Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of promotional pricing andservice quality on customer satisfaction at Mafaza Driving Course in Medan. In thecompetitive driving course industry, a deep understanding of factors affecting customersatisfaction is vital for business sustainability and development. Using a quantitativeapproach with survey methodology, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to37 consumers who had participated in Mafaza Driving Course in July 2024. The results ofmultiple linear regression analysis show that promotional pricing has a positive andsignificant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-count value (3.652) > t-table (1.691) andsignificance of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, service quality also has a positive and significanteffect on customer satisfaction with a t-count value (6.063) > t-table (1.691) and significanceof 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect oncustomer satisfaction with an F-count value (37.528) > F-table (3.34) and significance of0.001 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.670 indicates that 67% of the variation incustomer satisfaction can be explained by the promotional pricing and service qualityvariables. An important finding from this research is that service quality has a moredominant influence compared to promotional pricing, emphasizing the importance of servicequality improvement strategies in the driving course business.

Abstract

A high employee turnover rate can be a serious challenge for organizations, including BMT NU inBondowoso Regency, because it has an impact on workforce stability, productivity, and increasesrecruitment and training costs. Factors that can influence employee turnover include compensation,leadership style, and perceptions of organizational support. This research aims to analyze theinfluence of compensation, leadership style, and perceptions of organizational support on employeeturnover at BMT NU Bondowoso Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a surveymethod by distributing questionnaires to 104 BMT NU employees in various branches in BondowosoRegency. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence ofindependent variables on employee turnover. The research results show that compensation andleadership style have a significant influence on employee turnover, where better compensation and aneffective leadership style can reduce turnover rates. In contrast, perceived organizational supportdoes not have a significant influence on employee turnover, although in theory it can increaseemployee loyalty and retention. Based on these findings, organizations are advised to improvecompensation systems that are fairer and more competitive and implement a more participativeleadership style to create a more stable work environment and support employee retention in the longterm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the productivity of catfish farming businessin Batanghari District, East Lampung. The main focus of this research is feed quality,environmental management, and seed quality. The method used is a quantitative approachwith data collection through interviews and direct observation at the business site. The resultsof the analysis show that feed quality has a significant positive influence on productivity. Inaddition, good environmental management has also been proven to contribute to increasingcatfish productivity. Seed quality also plays an important role in the success of cultivation.Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on the productivity of thecatfish farming business. The results of this study are expected to provide input for farmersand policy makers to increase catfish cultifation yields sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of digital marketing and promotion on thedevelopment of MSMEs in Pekalongan District, East Lampung. The research uses aquantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis techniqueemployed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicatethat:(1) Digital marketing has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs,(2) Promotion has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs, and(3) Digital marketing and promotion simultaneously influence the development of MSMEs

Abstract

Tourist villages are a tourism potential that can have a positive impact on economicdevelopment and environmental sustainability. This research aims to identify the influence oftourist village productivity on business sustainability and the influence of knowledgemanagement on business sustainability. The research method used is a quantitative method.The population in this study were Balcondes and BUMDES managers in 20 Balcondes inBorobudur. The sample of this research was 165 respondents using a purposive samplingmodel, namely distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research ismultiple linear analysis with the help of a data processing application, namely SPSS 23. Theresearch results show that the productivity of tourist villages has a positive effect on businesssustainability, apart from that, knowledge management also has a positive effect on businesssustainability

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product knowledge, halal labels, brand awareness influence purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari. To find out whether moderation between group recommendations on brand awareness influences the purchasing decision of BFC Restar Batanghari. This research is a quantitative study using a sample of 68 samples. The objects in this study are halal labels, brand awareness, purchasing decisions and group recommendations. This research was conducted at BFC Restara Batanghari which is addressed at Jl. Raya Batanghari, Banar Joyo, Kec. Batanghari, East Lampung. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to research samples. Data analysis using Moderated Anaysis Regression analysis. The results showed that product knowledge had a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Halal Label had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari consumers. Brand awareness can influence purchasing decisions. In this case, brand awareness that has an influence is on the aspect of brand superiority and that which is less influential is showing the brand. the effect of product knowledge on purchasing decisions is not moderated by group recommendation variables. The effect of the halal label on purchasing decisions is moderated by the group recommendation variable which is quite strong. Group recommendation moderation does not affect the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Content Marketing, Live Streaming, andElectronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on purchasing decisions for The Originote skincareproducts. The method used is quantitative, with the type of data, namely primary data with aquestionnaire as a form of data collection. The analysis method used by this research isPartial Least Square (PLS) SEM with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The population inthis study are users or consumers of The Originote products who use TikTok. The samplingtechnique used, namely purposive sampling and a sample size of 100 was obtained using theLameshow technique. The results of this study found that Content Marketing (X1) and LiveStreaming (X2) did not significantly affect the Purchase Decision (Y) of The OriginoteSkincare Products. Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) (X3) positively and significantlyinfluences the Purchasing Deciusion (Y) of The Originote Skincare Product

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how online customer reviews and viral marketingimpact people's decisions to buy roti'o ice cream bread. This study employed a quantitativeresearch methodology. The consumers of Roti'O ice cream bread who have purchased andtried the product served as the study's population. One method of gathering data is throughsurveys with 100 responders that are directed to Roti'O ice cream customers. With SmartPLS4.0 software, partial least squares (PLS) are used in this study analysis approach to handledata. Purposive sampling was used to get this study sample. The findings of a well-structuredstudy description lead to the conclusion that viral marketing and online customer reviewspositively and significantly affect consumers' decisions to buy Roti'o AEON Deltamas icecream bread

Abstract

The goal of this study was to discover parameters determining profitability. PT Unilever Tbk was sampled utilizing a partial test data collection methodology and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that profitability was not significantly impacted by the liquidity ratio. In the meantime, there was a notable adverse impact on the capital structure ratio. One of the recommendations for Unilever is to sustain debt management through effective liquidity management. Additionally, keeping debt and equity in balance is essential to avoiding bankruptcy.
