Abstract

The purpose of the analysis in this study is to determine the effect of the relationship between inflation, foreign exchange rates, and the money supply (M1) on economic growth in Indonesia. The model used is ARDL-ECM (Autoregressive Distributed Lag-Error Correction Modelm with time series data as many as 30 objects studied, starting from 1991 to 2020. In the use of data from the World Bank, one data from the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, and other sources. This study concludes that the inflation variable in the long term has a positive effect and is related to economic growth. The exchange rate variable gives the result that in the long term and short term it has a negative effect and is not related to economic growth. Finally, the M1 variable in the long-term model produces a positive influence and is related to economic growth, then in the short term it has a negative influence and is not related to economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk for the period 2017-2021 by using the profitability ratio (ROI parameter) and the economic value added (EVA) method. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is a company listed on the IDX, PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk for the period 2017-2021. The results indicate that the results of measuring financial performance using profitability ratios with ROI parameters as a whole can be said to be good because the average value is positive, which is 2.35%. While the measurement results using the EVA method show a positive average value, which is Rp. 12.074.826-, which means the company has succeeded in creating added value, although in certain years it has decreased.

Abstract

long-term economic development in order to improve the quantity and quality of life in the society surrounding it. The goal of this research is to describe the execution of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi NSB & NSO's CSR program in Rayeuk Meunye Village, Tanah Luas District, North Aceh Regency, with the program's target community being the Rayeuk Meunye Village Community. In this study, a descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used, and data was collected through observation, interviews, and recording. The general head of PT. Pertamina, the Head of Public Relations of PT. Pertamina, public relations staff/employees, and the Rayeuk Meunye village community were the ten informants involved for this study. Data analysis technique consisting of three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. The findings of this study reveal that PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi NSB & NSO's CSR initiative in the form of cocoa planting is ineffective since not all community members are targeted. Furthermore, the benefits perceived by the community have not been dispersed equitably because some people do not focus on operating the program. As such, the desired change is discovered, not everyone feels the change with the program since there are still people who do not collaborate in running the program, they set it aside and consider this cocoa cultivation program is a side job.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study on PD Raharja Cimahi that seeks to analyze how location and promotion influence judgments regarding the purchase of a home, as well as the extent to which these factors have an impact. The sample for this investigation consisted of 68 participants who were selected through the process of probability sampling using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the study findings that the value of R2 is 0.535, which is equivalent to 53.5%, suggests that the findings of this study reveal the influence of location on consumer purchasing decisions. A simultaneous influence on customer purchasing decisions of 0.463%, or 46.3%, is exerted through promotion. The results of the tests on the hypotheses suggest that the elements of location and promotion have a positive impact on the decisions on which products to purchase. The value of R^2, which is 0.535%, reflects this point of view accurately. With a value of R = 20.535, it is possible to deduce that the independent elements in this investigation, namely location and promotion, have an influence on consumer spending decisions that is equivalent to 53.5%. The factors of location and promotion have a large influence on purchase decisions, with an effect size of 53.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining influence comes from factors that were not investigated in this study.

Abstract

The economic openness of a country is one of the indicators of a highly competitive country. The benefit of the open economy is international trade. This is done to increase state income which can provide community welfare. Changes in the international trade balance affect monetary indicators. International trade consists of export and import activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of changes in monetary indicators consisting of exchange rates, interest rates, and inflation on export performance in Indonesia from January 2017 to December 2021. The data sources used are from the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. This study uses time series secondary data. The analytical method used is the Vector Error Correction Model with the help of EViews 10. There are monetary indicators studied that affect export performance and some do not affect export performance. The exchange rate is proven to have a major influence on and contribute to export performance. The findings of this study show that Indonesia needs to strengthen the rupiah exchange rate.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at how leadership style and work environment affect organizational commitment at PT. PLN UP3 Medan. A quantitative research method with an associative approach is used in this work. Participants in this study were all employees of PT. PLN UP3 Medan. The sample size is 56 individuals, and the sampling method is saturation sampling. The primary data for this study was acquired by questionnaire distribution, while the secondary data was gathered via a literature review. Data analysis methods used include the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that the leadership style (X1) had a significant impact on the organizational commitment variable (Y). While the workplace environment (X2) has insignificant impact on organizational commitment (Y). However, organizational commitment is influenced by both leadership style and work environment. According to the coefficient of determination test, the modified R square value of 0.190 suggests that 19.0% of the leadership style and work environment components may explain the organizational commitment variable. Meanwhile, remaining 81.0% is accounted by variables beyond this analysis.

Abstract

Productivity is a very important factor for employees to consider in a company. The working conditions experienced by employees have a significant impact on the amount of work produced. Work productivity shows the level of workforce ability in achieving an output. This study aims to determine the contribution of assertive communication and leadership to work productivity. This study uses a literature review method using secondary data. Secondary data in this study were obtained from previous studies published in accredited national journals over the last ten years. Based on the results of the literature review, it is found that assertive communication and leadership in general have a significant effect on increasing work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the decision to purchase Converse brand shoes for students in the city of Bogor. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires using Google Forms. The population used in this study were students in the city of Bogor. While the sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number of samples to be taken as many as 50 respondents who have made a purchase of Converse shoe products. From the results of this study, the variable of product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Converse brand shoes for students in the city of Bogor. While the Brand Image variable has a positive effect but does not have a significant influence on the decision to buy Converse shoes for students in the city of Bogor so that companies are required to continue to build a positive Converse Brand Image such as promotions and provide maximum service in branding in order to get consumer appeal.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of effectiveness of the Semarang City Government's financial performance in the 2017-2021 fiscal year through Value for Money analysis. The research method used in this study is the Quantitative Descriptive Method. The data needed in this study was obtained through the PPID website of the Semarang City Government in the form of a Budget Realization Report and Notes to Financial Statements. Based on the measurements that have been carried out, it is stated that the average measurement results obtained within a period of 5 years from 2017 to 2021 reached the effective criteria with an average achievement of 97.82%, which means that during those 5 years the Semarang City Government has achieved success in carrying out tasks to achieve goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that monetary variables have on the expansion of the Indonesian economy. Inflation, money supply, and exchange rates are all examples of monetary variables that are examined in this study. This study makes use of time series data spanning from 1990 all the way up to 2020. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag approach (ARDL method) is the one that is utilized for the analysis. According to the findings of the research, the independent variables and the dependent variables exert an influence on each other over both the short and the long terms. While the variable of inflation has no influence on economic growth over the long run, the variables of exchange rate and money supply have a major negative effect on economic growth. Inflation does not affect economic growth. On the other hand, in the short term, the variable that is the money supply has a big and negative impact on the expansion of the economy.
