abstract

Digital-based scientific journal management is a crucial element in strengthening academic culture and improving the quality of higher education publications. However, student involvement in journal governance remains limited, particularly in understanding editorial workflows, using Open Journal Systems (OJS), applying publication ethics, and utilizing supporting technologies such as reference management tools and editorial artificial intelligence (AI). This community service program aims to enhance students’ competencies in scientific journal management at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika (IBI) Kesatuan Bogor through practice-oriented training and mentoring. The program employed an experiential learning and capacity-building approach, including OJS 3 technical workshops, editorial process simulations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and competency evaluations using pre-tests and post-tests. Participants consisted of students from various study programs with an interest in academic writing and scholarly publishing. The evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with average scores increasing from 52.3% before the program to 86.7% after its implementation. The most substantial improvements were observed in OJS mastery, understanding of publication ethics, and the use of AI-based tools for proofreading and plagiarism detection. Furthermore, 82.5% of participants expressed readiness to serve as assistant editors for institutional journals, and 87.5% demonstrated increased motivation to write and publish scientific articles. This program contributes to strengthening students’ academic literacy, enhancing institutional journal management capacity, and supporting the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, and the achievement of higher education Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Abstract

The development of digital payment systems has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt by using mobile banking and the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as cashless transaction methods. However, in practice, many MSMEs have not yet optimally utilized these technologies due to low levels of digital financial literacy, limited technical skills, and concerns about transaction security. This Community Service program aims to enhance MSMEs’ digital financial literacy, improve their ability to use mobile banking and QRIS, and increase both the volume and value of non-cash transactions among MSMEs. The program was implemented using a participatory education approach, hands-on training, and continuous mentoring. The activities were carried out through several stages, including preparation, training implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. Data were collected through observations, interviews, pre- and post-training questionnaires, and activity documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods to capture changes in MSMEs’ understanding and transaction behavior. The results indicate an improvement in MSMEs’ understanding of the concepts and benefits of digital payments, an increase in the number of MSMEs that own and actively use QRIS, and a rise in non-cash transactions after the mentoring activities. MSME participants also demonstrated more positive attitudes and greater confidence in using mobile banking and QRIS in their daily business operations. These findings show that practical and contextual mentoring is effective in promoting the adoption of digital payment systems among MSMEs. This program makes a tangible contribution to supporting digital financial inclusion and strengthening MSME performance. The mentoring model applied is simple and flexible, making it potentially replicable for other MSMEs with similar characteristics and challenges.
