Abstract

Marketing is a body that all activities or efforts are carried out in the field of marketing, namely distributing from producers to consumers through marketing. The main actors in ceiling marketing (PVC), namely ceilings that have water-repellent materials or elastic materials, while the parties involved in preparing ceiling raw materials are workers, ceiling installation services, goods transportation services, and parties who assist in marketing them . The type of research used in this research is descriptive and verification research. Verification research is a type of research that aims to test a theory or results of previous research, (Sukmadinata, 2006:5). Using this research method to determine the significant relationship between the variables studied. The Cuctomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method was used in this study to examine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction in PVC ceilings. Analysis of overall customer satisfaction was carried out by calculating the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The consumer satisfaction scale commonly used in index interpretation is a scale of 0 to 1. Based on the calculation of the customer satisfaction index, the CSI value for ceiling installation quality gets a score of 72.74% which is in the range of 66 – 80 meaning customer satisfaction with the overall quality of ceiling installation. seen based on the performance and importance of the attributes are in the criteria of "satisfied". with a scale of 66 to 80 that the level of customer satisfaction in Tanjung Sesama Village is generally in the satisfied category, meaning that the customer feels "satisfied" with the quality of the ceiling installation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, career path on employee performance with compensation as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses data types that can be measured or calculated directly through measuring research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is the analytical method which includes instrument requirements testing, requirements analysis testing and Multiple Linear Regression testing. The results of the study show that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Career path has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on compensation Career path has a positive and significant influence on compensation

Abstract

Based on the tests that have been carried out by researchers using data analysis techniques using tests (validity test and reliability test) testing requirements analysis using (normality test and multiple linear regression analysis test) and hypothesis testing using (t test, significant F test and F test the coefficient of determination R2) gets the result that only promotion and word of mouth variables have a significant influence on purchase intention, while the image variable does not influence and is not significant on purchase intention. Likewise for the simultaneous tests that have been carried out, the results show that the variables that influence buying interest are only 43.4%.

Abstract

Turnover resulted in several losses for the company. Such as costs that must be borne andtime spent on recruitment, selection and training in order to get employees who have thesame quality as those who leave the company. The research was conducted with the aim ofknowing whether commitment, compensation and conflict simultaneously affect employeeturnover intention at PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. The research method used isa quantitative method. Data collection used a questionnaire which was distributed to 38research samples. Testing the data using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSSapplication. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a negative and insignificanteffect of commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The research results show that the hypothesis test has a negative and insignificanteffect of compensation on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant conflicteffect on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. Theresults of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant effect ofcommitment, compensation and conflict on employee turnover intention at PT Indo MetroSurya Andola Metro City

Abstract

This research used descriptive quantitative approach which the aims to determine there is aninfluence of non-celebrity endorsements in building brand image on UMKM products inMetro city. The samples in this research used 466 UMKM actors in food products. Theresults of the analysis show that non-celebrity endorsements have a significant effect onUMKM business products in the Metro city with a significance value of 0.040 which means<0.05, brand image has a significant effect on UMKM business products in the Metro citywith a significant value of 0.040 which means <0.05, eptic variable the model as amoderating variable that has a significant effect and strengthens the non-celebrityendorsement relationship on UMKM in the Metro city with t count 2.382 > than t table of(1.98397) and the eptic model variable as a moderating variable that has a significant effectand strengthens the brand image relationship on UMKM in the Metro city with t count 2.214> than t table of (1.98397).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of years of service and work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro with 67 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire. Each question is measured using a Likert scale with 5 options. The data analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) so that the direction and magnitude of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables can be clearly described. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a direct effect of years of service on the work motivation of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 2) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the work motivation of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 3) There is a direct effect of tenure on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 4) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 5) There is a direct effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya. Working period has a direct influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.009. The work environment has a direct influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.002. Working period has a direct influence on the work motivation of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.036. Abstract

The increasing demand for a stock, the greater the effect on the trading volume of the stock, so that price fluctuations can occur which can increase stock prices and also the stock returns obtained. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of abnormal returns before and after announcement of the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) in Indonesia on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market in the transportation sub-sector and to find out whether there is an effect of trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) in Indonesia on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market in the sub-sector transportation. The research method used is quantitative. The data taken is secondary data with the company as a sample of the transportation sub-sector company. Data analysis using Paired sample T-test. The results of the study show that 1. There is no significant abnormal return and no effect before and after the announcement of the fuel increase on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market in the transportation sub-sector. 2. There was significant trading volume activity on the days surrounding the announcement. There was no effect of trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the increase in fuel prices on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market on sub-transportation.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is how the marketing strategy carried out by Toko Bu Yus towards consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of the study was to determine the marketing strategy of Toko Bu Yus towards consumer purchasing decisions in the Sebokarang community. The research method used was qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Toko Bu Yus had implemented a marketing strategy, namely complete products sold, affordable prices offered, strategic store locations, friendly service. Based on the score value on the IFAS matrix, internal conditions have greater strength to overcome weaknesses. Based on the EFAS score matrix, Toko Bu Yus has not utilized all existing opportunities optimally. So the SWOT quadrant obtained is in quadrant II, namely diversification strategy. This situation describes a company that faces serious challenges and threats. Implementation of strategies for consumer purchasing decisions through attractive promotions, Increasing accessibility, Relationships with suppliers. The conclusion is that the strategy used must be improved again, the opportunities owned have not been utilized optimally. The weakness with the highest value is the absence of a digital marketing strategy and dependence on supplies from certain suppliers. The suggestion is First, Toko Bu Yus must maintain product quality, service and price stability in order to remain satisfying for consumers. Second, we must increase promotional activities to be better known to the public and increase people's purchasing decisions. Third, we need to take advantage of digital marketing opportunities that exist in the current era

Abstract

Village funds must be managed in a transparent, accountable and accountable manner so as to create democratic, trustworthy and credible governance. This study aims to evaluate how village financial management in Kerinjing Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency is in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, participation and is carried out in an orderly and budgetary manner. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study were village heads, village secretaries, chiefs and chiefs of staff as executors of village fund management tasks in Kerinjing village, Rajabasa sub-district, South Lampung district. Data from interviews and observations were then recorded and collected so that they became a field note and then used for research results and calculated using the Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio and presenting the data in the form of a schematic, as well as in the form of a narrative. The results of the study show that the financial performance of Kerinjing Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency for the 2020-2021 fiscal year, seen from the aspect ratio of village independence, is relatively low with an average value of 3.2% , and seen from the Financial Efficiency Ratio of the village of Kerinjing for 2020-2021 it is categorized as less efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of product quality and brand image onrepurchase intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This researchis a quantitative research by measuring product quality variables. Brand image, repurchaseintention, and satisfaction using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire scoring scale foreach variable is 1-5 so that theoretically the range of scores obtained by respondents isbetween 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sampleof 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of theSPSS Version 25.0 application. The results showed that there was a direct influence betweenproduct quality and customer satisfaction at Dirgantara Cake in East Lampung. There is adirect influence of brand image on customer satisfaction at Dirgantara Cake in EastLampung. There is a direct influence on product quality on the repurchase intention ofDirgantara Cake customers in East Lampung. There is a direct influence of brand image onthe repurchase intention of Dirgantara Cake customers in East Lampung. There is a directinfluence between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention of Dirgantara Cakecustomers In East Lampung
