Abstract

Based on a report by the International Data Corporation (IDC), which published the company's latest report regarding the smartphone market in Indonesia for the fourth quarter of 2021, there are 5 smartphone brands with the highest market share in Indonesia in 2021 and iPhone is not included in the top 5. The aim is to find out whether the eWOM and Brand Image variables can have a direct effect on Brand Trust, to find out whether eWOM and Brand Image can have a direct effect on Buying Intention, to find out whether Brand Trust can have a direct effect on Buying Intention. This research uses a type of quantitative research method. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling technique. Subjects who were interviewed as respondents were management students of the 2019 batch of Muhammadiyah Metro University who were found randomly. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and literature study. and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and regression significance, and path analysis. The results of this study partially show that eWOM and Brand Image have a positive effect on Brand Trust. that eWOM and Brand Image have a positive effect on Purchase Intention, Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether service quality and product quality affect repurchaseintention with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. This type of researchconducted in research is to use quantitative research. The population in this study wereSprighill residents, Bandar Lampung City, totaling 140 people who actively use Shopee.Determining the number of samples using the Sovlin formula with an error margin of 5%, asample of 50 was obtained. The data collection technique used was interviews andquestionnaires. data analysis used included validity test, reliability test, normality test,linearity test, homogeneity test. Data analysis in this study used Regression Analysis ofMediating Variables with the Causal Step Method with the help of the SPSS version 25.0application. Service quality, product quality has a positive and significant impact oncustomer satisfaction with Shopee users in the Bandar Lampung City Community. ProductQuality, Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention ofShopee users in the Bandar Lampung City Community. Abstract

Investors who invest in the capital market will find two problems, namely the rate of returnand the level of risk. The purpose of this study was to determine the eligibility level of sharesand the rate of return on shares and risk by using the CAPM method in determininginvestment decisions in shares of manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverages sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. This study usesa descriptive quantitative approach to identify the feasibility of shares based on the level andreturn on investment. The sample in this study are food and beverage manufacturingcompanies listed on the IDX for 2019-2022. Data collection techniques using thedocumentation method and data analysis using the CAPM method. Based on the results of thefeasibility research on stock investment that has been carried out, in this study there werefour stocks that were declared eligible for the stock investment activities, namely ADES,CEKA, MYOR, and STTP. Meanwhile, six companies namely ALTO, ICBP, INDF, ROTI,SKBM, and ULTJ were declared unfit for investment activities. Individual stock returns (Ri)in companies from highest to lowest are ADES, STTP, MYOR, and CEKA. While thesystematic risk (β) from highest to lowest is ADES, CEKA, MYORand STTP

Abstract

The development of today's This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT.Bank Panin Dubai Syariah using the Market Value Added (MVA) method. Based on theresults of Market Value Added (MVA) analysis at PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah for the last3 years, namely 2019-2021, has shown a pretty good increase, this proves that the companyis able to manage capital so that the profits generated increase. But in 2020 the companyexperienced a very significant decline. Then with the analysis of Market Value Added (MVA)at PT. Abstract

There are problems with employee performance which result in decreased production and sales in convection light. There is a decrease in the amount of production because employees need leaders, work environment, and work motivation that are suitable for increasing production results in convection light. Employees need evaluation to improve their performance so they can meet the targets needed by the company. For this reason, a leadership style, work environment and work motivation are needed to improve employee performance in the convection light. Leadership style evaluates the ability and potential of each employee to expand the employee's responsibility and authority in the future. This study has the objectives, namely to find out whether transformational leadership style affects employee performance, to find out whether the work environment affects employee performance, to find out whether work motivation influences employee performance, to find out whether transformational leadership style, work environment and work motivation influence relationships. between work motivation and employee performance. The sample of this research were 40 employees of the Ganjar Angung Metro Barat convection light. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test with the program (SPSS 25). There is a positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Light Convection of Ganjar Agung Kota Metro. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance of Management Student Class of 2019 Muhammadiyah University Metro. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance in the light convection of Ganjar Agung City Metro.

Abstract

This research used descriptive quantitative approach which the aims to determine thesignificance of online services and information on the decision to use Grab applicationservices with Word Of Mouth as the intervening variable with a case study ofMuhammadiyah Metro University management students batch 19. The sample in thisresearch used 103 management students. Abstract

Human resources who work in an organization or company have the ability to improve thequality of their performance, so that every employee who works in an organization mustreally be able to carry out factors that can help employees get the title with good qualityperformance. The analytical tool used is Regression Analysis. Abstract

Based on field findings, the issue identified is the fluctuation, which tends to decrease, in thesales volume of PT Pinus Merah Abadi. The objective of this study is to determine the impactof product, price, and distribution on the sales volume of Nabati products at PT Pinus MerahAbadi. This study is a quantitative research, using an explanatory research type, with timeseries data from July 2022 to May 2023, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Theresults show that price has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi.Product has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Distribution hasa positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Price, product, anddistribution together have a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi,with the most significant variable being price.

Abstract

The purpose of this SLR research is to determine the role of expatriates in knowledge transfer in multinational companies. The research method used is systematic literature observation using the Preferred Reporting Item Method for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA), data sources obtained from Google Science direct and Emerald from 2019-2024, obtained 241 journals. The journals were re-selected, the results: 45 journals out of 241 journals that can be accessed. Then based on the title, 10 journals were obtained. The results showed that knowledge transfer (KT) from expatriates tends to have a role in strengthening the core competencies that already exist in the company. Knowledge from expatriates plays a role in filling the knowledge gaps of individuals/teams as a companion to expatriates. Supported by the expertise and knowledge already possessed, local personnel can increase their capabilities and capacities, so that the accumulation can form individual/team competencies. keywords : expatriates, knowledge transfer, mnc

Abstract

By using PRISMA principles, this literature review succeeded in identifying relevant researchoriginating from Scopus indexed articles. This analysis groups themes and shows theinterrelationships of emerging themes using Watase Uake software. The results of thissystematic literature review indicate that expatriates need to pay attention to the new culturein their workplace; they also need organizational and family support; Pre-departure trainingprograms aimed at increasing intelligence, such as language training, can speed expatriateadjustment.
