Abstract

In the 21st hundred years, Indonesia drove the brilliant age by making understudies that fit the requirements and foster the times, through training as well as proper learning endeavors and methodologies through the job of educators in the educational experience. Abstract

This review means to evaluate the meaning of parental help inside the setting of Islamic life experience schools (pondok pesantren) and investigate different models of help that can be applied. The examination approach utilized in this study is an exhaustive survey of existing writing (Library Exploration). The discoveries of this study show the significant job of parental help inside the pondok pesantren climate in working with the advancement of the understudies (santri). In such manner, a few models of help can be carried out, including profound, social, financial, and participatory help. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how female STEI Al-Furqon Prabumulih students wear the hijab according to Islam. To find out how STEI Al-Furqon Prabumulih female students view the wearing of the hijab among STEI Al-Furqon Prabumulih female students. To find out the impact of the hijab fashion trend on the way of dressing and the Akhlakul Karimah behavior of STEI Al-Furqon Prabumulih female students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of these findings are that the way students dress at STEI Al-Furqon can be said to be in accordance with Islamic law, there are only a few people who still don't wear sharia clothing and they wear it when they are outside the campus, not inside the campus. How to wear the hijab, STEI Al-Furqon students also wear the hijab in accordance with Islamic law. Even though the hijab is not long, the hijab covers the chest and does not wear a thin hijab and also wears clothes that comply with Islamic law, supported by campus regulations.

Abstract

Writing a research article in English to be published in good journals is crucial for university students. Prior studies assessing practices for the goal however focused mostly on scrutinizing single methods, whereas inquires of incorporated strategies or eclectic approach on improving a learner’s quality of English scientific writing genre still limited on the genres simpler than research article, as the higher scientific writing genre. This case study conducted using Qualitative method for data collection and analysis aims to explore how an eclectic approach has revamped scholarly texts written by 56 university students in Software Engineering learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The finding of this study revealed an eclectic approach merging Project-based Learning (PBL), Flower-Hayes’ process cognitive writing model and Holistic Flipped Classroom (HFC) could productively affect students’ writing products indicated from the increasing quality of their drafts throughout the writing stages. The conclusion is the eclectic approach integrating PBL, HFC and Flower and Hayes’ cognitive writing model can be considered to apply for other research article classes as long as the students have relatively similar English skill background with the participants of this study.

Abstract

In this digital era, moral degradation among teenagers is very worrying. Moral degradation that occurs includes promiscuity, free sex, increasing rates of violence among students, crimes against friends, theft, fraud, and drug abuse, pornography, assault, theft with violence, and destruction of other people's property. This condition has become a social problem which has not yet been fully resolved. So it is necessary to study in depth regarding morals. Based on the type, this research uses the type of library research, because the object of study is the result of written work which is the result of people's thoughts. This research uses library data collection techniques, namely reading and extracting the contents of related books. The data analysis technique in this research is using content analysis techniques. The results of the research concluded that the thoughts of Shaykh Nawawi Al-Bantani in the book Maraqi Al-Ubudiyah, the concept of moral education includes (1) Morals towards Allah SWT (2) Ethics towards educators (3) Ethics towards students, (4) Ethics towards children towards other people. old (5) Ethics towards people you don't know. (6) Ethics in socializing. Meanwhile, the concept of Moral Education in the Book of Taisirul Kholaq includes (1) Morals towards Allah SWT (2) Habits of Teachers and Students (3) Ethics towards oneself and others. (4) Daily Habits.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5) to improve work culture is a significant effort in shaping the character and career readiness of vocational students in Indonesia. Pancasila, as the nation's founding philosophy, has an important role in guiding learners toward moral, ethical, and professional excellence. This abstract explores the strategies and outcomes of implementing Pancasila profile strengthening in the context of vocational education, specifically focusing on preparing learners for successful employment. Through descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data sources in this study are the Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, P5 Coordinator and Grade XII Learners. The research was conducted at one of the SMKs in Central Lampung Regency, the selection of the SMK is an A-accredited school and is one of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Based SMK Researchers used data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation obtained from photos, recordings, and other sources from schools. The research also evaluated the impact on learners' character, employability skills and career aspirations. The findings reveal the importance of integrating Pancasila values in work culture and vocational education to foster individuals of good character and morality who are able to contribute positively to society and the world of work.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia's potential presidential candidates first got together on September 19, 2023, at Mata Najwa's "3 Presidential Candidates Talking Ideas" event at Gadjah Mada University. This forum is very important since all potential candidates for the Republic of Indonesia's presidency must be able to fully communicate the content of their speeches. From this phenomenon, the research attempts to characterize the ways in which the cooperative principle has been violated and the conversational strategies employed by Prabowo Subianto at the "3 Bacapres Talk Ideas" event in Prabowo Subianto. The speech data from the interview between Najwa Shihab and Prabowo Subianto from Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel was used for this study. Using a pragmatic theoretical approach and qualitative descriptive approaches, particularly the notion of cooperative principles and implicatures, the data were evaluated. The research data was transcribed and gathered. The conclusion is that Prabowo Subianto tends to violate the maxim of quantity and maxim of relevance. The purpose of violating the maxim is to argue and inform.

Abstract

Intelligence is the perfection of the development of the mind, intelligence is also said to be a person's ability to solve problems faced and demands the ability of the mind. This research aims to determine the development of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of secondary school students. The research results show that intellectual intelligence is the human ability to absorb things that are phenomenally factual, the human ability to respond to the universe. Emotional intelligence is the human ability to motivate oneself and others, recognize one's own feelings and in dealing with other people, the ability to empathize and sympathize with others. Spiritual intelligence is intelligence that is used to face and solve problems of meaning and value, as well as placing our behavior and life in a broader and richer context of meaning and assessing that one's actions and way of life are more meaningful than others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is motivated by the importance of student academic ethics to the campus environment and to explain the impact of the principles of academic ethics in the Islamic intellectual tradition. Good ethics and bad ethics become the main focus in understanding and shaping student behavior. As the basis of character building, good ethics guides students in living an academic life with integrity and responsibility. On the other hand, understanding bad ethics creates awareness of actions that can harm integrity and trust in the academic world. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, using field study research (Field Research), the data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that in the Islamic intellectual tradition, strong ethical principles have a very important role in shaping honest, skillful, and responsible individuals. In the context of education, the ethics of literacy in the Islamic intellectual tradition helps foster an attitude of discipline, honesty, and hard work in students. It can help to build a positive image of educational institutions and society, which is expected to improve the quality of education in the campus environment.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset and act as the main driving factor in the implementation of all agency activities, so they need to be managed well through human resource management. Human resource management needs to be implemented in educational institutions as a form of effort to improve the quality of education, especially in the field of teaching staff and education. This research aims to explore human resource management (HR) in preventing turnover intention among Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK). This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research uses primary and secondary data through interviews, observation and documentation as data collection instruments. The results of the research suggest that human resource management can prevent turnover intention at Syubbanul Wathon Bandongan Middle School, namely with 3 policies. This policy has positive synergies as a solution to the PPPK impact. This includes teacher transfer deadline policies, issuance of work agreements, and assessments for teacher empowerment.
