Abstract

Based on the data, increasing customers within the company is not only related to the problem of scheduling work and skills in completing marketing, but also regarding how the atmosphere or how to promote products and pay attention to prices and relationships with customers at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Metro City Branch certainly needs a good promotion and strategy to attract customers so they can compete with other providers. The number of product sales depends on how the company promotes and develops the product brand itself. This study has a goal, namely to whether there is a direct effect on brand image and price on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is the customers of PT.Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Metro City branch as many as 36 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Regression Significance and Path 2 Substructural Analysis with the program (SPSS 20). The results showed that there was a direct effect of Brand Image and Work Environment on Customer Loyalty, there was a direct effect of Brand Image and Work Environment on Customer Satisfaction, and there was a direct effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Competition between companies now does not only involve competition for physical evidence and capital but competition for personnel or human resources owned, because competition and competition are increasingly tight, employees are required to be able to perform well. At KSPPS BMT Asyafii'iyah Berkah Nasional Kota Gajah certainly requires employees who have good performance, this can be influenced by rewards, punishments and also work discipline applied to this company. This study aims to determine the direct influence between Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable (Study on KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Kota Gajah). This research is a quantitative research by measuring the variables of Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance and Work Discipline using questionnaires. The questionnaire scoring scale on each variable is 1-5 so that theoretically the range of scores obtained by respondents is between 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS application version 25. The results showed that 1) There is a direct effect of reward on employee performance. 2) There is a direct influence of punishment on employee performance. 3) There is a direct effect of reward on work discipline. 4) There is a direct influence of Punishment on employee Work Discipline. 5) There is a direct influence of Work Discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

Technological advances have an impact on the business sector, one of which is payment transactions. Mobile payment is one of the breakthroughs in the business sector with online transactions. However, unfortunately, there are still many people who have little interest in using mobile payments. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of efficiency, security and convenience on consumers' interest in using mobile payments at the Shizuka Ms Glowstore, Gajah City. This research applies quantitative research methods. The research location is at the Shizuka Store, Kota Gajah. The population in this research are consumers or buyers at the Shizuka store. The research sample was taken by accidental sampling with a sample size of 68. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with Likert scoring 1-5. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression formulas, t-test, F-test, and determination test. The research results show that efficiency influences interest in using mobile payment at Shizuka Ms Glow Store. Transaction security influences interest in using mobile payments. Ease of transactions influences interest in using mobile payments. Efficiency, transaction security and ease of transactions have a significant influence on interest in using mobile payments.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Consumer Trust, Perception of Benefits andPerception of Ease of Use influence Purchase Intention. A quantitative approach was used inthis research, namely an approach where the data is in the form of numbers or qualitativefigures. The population in this study were active Instagram followers of Rpshop Metro City.Taking the minimum number of research samples is by multiplying the indicators by thenumbers 5 to 10, then the indicators in the existing variables are 16 multiplied by the number5, which is 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was using interviews,documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test,normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linear regression analysis withthe help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Consumer Trust, Perception of Benefits andPerception of Ease of Use have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest atRp Shop Kota Metro

Abstract

Service is the most important thing to prioritize in the service sector. Service that is well received by consumers means that the service is right on target. Apart from that, this will be a consumer assessment of the airline's employees and company which can provide a positive image. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Does empowerment have an effect on employee commitment? 2) Does internal service quality influence employee commitment? 3) Do empowerment and internal service quality together influence employee commitment? The research sample was Lion Group employees at Radin Inten II International Airport. This research has a population of 18 people < 30 people, so this research will use the entire population without drawing a research sample as a unit of observation which is called a census technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that empowerment has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Internal service quality has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Empowerment and internal service quality together have a positive and significant influence on employee commitment.

Abstract

the author gives the title of this thesis "The influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable among consumers of Beautycare Metro Lampung" The main problem in the research is the fluctuation in the number of visitors to Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung, however, to maintain its position as one of the superior beauty clinics, Cantika Beauycare must be able to implement the right marketing strategy. This research aims to examine the influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable for Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung consumers. The variables used in this research are marketing communications as an independent variable, purchase interest as an intervening variable and purchasing decisions as a dependent variable. The data source in the research is primary data where the data collection method uses a questionnaire method distributed at Cantika Beautycare Lampung. The number of samples whose data were successfully processed was 50 respondents. The sample selection method used was the simple random sampling method. Where all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that marketing communication and purchasing interest have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cantika BeautycareMetro Lampung products. Abstract

The rapid progress of information technology today has made changes so quickly. Along with advances in business, internet technology can reach consumers, creating new opportunities for interaction and transactions. This research aims to find out whether the use of the TikTok digital platform and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. In this research, researchers used quantitative research. The population in this study were members of the football community in Srigading village, East Lampung with a total of 41 respondents. Based on this research, because the population is not greater than 100 respondents, the author took 100% of the population in the soccer community of Srigading village, East Lampung, namely 41 respondents. The data collection technique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (F test) with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. There is a positive and significant influence of the Shopee Digital Platform on Tiktok and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decisions on Shopee in the Football Community in Srigading Village, East Lampung.

Abstract

This study aimed at knowing whether product quality was a purchasing decision on batik Silabi Metro city. To find out whether the price of the purchase decision on batik Silabi Metro city. To find out whether promotion on purchasing decisions at Silabi batik Metro city. To find out whether product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Silabi batik Metro city. The sample in this study amounted to 96 consumers at batik Silabi metro city. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, t test, f test, determination r test and Statistical Hypothesis Test. Using the SPSS data processing program. The results showed that 1. product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2. Price had a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions. 3. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. 4. Product Quality, Price, and Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

A business can be developed by implementing certain strategies so that it can optimize its income. The aim of this research is to find out the internal factors of business development, find out the external factors of business development and find out the strategies that can be used to develop the afta bird cage home industry business in Bumiratu Nuban. This research applies qualitative research methods by analyzing business development strategies in the form of bird cages in the Afta bird cage home industry in Bumiratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. In collecting research data, three sources were involved who were owners of the Afta bird cage home industry and their employees. Data was obtained by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to determine the weight and rating on aspects of the company's internal and external factors. Data analysis in this research uses SWOT analysis which consists of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The research results state that the S-O Strategy: (1) Maintaining product quality with quality raw materials, (2) Creating products with attractive designs, and (3) Making products using technology/machines. W-O Strategy: 1) Increasing and strengthening the marketing network, 2) Increasing capital so that it can recruit employees. 3) With adequate employees, you can meet consumer demand in large numbers. S-T Strategy: 1) Design attractive products that are no less than factory products, 2) Maintain quality products, 3) Make cages according to consumer tastes W-T Strategy: 1) Recruit employees who have creativity to meet consumer tastes, 2) Increasing promotions to attract buyers' interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work morale and work environment on employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable on CV. Maju Prosperous Inti Mojopahit. The role of employees is very important to the success or failure of the company. Problems related to performance are also a tragic issue for companies that program human resource problems. Success in performance depends on work morale, work environment, and leadership style. With less than optimal performance caused by a lack of work enthusiasm among employees and a poor work environment, as well as the implementation of a leadership style that is not wise enough, the results obtained are less than optimal. This research uses quantitative research; the sample in this research is 40 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Interaction Test, R Determination Test, and Statistical Hypothesis Test. By using data processing program SPSS version 22, The research results show that work enthusiasm influences employee performance, the work environment influences employee performance, and leadership style as a moderation variable is able to strengthen work enthusiasm for employee performance at CV. Maju Sejahtera Inti Mojopahit and leadership style as a moderation variable are able to strengthen the work environment and employee performance at CV. Maju Prosperous Inti Mojopahit.
