Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Self-Efficacy, Perception of Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. By using primary data which is done by collecting data through observation and questionnaires. With a total sample of 94 respondents taken from two undergraduate majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business from a total population of 1470. Sampling technique Non-probability Sampling with purposive sampling method, using the 10% solvin formula. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a significant and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while attitudes and self-efficacy have no and no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro.

Abstract

Organic fertilizers are fertilizers that come from various materials for making natural fertilizers such as animal manure, animal body parts, plants, which are rich in minerals and are good for the use of soil enrichment. Pumakal fertilizer is one of the organic fertilizers developed by PT Pumahitari to increase production in the agricultural sector and prevent land degradation. Sources of organic fertilizer materials are very diverse, such as Pumakkal organic fertilizer which is made using pineapple waste. It aims to recycle pineapple waste so as to help reduce environmental pollution from the waste. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales of Pumakkal organic fertilizer. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The implementation of marketing strategy plays a very important role in increasing sales of Pumakkal Organic Fertilizer. In implementing the marketing strategy of Pumakkal Organic Fertilizer, currently, three components in the theory of marketing strategy have been implemented, namely segmentation, targeting, and positioning. However, the implementation of Pumakkal's Organic Fertilizer marketing strategy has not been optimal in the targeting and positioning components, so it has not been able to increase sales. The results of the research using the SWOT Matrix of PT. Pumahitari is able to take advantage of existing opportunities with its strengths, this is good for the company to reduce weaknesses and minimize threats in order to increase sales. besides that, it can also be concluded that several developments through consideration of internal factors and external factors of the company can be beneficial for the progress of PT. Pumahitari.

Abstract

The emergence of concern for the environment can change a person in determining which product to choose by considering the impact that will occur on the environment.Therefore, efforts are needed to find out what factors are related to purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer characteristics and social factors on purchasing decisions of environmentally friendly products in the people of Metro City.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are consumer characteristics, social factors and purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. This research activity was conducted in Metro City. The research population is consumers in Metro City with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used isdata quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study partially show that consumer characteristics and social factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. Simultaneously also shows that k consumer characteristics and social factors have a significant effect together on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products.Keywords: Consumer Characteristics, Social Factors, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractManagerial performance in an organization is very important, because good managerialperformance can create an organization's competitive advantage. There are many factorsthat can improve the quality of managerial performance including organizational culture,leadership style and budgeting participation. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational culture, leadership style and budgeting participation onmanagerial performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro. The method used in thisresearch is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are organizationalculture, leadership style, budgeting participation and managerial performance. This researchactivity was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro. The research population isemployees of PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro with the number of samples taken as many as40 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed thatpartially organizational culture, leadership style and budgeting participation had a positiveand significant effect on managerial performance. Abstract

Analysis Of Product Damage Levels For Smooth Production In Mr. Eko’s Oncom Business In Raman Aji Village Lampung Timur This study aims to determine whether the level of product damage as a whole is still within the tolerable limit, the type of product damage and what percentage, and what factors affect product damage during 2020 at Mr Eko's Oncom Business in Raman Aji Village, East Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method with the tools of (1) Control Chart, (2) Pareto, (3) Fishbone. The results of this study are the overall level of product damage that occurred during 2020 at Mr Eko's Oncom Business in Raman Aji Village, East Lampung is still within tolerable limits with an average product damage value of 4.54%, UCL of 8.25%, and LCL by 0.84%. The types of product damage were color (mushrooms were not perfectly evenly distributed) with a percentage of 62%, shape and size with a percentage of 25%, and too soft texture with a percentage of 13%. The factors that affect the damage to oncom products are workers who are less thorough and less trained, raw materials that are not good in checking, equipment that is no longer standard to use and lack of maintenance, unsanitary environmental conditions and the presence of smoke resulting from combustion and oncom printing and production methods are still carried out by human labor.

Abstract

Lack of financial literacy is one of the causes of financial problems, as economics and business students should have good financial literacy, financial ability possessed by students is one of the factors that become obstacles for students to start investing and the existence of information technology that is increasingly modern today become facilities that make it easier for students to make investments. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial ability and information technology on interest in stock investment. research method using a survey study tested using multiple regression analysis, partial test, stimulant test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that all dependent variables including financial literacy, financial ability and information technology have a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on stock investment interests of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. it can be concluded that the higher the financial literacy, the financial ability of students and the more understanding of information technology, the higher the interest of students in investing in stocks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, promotion, and service quality on consumer buying interest at Alfamart 12b Trimurjo, Central Lampung Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research with a population of 100 consumers. Only 100 samples used were in accordance with the predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that price has a positive influence on consumer buying interest, location has a positive influence on consumer buying interest, promotions have a positive influence on consumer buying interest, service quality has a positive influence on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, advertising, price perception on customer satisfaction of gojek users in the city of Metro. This type of research is a quantitative study with an unknown population. Based on calculations using the Lemeshow formula, 96 samples were used that matched the predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents using a Likert scale. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical tests, partial research shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous research shows that service quality, advertising, price perception together affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality control during the production process really needs to be done to determine the quality level of the product being processed and the actions that need to be taken if there are deviations, changes, or contamination of the product during processing. The quality control system carried out at PT. Mount Sugih in Bumi Ratu Nuban, Central Lampung Regency is still lacking because so far only one employee has served as part of quality control and equipment is still lacking and there is no quality checking laboratory. The aims of this research are: 1) to find out whether the level of product damage is still within the tolerance limit, 2) to find out what type and amount of damage is the most and the order of the types of damage that occur, and 3) to find out what factors which causes damage to tapioca flour products. This type of research is a qualitative research with an analytical observational design. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation. The analysis tool uses Control Chart, Pareto Chart, and Cause and Effect Diagram (Fishbone). The results of this study indicate that based on the C Chart diagram the amount of damage that occurs is still within the tolerance limit between the lower limit of 0.99% (LCL) and the upper limit of 5.22% (UCL). The number of product defects based on the order of number is the highest defect in product color (26.16%), moisture content (23.14%), musty aroma (20.56%), coarser texture (17.56%) and object contamination foreign (12.5%). The factors that affect the damage of tapioca flour are mostly related to unskilled labor and lack of quality control personnel as well as other causes such as raw materials and the environment.
