Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service, profit sharing ratio, and knowledge of Sharia Cooperatives on the decision to save members of KSPPS BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto Seputih Raman Branch. There is still a lack of people who decide to save or become members of KSPPS BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto, Seputih Raman branch, which is caused by several factors such as, from the perspective of members who save, there are still many complaints from members regarding poor service, inadequate facilities, and the views of members who are still minimal about Islamic cooperatives. In this study using analytical tools, namely SPSS (Static Package For Social Science). This study uses a type of Quantitative research, with a population of ± 3000 members, and a sample determined using the Slovin formula of 100 respondents. By doing several tests, namely, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, t test, F test and Determinant Test (R2). Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it is obtained that the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and the F-count value is 1231.804> 2.699, which means that there is a simultaneous influence between the Service variable (X1), Profit Sharing Rate (X2), and Sharia Cooperative Knowledge (X3) on the Saving Decision variable (Y). While the figure for R square is 0.975 or 97.5%. This shows that Service, Profit Sharing Rate, and Sharia Cooperative Knowledge have an effect of 97.5% on the Saving Decision of KSPPS BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto Branch Seputih Raman Members. The results showed that simultaneously Service, Profit Sharing Rate and Sharia Cooperative Knowledge had a significant effect on Member Saving Decisions, KSPPS BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto, Seputih Raman Branch should improve Services both in terms of facilities and infrastructure owned such as adding a queuing system, replacing employee support tools that have been worn out, provide a Profit Sharing Rate that is more profitable for members who save, and further educate or provide information so that members and prospective members (the public) have good Sharia Cooperative Knowledge such as products and services offered by KSPPS BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto, Seputih Raman Branch, so as to increase the Decision to Save Members and Prospective Members.

Abstract

Based on the latest data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that as of February 2022, Indonesia's unemployment rate was recorded at 5.83 percent of the total working age population of 208.54 million people. Which astonishing, of the 5.83 percent, almost 14% were residents diploma and bachelor degree (S1) graduates. Based on these data state Indonesia it self still really needs new entrepreneurs, because It is hoped that with the increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, create new jobs, reduce unemployment and also can help improve the economy of the surrounding community as well country. This research has a goal, namely to find out whether Entrepreneurial knowledge influences the interest in entrepreneurship. For determine whether self-efficacy affects the interest in entrepreneurship. For determine whether entrepreneurial knowledge affects motivation entrepreneurship. To find out whether self-efficacy has an effect on entrepreneurial motivation. To find out whether entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy influences the interest in entrepreneurship with motivation entrepreneurship as an intervening variable. The sample of this research is Class of 2019 Management Student at Muhammadiyah Metro University as many as 102 students. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, test linearity, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, linear regression analysis multiple, t test, f test, r determination test, and Regression Analysis of Mediation Variables With the Causal Step Method using the program (SPSS). Results research shows that there is a positive and significant influence Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interests, there is a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Efficacy Self on Entrepreneurial Motivation, and there is a positive and significant influence Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interests With Entrepreneurial Motivation as an Intervening Variable.

Abstract

Since the beginning of the product opening sale that the selling of Endorfin Coffee have continued to decline. Furthermore, many business players in the area offer similar products with their variations which later on contribute to the high level of sale competition in Metro town itself, such as the national ones like Starbucks to local ones like Janji Jiwa. Therefore, selling Endorfin Coffee requires an appropriate and effective marketing strategy. This research was conducted by using a quantitative descriptive research method that aims to determine the marketing strategies applied to Endorphin Coffee in facing competition among the coffee shops around the area. (Sugiyono: 35) Quantitative research method is a research method that based on the philosophy of positivism is used to examine certain population and samples to test established hypotheses. Endorfin Coffee sale goes in quadrant I position with a Grow and Built development strategy, therefore the appropriate strategies applied are Market Development, Product Development, and Market Penetration. In this position, the company indicates has a strong organization and the opportunity to recommend a progressive strategy, in which the organization is in good condition. This company should be able to see the external factors (opportunities and threats) that exist in the company to win the competition. The factors can be reached by conducting marketing effectiveness through involving the information technology in marketing and designing or making layout of the company product to make it more attractive to the costumers. The company can also penetrate the market not only for students, but also for all members of the society in and outside of the Metro town.

Abstract

Employee performance is high, and this is where Kaizen work culture and work motivation play an important role in influencing employee performance. So much needed research on Kaizen culture and motivation on employee performance. Work culture motivates employees to bring out the best in what the organization gives them to improve their performance and provide the best results for the company/organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the joint influence of Kaizen culture and work motivation on the performance of PT. Buma Cima Nusantara. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is the technique used in Probability Sampling is Sampling Random Sampling, namely taking sample members from the population at random without regard to the existing strata in the population, with a total sample of 108 people. . The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analytical model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of the study using the T test, it was found that the kaizen culture had no and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang North Lampung, motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang North Lampung. From the F test, it is found that the kaizen culture and motivation together have a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang, North Lampung.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of food quality, taste and priceperception on consumer loyalty at Ibu Sutini Restaurant. The research method usesquantitative research. The objects in the research are food quality, taste, price perceptionand consumer loyalty at Ibu Sutini's Restaurant. The population in this study is all consumerswho visit restaurants. Samples were taken using an accidental sampling technique thathappened to be encountered during the research. The number of samples was 66 consumers.Data was taken using a closed questionnaire on a 1-5 Likert scale which was then analyzedusing multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 21.0. The researchresults show that the food quality variable influences consumer loyalty, the taste variableinfluences food loyalty, the price perception variable has a positive influence on consumerloyalty, and the food quality, taste and price perception variables simultaneously influenceconsumer loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of food quality, taste and priceperception can increase consumer loyalty to Ibu Sutini's Restaurant.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan zaman dan teknologi sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan saat ini. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan roda empat yang semakin pesat tiap tahunnya. Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan berdampak dengan banyaknya perusahaan yang membuka usaha bengkel mobil sehingga persaingan semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan antar bengkel mobil. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil IFE sebesar 2,96 yang mengindikasikan bahwa posisi internal perusahaan kuat dan mampu memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk mengatasi kelemahan. Kemudian hasil EFE sebesar 3,34 yang mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan merespon dengan sangat baik faktor eksternal dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk mengatasi ancaman yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Dari hasil analisa menggunakan matriks IE diperoleh posisi Bengkel Mobil Bandung Raya berada pada sel II yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun. Pada posisi ini menandakan sebuah perusahaan yang kuat dan berpeluang. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan matriks QSPM dengan nilai TAS terbesar, sebaiknya perusahaan mengadakan promosi dan memberikan diskon, memberikan pelayanan dan jasa yang maksimal dan berkualitas, serta menambah kapasitas ruang tunggu dan fasilitas yang nyaman. Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Bengkel Mobil, SWOT, QSPM ABSTRACT The development of times and technology greatly affect life today. This can be seen from the increasing number of four-wheeled vehicles which are increasing rapidly every year. The increasing number of vehicles had an impact with many companies opening car repair shops that can be the competition is getting tougher. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that aims to determine the marketing strategy that can be used by companies in dealing with competition between car repair shops. From the study results, the IFE result is 2,96 which indicates that the company's internal position was strong and able to take advantage of existing strengths to overcome weaknesses. Then the EFE result is 3,34 which indicates that the company responds very well to external factors by taking advantage of existing opportunities to overcome the threats that faced by the company. From the analysis result using IE matrix, it is obtained that the position of the Bandung Raya Car Repair Shop is in cell II, named growing and building. This position signifies a strong and opportunity company. Based on the analysis using QSPM matrix with the largest TAS value, the company should hold promotions and provide discounts, provide maximum and quality services and services, and increase waiting room capacity and comfortable facilities. Abstract

Investment is the main key in achieving increased economic growth, which is reflected in the ability to increase growth rates and income levels. The greater the investment of a country, the greater the level of economic growth that can be achieved. In this study the authors chose LQ45 companies as research objects. The LQ45 stock index was chosen because it is a stock that is quite attractive to investors. This is because LQ45 shares have high liquidity and market capitalization value. But at this time the LQ45 stock index is experiencing an unstable decline seen since 2019 of 3.2%, 2020 of -7.8%, 2021 -2.5% (IDX, 2021). This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive research method that aims to find out which stocks are included in the optimal portfolio candidate. to find out how big the proportion of each share. And also to know the return and risk that will be accepted. The population used in this study is 45 shares of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria Sugiyono (2010). With the criteria, namely companies that are active and consistently listed on the LQ45 Index during the 2019-2021 period, a total of 34 company shares. Based on the analysis that has been carried out by calculating using the formula in Microsoft Excel, the results in this study are from 34 samples of LQ45 company shares, there are 4 company shares that are candidates in the optimal portfolio, namely Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. (ANTM), Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. (ERAA), Vale Indonesia Tbk. (INCO), and XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL). Of the 4 companies, the proportion of shares selected was ANTM, the highest with 0.3669 (36.7%), then INCO with 0.2556 (25.6%), ERAA with 0.2182 (21.8%), and EXCL of 0.1593 (15.9%). Of the stocks that make up the optimal portfolio, it has a return of 0.0333 (3.33%) and a risk of 0.0459 (4.59%).

Abstract

Performance of effectiveness is the ability to succeed in a work carried out by workers in producing something expected, and choosing the right goals to achieve the set goals. Performance of effectiveness can increase if a person has the skills and expertises in accordance with the demands of the work. The effectiveness of an employee's performance has several indicators as a guide to measure the level of success towards the effectiveness of employee performance. This research was aimed to explain the effectiveness of employee performance on the electronic-based filing system in the office of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit, Eastern Java and Bali. This study utilized qualitative research, where its explained the effectiveness of employee’s performance. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques applied in this study ere information gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusions. Data validation techniques in this study were source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicated that the effectiveness of employee work in the use of an electronic-based filing system in the office of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit, Eastern Java and Bali. (1) the ability to adapt to the employees at this stage, employees of the PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Unit Transmission Office for Eastern Java and Bali are already able to adapt in designing change management strategies, understand the technology and are able to conduct ongoing training, it was demonstrated by several informant exposure. (2) employee performance, at this stage the employees of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Transmission Unit for Eastern Java and Bali have been able to improve their skills or skills by participating in several activities and ongoing training according to their field of work, then employees are able to increase their job loyalty so as to obtain maximum results, as well as improve work discipline. (3) Employee job satisfaction in this stage the employees of the PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Unit Transmission Office for Eastern Java and Bali have achieved job satisfaction by providing a good work environment, and supported by supporting facilities so as to provide morale to employees. PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit for Eastern Java and Bali in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance by providing full support to all of its employee bureaucracy both structurally and functionally. Abstract

Financial statements are information that describes the condition of a company ororganization which will then become information that describes the performance of acompany or organization. This research was conducted to analyze the financial reports ofvillage funds with the aim of assessing the performance of village government apparatususing village income and expenditure reports in the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. In this studythe ratios used were the regional independence ratio and the regional spending efficiencyratio. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The object of thisresearch is Sri Sawahan Village, Punggur District. The data in this study used villagerevenue and expenditure budget data (APBDes) in the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. Theresults of the research are that the performance of the government of Kampung Sri Sawahanin terms of regional independence ratio in 2020 and 2021 is very low. And the regionalspending efficiency ratio also shows less efficient results.

Abstract

Shopping is generally just buying the materials or products that are needed, but with the many variations of various products today, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Metro University spend more time choosing materials or products that are not only needed but also wanted and cause purchases suddenly without regard to the benefits of these goods. The factors that encourage students to do impulse buying include promotions/discounts, attractive models or just satisfying feelings. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This study aims to determine the role of shopping lifestyle as a mediating variable between hedonic shopping values ​​and utilitarian values ​​on impulse buying in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. This study used 92 respondents as the research sample and the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis method including equation test, model test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and utilitarian value, have an effect on impulse buying and the shopping lifestyle variable mediates these two variables so that each variable has an effect on impulse buying.
