Abstract

Employee performance can decrease due to poor organizational culture, lack of motivation, and compensation mismatch with workload. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto, Central Lampung. The method used in research is quantitative. The population in the study was all 85 BMT Surya Abadi Riyanto Central Lampung employees. The sample used was 85 people using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection used a questionnaire method given by BMT Surya Abadi employees. Questionnaire scoring uses a Likert scale. The data analysis used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is a significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, between organizational culture, compensation and work motivation on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that the higher or better the organizational culture, compensation provided, and motivation of employees, the higher the performance achieved by employees.

Abstract

Consumer behavior based on current market developments makes consumers want to continue to be pampered, this encourages the creation of companies with certain models according to certain models according to consumer needs. The increasingly fierce competition in the existing market, especially competition from similar modern markets, makes companies increasingly demanded to move faster in terms of attracting consumers, so companies that apply marketing concepts need to pay close attention to consumer behavior and the factors that influence their purchasing decisions, in their marketing efforts. products carried out 1) This study aims to find out whether location has an effect on purchasing decisions 2) To find out whether product variations affect purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether price has an effect on purchasing decisions 4) To find out whether location, product variety, price have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 85 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between locations on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between product variations on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between price on purchasing decisions 4) there is a positive and significant influence between location, product variations and prices there is a positive and significant influence between product variations on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Due to the low level of student entrepreneurship, the author conducted research to see whatthe actual conditions are regarding interest in entrepreneurship among management studentsclass of 2019. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of internal and externalfactors on interest in entrepreneurship among management students class of 2019. The typeof research used in this research is quantitative research. Abstract

With the still high Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in the Lampung Province area, Muhammadiyah Metro University's class of 2019 management students themselves are felt capable of overcoming this problem, namely by increasing entrepreneurial motivation, because it is hoped that by increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia it can open new jobs, reduce unemployment rate and can also help improve the economy of the surrounding community and also the country. This research aims to find out whether entrepreneurship education, work environment and entrepreneurial skills influence entrepreneurial motivation. Meanwhile, in this research the researcher used a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was 138 management students from the class of 2019 at Muhammadiyah Metro University. Determining the number of samples using the Sovlin formula with a margin of error of 5%, obtained a sample of 102 samples. The data collection technique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Entrepreneurship education, work environment and entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial motivation of management students class of 2019 at Metro Muhammadiyah University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City. This research is a type of research is quantitative research. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique performed is using a path analysis tool. The results of the study show that service quality has a direct effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City. Brand image has a direct effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City. Service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City. Brand image has a direct effect on customer satisfaction at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City. Consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok 21 Resto, Metro City.

Abstract

The era of digitalization is increasingly simultaneously penetrating all aspects of life. The impact that is increasingly being felt has also led some people to think that nowadays society cannot be separated from the influence of technology to date. The emergence of convenience from every aspect ranging from education, business, health, industry and various things makes everything today very easy This study aims to find out (1) Does the perception of benefits affect the use of the Oren By Kopnuspos application in Metro city? (2) Does the ease of transaction affect the use of the Oren By Kopnuspos application in Metro City? (3) Does the Perceived Benefit and Ease of Transactions Affect the Use of the Oren By Kopnuspos Application in Metro City? The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population in this study was a company, namely the UMKM Kopnuspos cooperative. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between the perceived benefits of using the Oren By Kopnuspos application 2) there was a positive and significant effect between the ease of transactions on the use of the Oren By Kopnuspos application 3) there was a positive and significant effect between the perceived benefits and ease of transaction using the Oren By Kopnuspos application.

Abstract

The development of the Composite Stock Price Index at the end of the year from 2010 to 2020 tends to fluctuate due to several factors. Factors that influence the Composite Stock Price Index are inflation, exchange rates and world oil prices. The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the effect of inflation on the Composite Stock Price Index on the BEI for 2010-2020. 2) To determine the effect of exchange rates on the Composite Stock Price Index on the IDX for 2010-2020. 3) To determine the influence of world oil prices on the Composite Stock Price Index on the BEI for 2010-2020. 4) To determine the joint influence of inflation, exchange rates and world oil prices on the Composite Stock Price Index on the BEI for 2010-2020. This research is a type of conclusive research that is quantitative in nature. The population in this study is monthly Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) data recorded on the IDX from January-December 2010 to January-December 2020. The population in this study was 132 months, namely January-December 2010 to December 2020. The samples in this study numbered 11, namely from 2010 to 2020. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression equations, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn that 1) The inflation variable has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the exchange rate on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). 3) The World Petroleum Price (ICP) variable has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). 4) There is a positive and significant influence between inflation, exchange rates and World Petroleum Prices (ICP) simultaneously or together on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on employee performance and organizational climate as an intervening variable at the Indonesian Sharia Bank in Metro City. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses types of data that can be measured or calculated directly through measuring research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, which is a method used in causal models that have been formulated by researchers based on scientific substance, namely the theoretical basis and experience of researchers. The research results show that service quality (ξ1) has a direct effect on performance (η2) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Metro City. Abstract

The development of business ventures in the current era of globalization is increasingly rapid, marked by an increasingly high and tight level of competition between companies. This situation causes companies in general to try to maintain survival, develop the company, obtain optimal profits and try to strengthen the company's position in facing competing companies. Primamedia Metro is a company that provides printing services to consumers from various circles. Based on the results of interviews conducted with owners regarding financial data, it shows that since the onset of COVID-19, it has resulted in losses, due to not being able to carry out normal business activities. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Is there an influence of company image on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? 2) Is there an influence of perceived value on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? 3) Is there an influence of company image and perceived value together on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? This research was carried out at Primamedia Metro using non-random sampling, namely purposive sampling of 90 respondents, namely Primamedia Metro consumers. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that company image has a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, perceived added value has a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, and company image and perceived added value together have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior.
