Abstract

This investigation aims to understand how the lifestyle of Gen Z individuals can influence their purchasing decisions regarding the improvement of salted eggs quality, influenced by the impact of technology and social media on their daily habits, including food choices. The research method employed was through an online survey by distributing a Google Form randomly to various age groups within Gen Z, with a sample size of approximately 100 respondents. The data obtained were then processed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis calculation indicate that the related variables are valid and reliable, the data are normally distributed, and there is no indication of multicollinearity or heteroskedasticity. For partial testing, it shows that the independent variables in the study, namely lifestyle (X1) with a calculated t-value of 2.761 > the tabulated t-value of 1.984, and purchasing decisions with a calculated t-value of 3.150 > the tabulated t-value of 1.984, meaning they contribute significantly to each independent variable towards the dependent variable, which is the improvement of salted eggs quality. Meanwhile, simultaneous testing obtained an F-value of 6.356 > the tabulated F-value of 3.090, indicating that both lifestyle (X1) and purchasing decision (X2) variables collectively contribute significantly to the improvement of quality (Y). Thus, the main conclusion drawn is that there is a strong connection between Gen Z's lifestyle and their purchasing decisions regarding the improvement of salted eggs quality.

Abstract

The era of globalization and intense business competition encourages companies to offer avariety of products, facilities and services to attract consumers. The emergence of the Covid-19 virus outbreak caused many new competitors to emerge, while several coffee shopbusiness owners experienced a decline in turnover and closed their shops. In facing thiscompetition, coffee shops need to innovate and be creative in their concepts and use amarketing mix to attract consumers. Marketing mix is a collection of marketing tools thatcompanies use to promote their products or services to customers. In this case, the focus ofthis research is on four aspects of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, andpromotion. The products offered by the coffee shop must be able to meet the wants and needs of consumers. Prices must be adjusted to remain profitable for the company. The place orlocation of the coffee shop is also important in facilitating product distribution. Promotion isa tool for communicating product benefits and influencing consumer buying behavior. Theresearch method used is qualitative data using library techniques and qualitative descriptiveanalysis. Based on the research results, it was found that a successful coffee shop is one thatis able to apply the marketing mix well. In addition, this research also reveals the history anddevelopment of coffee shops from Turkey to Europe and England. In developing a coffee shopbusiness, the right strategy is needed to attract buyers and expand the target market. Themarketing mix is a strategy that is commonly used by coffee shop companies in achievingmarketing objectives. The 4P concept in the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion)helps companies to plan and manage their marketing efforts effectively. In conclusion, coffeeshops need to understand and implement the marketing mix well in order to increasemarketing effectiveness, win the competition, and better meet consumer needs. By using theright marketing mix strategy, coffee shops can survive and succeed in a competitive businesscompetition.

Abstract

The leadership style of a business venture is important for the sustainability and development of climate, and employee performance. The problems in hospitals seen from the pre-survey showed that leadership style is 69%, employee satisfaction is 59%, employee motivation is 55%, the culture planned by the organization is 60% implemented by employees, organizational commitment is 60% and employee performance is 62%. For this reason, this research will examine transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, employee commitment, and performance. The research method is surveyed and quantitative research. Data was collected through questionnaires to capture latent variables—sampling applied purposive sampling, namely employees who have worked for more than one year. The analysis tool used was SEM with the Lisrel program, the research sample was 157 respondents consisting of 87 women and 70 men aged 24-39 years. The research results imply that employee performance is mediated by commitment, commitment is influenced by leadership style, and leadership and organizational culture directly influence employee performance.

Abstract

In essence, each person's level of job satisfaction is unique. The system and values that are relevant toeach employee will determine the varying degrees of pleasure that they experience. The test resultsindicate that there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction at PT. IndoLampung Perkasa. This relationship is further supported by respondents' responses, which highlightthe following: superiors always communicate to subordinates about efforts to complete tasks;employees who work well at PT. Indo Lampung Perkasa are fairly given opportunities to getpromoted; employees who take risks and dare to try new things are all highly initiative in carryingout their work. This study's goal was to ascertain the impact of organizational culture, which in thisinstance is thought to be responsible for employee contentment. Multiple linear regression analysis isthe technique employed. The study's findings indicate that there is a relationship between employeesatisfaction and company culture.

Abstract

This is study aims to determine the direct effect between service quality, ease 0f use, and trust in purchasing decisions with word of mouth as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research by measuring the variables of service quality, ease of use and trust by using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire scoring scale for each variable is 1-5 so that the range of scores obtained by respondents is between 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25.0 application. The results of study show that there is a direct influence between service quality and word of mouth for shopee users. There is a direct effect of ease of use on word of mouth for shopee users. There is a direct effect of trust in word of mouth on shopee users. There is a direct effect of service quality on purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct of ease of use purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct influence of trust in purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions for shopee users

Abstract

A company always hopes to achieve better progress. To achieve this goal, the company willtry to improve employee performance. To improve employee performance, it is necessary toimplement detailed guidelines and provide compensation for the contribution given. Researchhas been conducted regarding the Effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) andincentives on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung. This researchused a quantitative approach to test the stated hypothesis. In this study, the paper used aclosed questionnaire, namely a questionnaire where the answers were already available. Therespondent just had to choose the answer according to the question. In this study, thepopulation consisted of all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung, ofwhich there were 44 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sample where allmembers of the population were sampled. Data processing was carried out throughtabulation and carried out validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, andmulticollinearity tests. The data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. Thehypothesis used a t-test and F-test. The research results showed that the standard operationalprocedure variables (SOP) and incentives partially and simultaneously have a positive effecton employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and workstress on employee performance moderated by employee work motivation. This study appliesquantitative research that measures the variables of financial compensation, work stress,employee performance, and work motivation using a questionnaire through a Likert scalescoring of 1-5. This study involved a population of 32 employees. The sampling techniqueused in this study was saturated sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire and dataanalysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate thatFinancial Compensation has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Theaspect that has the most effect on financial compensation on employee performance is thecompensation applied by the company and the weakest is the applicable regulations. Workstress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The aspect that has themost effect on work stress is physical demands and the weakest is task demands. Workmotivation can significantly strengthen the effect of financial compensation on employeeperformance at CV MT Tani. Work motivation can strengthen the effect of work stress onemployee performance. Abstract

In its existence, small industries often experience ups and downs, there are many problems in its development. This can be based on the factors of natural resources, human resources, production equipment technology, marketing relations, and the lack of small and medium business development. The main problem is in the process of developing a business or maintaining a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the non-financial and financial feasibility conditions of the bamboo tambir woven handicraft household industry in Gondang Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung. This research contains an overview of the company and business feasibility in terms of various specific aspects. By choosing the descriptive type because it presented more accurate data, besides that the form was simple, and technically easy to understand. The aspects in question were non-financial aspects and financial aspects. Non-financial aspects in this study included market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational and management aspects, social, economic and cultural aspects, and environmental aspects. While the financial aspects in this study included Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. It can be concluded that in the home industry business the bamboo tambir craft was feasible to run. This can be seen from the results of the non-financial aspect analysis, it was found that the business of woven bamboo drums in Gondang Rejo Village was feasible to run. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the business feasibility studied show that it was feasible to run. The Village Government must increase its attention to the community in running a business so that it can be more advanced and developed by establishing a special forum for bamboo craftsmen business groups, with the aim of getting the attention of the industry and trade department. The people of Gondang Rejo Village can take advantage of this business opportunity because it is profitable. It will be a loss if you just stand by. In fact, income will not come by itself without doing some effort.

Abstract

Competition between the personal care and cosmetics industry markets is increasinglycompetitive. This is proven by the many types of cosmetics in circulation, both domestic andforeign production. The flood of cosmetic products on the market influences a person'sattitude towards purchasing decisions and using goods. Purchasing a product is no longer tofulfill a need, but rather because of a desire. This research aims to find out whether there isan influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and customer satisfaction on PurchasingDecisions. This method uses quantitative research. The population in this research arecustomers who subscribe to or have purchased products from the Beauty Clinic. In this study,non-probability sampling was used using a purposive sampling method. The number ofsamples that met the requirements for this study was 64 samples. The data collectiontechnique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validitytest, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Service quality andcustomer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at theCantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City. Meanwhile, Brand Image does not have a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Cantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove "The Effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction Which Has An Impact On Customer Loyalty At Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III". The research method used in this study was by determining accidental sampling of 160 respondents, and the data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test, path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the study, the following findings were obtained: the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III. This can be shown by a t-count value of 40.788 and a significance value of 0.000. The promotion has proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III. This can be shown a t-count value of 12.621 and a significance value of 0.000. The quality of service and promotion has proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III. This can be shown an f-count value of 861.441 and a significance value of 0.000. The quality of service has proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III. This can be shown a t-count value of 19.272 and a significance value of 0.000. The promotion has proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III. This can be shown a t-count value of 12.111 and a significance value of 0.000. Customer satisfaction has proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Permata Bintaro Tower III.
