Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether online-based marketing has a direct effect onincreasing sales. To find out whether online-based marketing has a direct effect onsatisfaction. To find out whether increasing sales has a direct effect on satisfaction. To findout whether online-based marketing has an indirect effect on increasing sales. Thepopulation in this research is 76 food traders in Way Bungur District. The sample in thisresearch was food traders of Way Bungur District, totaling 32 people. In this research, a pathanalysis model is used because between the independent variable and the dependent variablethere is mediation that influences it. This research consists of three variables. Namely online-based marketing as the independent variable, increasing sales as the dependent variable andsatisfaction as the intervening variable. Based on the results of the research and discussion,several conclusions can be drawn that partially online-based marketing (ξ1) has a positiveand significant influence on increasing sales (η2). There is no direct influence betweenonline-based marketing on satisfaction. There is no direct influence between increasing saleson satisfaction. There is an indirect influence between online-based marketing on increasingsales through the satisfaction variable

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions at the Jims Honey 15A Metro City Store. To find out product quality regarding purchasing decisions at the Jims Honey 15A Metro City Store. To find out and identify product quality that moderates the influence of consumer purchasing decisions at the Jims Honey 15A Metro City Store. This research uses quantitative research, the sample in this study was 100 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Test, T Test, R Determination Test and Statistical Hypothesis Test. Using data processing program SPSS version 25. With results 1. Social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 2 Word of Mouth has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. 3. Social media marketing which is moderated by product quality variables has an acceptable value, has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 4. Word of mouth which is moderated by the product quality variable has an acceptable value, has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Behavioral Finance is a phenomenon of a person's psychology that can affect an investor in financial activities, this financial behavior can occur due to the irrational nature of an investor, especially in making investment decisions. This study has the aim of knowing whether regret aversion bias affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. To determine whether Overconfidence affected investment decision making in generation z. To find out whether Overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. And to find out whether regret aversion bias and overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z and find out what the impact was. This study used a quantitative method with purpose sampling where the sample of this study amounted to 60 respondents who were generation z cryptocurrency investors. Data analysis used instrument requirement testing, namely validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements test used normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. And hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test (T test). simultaneous test (F test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). By using the SPSS software application program. The results showed that 1). Regret aversion bias had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. 2). Overconfidence had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. and 3). Regret aversion bias and overconfidence had a significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z.

Abstract

The HR Performance Assessment aims to ensure the objectivity of civil servant development which is based on an achievement system and career system. Assessments are carried out based on performance planning at the individual level and unit or organization level, taking into account targets, achievements, results and benefits achieved, as well as employee behavior. In this case, the researcher intends to look at HR assessment in terms of employee attendance and work effectiveness with leadership style as an element that can strengthen the influence of these two things on employee performance. This research aims to find out whether absenteeism has an effect on employee performance, to find out whether work effectiveness has an effect on performance, to find out whether absenteeism has an effect on employee performance which is moderated by leadership style and to find out whether work effectiveness has an effect on employee performance which is moderated. by leadership style. The sample for this research was all employees at DISPORAPAR Metro City, totaling 48 people. Data collection used questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, moderated regression analysis, T tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2) using the program (SPSS). The research results show that there is an influence on employee performance through absenteeism and work effectiveness and leadership style can moderate the influence of absenteeism and work effectiveness on employee performance.

Abstract

The Traditional Crafts Industry, especially the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) ofAllysa Tapis Lampung, faces challenges in business competition and the sustainability oftheir business amidst dynamic changes in the business environment and diverse consumerpreferences. The main obstacles faced are increasingly fierce competition, limited access towide markets, ineffective marketing strategies, and constraints in product innovation. Thisstudy aims to analyze the business strategy in SMEs of Traditional Crafts Allysa TapisLampung in Yosodadi-Metro Timur Village in facing increasingly fierce businesscompetition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptivemethod. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation.Primary data were obtained directly from informants through interviews with the owners ofAllysa Tapis Lampung SMEs in Yosodadi Metro Timur. Meanwhile, secondary data wereobtained from various references related to the research. The results of the analysis indicate that Allysa Tapis Lampung SMEs face various challenges in maintaining theircompetitiveness in the market. Therefore, several business strategies are proposed, includingproduct diversification, quality improvement, market expansion, and branding reinforcement.Additionally, collaborative efforts with local governments and other relevant parties are alsoconsidered important to support the growth of these SMEs. In conclusion, it is found thatAllysa Tapis Lampung SMEs can enhance their competitiveness by utilizing digital marketingstrategies, adapting to changes in consumer trends, and conducting comprehensive analysesof changes in monthly income and influencing factors

Abstract

Amanah Wood Furniture is a small and medium enterprise operating in the furniture industry using wood as the main material in making furniture, which prioritizes aesthetics in the results. There are several suppliers who provide the company's raw material needs. The previous supplier selection process was simple and manual, so it was less efficient and the results were not optimal. The method that can be used for supplier selection is the Fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method. The problems that occur in Amanah Wooden Furniture are: (1) How to select suppliers according to the required criteria based on decision making preferences using the Fuzzy TOPSIS method in the Amanah Furniture business? (2) Using the Fuzzy Topsis method, who is the best supplier who can work together according to the company's conditions and capabilities? The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling technique because the Fuzzy YOPSIS method requires decision makers who are experts in analyzing raw material suppliers. To solve the problem, this research uses the Fuzzy TOPSIS method which is a combination of fuzzy concepts with the topsis method which is designed to pay more attention to the level of uncertainty and ambiguity that arises, as well as a weighting technique to weight the criteria objectively. Based on the research results, it shows that the decision support system uses the results of the Fuzzy TOPSIS method considering the criteria, the weight of each criterion, as well as the decision maker's assessment of suppliers based on the criteria considered to give suppliers top priority from the available alternatives

Abstract

In a company there are many things that must be paid attention to, just as a company must pay a lot of attention to the productivity of its employees so that they continue to run well and get maximum results in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. To achieve good productivity in today's increasingly advanced digital era, companies must be able to change dynamically and be competitive in the competition. Therefore, efforts to increase employee productivity are the most serious management challenges, because success in achieving a goal and the survival of the company depends on the quality of human productivity within it. This research aims to determine the direct influence of the work environment on Occupational Health and Safety (K3). To determine the direct influence of work discipline on Occupational Health Safety (K3). To determine the direct influence of the work environment on productivity. To determine the direct influence of work discipline on productivity. To find out the direct influence of Occupational Health Safety (K3) on productivity. The sample for this research was all employees at PT Sarana Cahaya Makmur, totaling 40 people. Data collection uses questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, and path analysis using (SPSS). The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Occupational Health Safety (K3). There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Occupational Health Safety (K3). There is a positive and significant influence of Occupational Health Safety (K3) on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer satisfaction and interest on buyinginterest in Kopi Kenangan in Karawang. Using a quantitative method and involving 102respondents selected through a random sampling technique, this study found that bothconsumer satisfaction and interest in the brand had a positive and significant influence onconsumers' buying interest. However, the low R-square result (21.0%) suggests that otherfactors may also influence buying interest. Based on these results, it is recommended thatKopi Kenangan continue to expand, innovate menus, collaborate, and utilize digitalmarketing to increase attraction and maintain consummer loyality

Abstract

Food business requires efficient resource management to achieve optimal production and maximum profit. This research aims to optimize the production combination at TARA Taro Chips Factory by utilizing simplex-based linear programming method. This method is used to maximize company profits through proper resource allocation. The research data was obtained through the literature method and processed using the Solver tool in Microsoft Excel to minimize calculation errors. The results show that the factory can achieve maximum profit of Rp446,970 per day through the optimal production combination. The simplex method proved to be effective in solving resource allocation problems and provided a strategic reference in decision making to improve efficiency and innovation in product development

Abstract

Regulations relating to the management of state property regulate the write-off of fixed assets from an organization. Finding the causes behind an organization's decision to eliminate its fixed assets is the aim of this research. A systematic literature review was the research methodology used, and Google Scholar was the data source. The research results show that there are three methods for writing off fixed assets: auction, transfer, and destruction. Assets that are damaged, no longer suit the needs of the organization, no longer have future economic value, or do not comply with the General Spatial Planning (RUTR) are one of the reasons for writing off fixed assets.
