Abstract

Purchasing decision is a concept of purchasing behavior where a consumer decides to do something or do something. One of the factors is the quality of the product, word of mouth and also the customer community. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population and research sample are consumers who have bought sukun sedap malam chips products in Setimbo Hamlet, Jati Banteng Village, Jati Banteng District, Situbondo Regency (heterogeneous population), at least 97 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use multiple linear analysis. The results showed that product quality and customer community had an effect on purchasing decisions for night savory breadfruit chips, while WOM had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for night savory breadfruit chips.

Abstract

Job analysis is a crucial process in human resource management aimed at gaining aprofound understanding of the tasks, responsibilities, and qualifications associated with aspecific position within an organization. Within the management context, job analysis plays akey role in crafting clear job descriptions, determining necessary job specifications, andproviding a foundation for effective employee management. This article presents a holisticview of job analysis, exploring the steps involved, its objectives and benefits, as well asvarious types and methods that can be utilized in the process. Abstract

Maritim Muda Nusantara’s organizational culture is one of the factors that encouragesMaritim Muda Nusantara’s human resources to be able to perform well, by implementingcommunication as the main value of organizational culture which must be implemented wellby Maritim Muda Nusantara’s human resources as a whole. . The purpose of this research isto analyze and determine organizational culture on employee performance in the MaritimMuda Nusantara organization. This research uses qualitative methods, with interview andobservation tools, then the data during observation is selected and processed as the mostinteresting, fresh and accurate. The results of the research carried out are that there is apositive influence between organizational culture on employee performance in the MaritimMuda Nusantara organization.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service culture, customer value andbrand equity on customer loyalty for pension financing products at Bank Syariah IndonesiaKC Bengkulu Sudirman. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linearregression analysis methods. The samples used were 110 samples determined by purposivesampling. The results of this research show that simultaneously service culture, customervalue and brand equity have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty for pensionfinancing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu Sudirman, this is proven by thecalculated F value of 66,541 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially 1) serviceculture has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of0.000 < 0.05. 2) customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty witha significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) brand equity has a positive and significant effect oncustomer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how lifestyle and loyalty affected people'sdecisions to buy Nike sneakers at Summarecon Mall in Bekasi. This research uses multiplelinear regression analysis as part of the quantitative methodology approaches. Through thedistribution of questionnaires and the evaluation of factors connected to current variables,the data used in this study was collected. According to the study's findings, customer loyaltysignificantly and favorably influences their decision to buy Nike sneakers. The largestindicators are high quality and a well-known brand image; lifestyle does not, however,possess a favorable and noteworthy impact on the choices made by customers to buy Nikesneakers, the lowest indicator is "trend influence, which indicates that people are not tooinfluenced by societal trends when making taste decisions. This information can be veryuseful to the Nike company as it helps them stay ahead of the competition by continuing toinnovate and monitor consumer behavior.

Abstract

Islamic education has a central role in forming individuals who not only understandreligion, but also have morals and personality that are in accordance with Islamicteachings. Human resource management (HR) in Islamic educational institutions hascomplex challenges, both from an external and internal perspective. This article investigatesvarious aspects of HR management in the context of Islamic education, starting from basicconcepts, development processes, strategies to the challenges that may be faced. The studymethod uses a library research approach, with data analysis carried out qualitatively. Theresults of the study show that human resource development in Islamic educationalinstitutions requires a continuous process of planning, organizing, directing andmonitoring. A holistic management strategy, including recruitment, employee development,leadership, performance management, technology and collaboration, is the key to success.External challenges such as technological developments, demographic changes, socio-cultural dynamics, economic factors, as well as legal and political changes, influence HRmanagement. Quick response and effective internal management are needed to keep Islamiceducational institutions relevant and of high quality. Good HR management will support theachievement of the goals of Islamic educational institutions in forming individuals who arein accordance with Islamic values

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the effort to discover, develop, and combine innovations,opportunities, and better ways to enhance value in life. Entrepreneurial success occurswhen entrepreneurs experience improvement from previous outcomes and are part ofefforts involving all activities to demonstrate that they have achieved what they haveachieved. Numerous internal and external elements that influence the success and failureof businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine whether entrepreneurial skills,social media skills, and entrepreneurial creativity affect the success of coffee SMEs inBondowoso. Quantitative research was used. This study involved 67 respondents. UsingSPSS version 26, multiple linear regression analysis was performed. The coefficient ofdetermination test showed that entrepreneurial skills, social media skills, and creativityinfluence business success by 57.4%. The t-test results showed that entrepreneurial skills,social media skills, and entrepreneurial creativity have a significant influence on thesuccess of coffee SMEs in Bondowoso

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Ethics variable has a direct effect on EmployeePerformance, whether the Employee Performance variable has a direct effect on WorkMotivation, whether the Employee Work Ethics variable has a direct effect on WorkMotivation and to find out the indirect effect of the Work Ethics variable has an indirecteffect on employee performance through Employee Work Motivation at the MuhammadiyahBusiness Center. The method used was a qualitative method and a quantitative method, thesamples were employees of the Muhammadiyah Business Center (MBC). The tool used isPath Analysis using the SPSS Application. Based on the research results, it shows that workethics has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation. This shows that workethics is the most important element of marketing with an effort to satisfy consumers' wantsand needs. Work ethics has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance.This shows that work ethics is the most important element of an organization in its efforts tosatisfy consumers. Work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if work motivation is related to ability, activity, quality,quantity, collaboration, employee performance will be better. Work ethics indirectly has apositive and significant influence on employee performance, through work motivation. Thisshows that if work motivation in terms of form, character, disposition, morals, behavior,driving ideals is related to abilities, activities, quality, quantity, cooperation, the employee'sperformance will be better.

Abstract

Monopoly market share, namely: the composition of market share indicates that one seller orproducer dominates the market, so that it has is a market structure characterized by oneseller or producer dominating the market so that it has the power to determine prices andsupply. In an Islamic economic perspective, monopoly practices are often consideredunethical because they have the potential to harm consumers and create injustice due to thedistribution of resources. This article aims to analyze monopolized markets from theperspective of Islamic economics and Islamic business ethics by highlighting relevant Islamicbusiness ethics doctrines, such as justice, balance (mizan), and the prohibition of exploitation(gharar, and ikhtiar). Analyzing monopoly markets from the perspective of Islamic economicsand Islamic business ethics, taking into account the basic doctrines in fiqh muamalah,justice, and social responsibility. This article also discusses the implications of thesedoctrines for regulation and business practices in monopoly markets. How reviewingmonopolistic practices is contrary to the doctrine of Islamic business ethics, whichemphasizes honesty, transparency, and mutual prosperity. Research with a qualitativeapproach by analyzing literature and theories of Islamic economics and business ethics. Thisresearch concludes that monopoly markets conflict with the basic guidelines of Islamiceconomics that focus on the balanced welfare of the people. In Islamic business ethics, monopoly is considered a practice that inconsistent with the teachings of beliefs thatencourage healthy competitions and honnest trade.

Abstract

Marketing is a body that all activities or efforts are carried out in the field of marketing, namely distributing from producers to consumers through marketing. The main actors in ceiling marketing (PVC), namely ceilings that have water-repellent materials or elastic materials, while the parties involved in preparing ceiling raw materials are workers, ceiling installation services, goods transportation services, and parties who assist in marketing them . The type of research used in this research is descriptive and verification research. Verification research is a type of research that aims to test a theory or results of previous research, (Sukmadinata, 2006:5). Using this research method to determine the significant relationship between the variables studied. The Cuctomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method was used in this study to examine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction in PVC ceilings. Analysis of overall customer satisfaction was carried out by calculating the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The consumer satisfaction scale commonly used in index interpretation is a scale of 0 to 1. Based on the calculation of the customer satisfaction index, the CSI value for ceiling installation quality gets a score of 72.74% which is in the range of 66 – 80 meaning customer satisfaction with the overall quality of ceiling installation. seen based on the performance and importance of the attributes are in the criteria of "satisfied". with a scale of 66 to 80 that the level of customer satisfaction in Tanjung Sesama Village is generally in the satisfied category, meaning that the customer feels "satisfied" with the quality of the ceiling installation.
