Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in financial performance between state-ownedcommercial banks using the CAMEL ratio to determine whether the bank's performance is inthe healthy predicate or not. In this study identified Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), BankMandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), State Savings Bank (BTN), in 2019-2021. Thisresearch method is calculated using the ratio of Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings,Liquidity (CAMEL). The results of this study use the CAR, NPL/NPF, NPM, and LDR ratiosof the five state-owned commercial banks in the 2019-2021 period with different predicates.Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara tend to get healthy predicates, whileBank Nasional Indonesia and Bank Syariah Indonesia have various predicates. However,Bank Mandiri tends to have an unhealthy predicate in 2019-2021 based on the NPL ratio.For the ROA ratio of the five state-owned commercial banks, it tends to get a healthypredicate, only in 2019 and 2021 the State Savings Bank has an unhealthy ROA ratio. As forthe BOPO ratio, the five state-owned commercial banks tend to be unhealthy in the 2019-2021 period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the financial performanceof these banks in order to make a greater contribution to the national economy. For the LDRratio of the five state-owned commercial banks for the 2019-2021 period it tends to behealthy, the State Savings Bank for the 2019-2021 LDR ratio tends to be unhealthy.

Abstract

Sales in the marketing process within a company is an important factor for a company, because failure to sell goods will result in the development of the company in the future. For this reason, companies must try to find the right strategy in order to survive and be able to meet the goals to be achieved by the company in the form of maximum profit by increasing sales. This study aims to determine the influence of psychic abilities, psychological, social and non-social environment together on increasing sales of employees at Metro ACC Metro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the ability of psychic, psychological, social and non-social environment as well as increasing sales. The population and research sample were all employees at Metro ACC Metro City with a total sample taken of 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program. The results showed that psychic abilities, psychological abilities and the social environment had a significant effect on increasing sales, while the non-social environment had no significant effect on increasing sales. Simultaneous test results show the ability of psychic, psychological, social environment and non-social environment together have a significant effect on increasing sales.

Abstract

This study was aimed at determining whether there was an effect on company size,profitability, and free cash flow on debt policy in cosmetics and household goods sub-sectorcompanies in the 2019-2021 period, where the DER value of the company has fluctuated andeven increased and the company has experienced a decrease in revenue. This research usedquantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namelythe sampling technique with certain considerations according to research needs. The sampleused in this study amounted to 6 companies. The study was analyzed by descriptive statisticalanalysis and the classic assumption test which consisted of the normality test,multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. Testing the researchhypothesis was carried out through panel data regression testing with the common effectmodel, fixed effect model, and random effect model techniques. The selection of thistechnique used the Chow test and the Hausman test, so the model chosen in this study was thefixed effect model. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was carried out through the t test, f test,and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study showed; Company sizehas no effect on debt policy, Profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy, Free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, and Firm size,profitability, and free cash flow have a significant effect on debt policy.

Abstract

The development of a free business world as it is today, it is no stranger to the public to make investments with the aim of obtaining greater returns than investing in the banking sector. Investment is now an open secret where all investors can easily access and channel their funds to companies they consider promising and capable of providing more value to what they have invested. the research used by researchers is descriptive with a quantitative approach which aims to find out whether inflation affects stock returns, to find out whether interest rates affect stock returns, to find out whether the profitability variable can moderate the relationship of inflation to stock returns, to find out whether the profitability variable can moderate the relationship between interest rates and stock returns. The sample used is a company that is active and consistent in the LQ 45 index during the 2019-2021 period. As well as data regarding the research variables to be examined are fully available in the company's financial reports published during the 2019-2021 period. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing and moderating variable test. The result of this research is that inflation has a significant influence on stock returns at LQ 45 companies in 2019-2021. Interest rates have a significant influence on stock returns in LQ 45 companies in 2010-2021. profitability affects the relationship of inflation to stock returns in LQ 45 companies in 2019-2021. profitability affects the relationship between interest rates and stock returns in LQ 45 companies in 2019-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of cash turnover, inventory turnover, and inventory turnover on profit margins at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2019-2021. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach and using secondary data, namely data obtained from materials available in books, and other sources that are relevant to this research and will assist in processing the company's financial data obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. Therefore, panel data has a combination of characteristics, namely data consisting of several objects and covering several periods of time. The results of the study show that cash turnover does not significantly affect profit margin at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2019-2021. Receivable turnover has a negative and significant effect on profit margins. Inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on profit margins at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have no simultaneous effect on profit margins.

Abstract

Based on sources from the General Section and HR of the Metro Islamic Hospital, every 3-5years Exchange occupations are held. Employees whose skills or expertise have improvedafter attending regular career development trainings need to get appreciation, recognitionand promotion from the institution and the work environment. It encourages the employees’activeness and productivity in carrying out their works. The purpose of this study was to findout whether career development affected employee performance, whether motivation affectedemployee performance, whether career development affected job satisfaction, whethermotivation influenced job satisfaction, whether career development and motivation affectedemployee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample of thisresearch were 42 employees of Metro Islamic Hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire,and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test,Linearity Test and Variable Regression Analysis with the Causal Step Method with the program (SPSS 25). The result of this study showed that there was a positive and significantinfluence of career development on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant effect of motivation on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development on employee job satisfaction. There was apositive and significant influence of motivation on job satisfaction. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development and motivation on employee performance withjob satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership on employee performance with intrinsic motivation as a moderator variable. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses data types that can be measured or calculated directly through measuring research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is the analytical method which includes instrument requirements testing, analysis requirements testing and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) testing. The results of the study show that autocratic leadership has no effect on the performance of the Badiklat Education and Training Agency in Bandar Lampung Province. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on autocratic leadership on employee performance at the Badiklat Education and Training Agency in Bandar Lampung Province. Abstract

Based on the tests that have been carried out by researchers using the classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (panel data regression model using the fixed effect model), t test and R2 test it is found that financial performance affects the value company and good corporate governance moderate the relationship between financial performance and company value at banks listed on the IDX for 2019-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profitability (ROA), solvency (DER), and good corporate governance are able to moderate the effect of profitability (ROA) on income smoothing at PT.Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. To find out whether Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the effect of solvency (DER) on income smoothing at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This research is a descriptive quantitative research by collecting data through financial reports at PT Bank Muamalat Tbk for the 2019-2021 period. The data collection technique uses a documentation study by collecting financial reports and aspects related to research variables. Technical data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics presenting data in the form of average data, minimum values, maximum values, and standard deviation of each variable studied. This research will present the required data, namely profitability ratios, solvency ratios, Good Corporate Governance, and income smoothing. These data were obtained from the sample to be examined, namely the financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk in 2019-2021. This study also uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. PLS analysis is a multivariate statistical technique by comparing the multiple independent variables and multiple dependent variables. The results of this study indicate that Profitability (ROA), Solvability (DER) have a positive effect on income smoothing at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, GCG can moderate the effect of profitability (ROA) and solvency (DER) on income smoothing at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test whether organizational climate and organizationalcommitment either partially or simultaneously have a role in influencing organizationalcitizenship behavior at the Metro City Samsat Office. The design of this study usesquantitative, the number of samples found in employees is 32 respondents. The samplingtechnique uses census sampling. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests, prerequisitetests used normality, linearity and homogeneity.
