Selanjutnya pada tahun 2019 sampai sekarang, jurnal dipublikasikan sebanyak 6 edisi, yaitu Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober dan Desember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence factors non tax income (PNBP) calculation in use of forest area (PKH) at PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari in Kotabaru District, South Kalimantan Province. This research calculates all data related to the parameters that used to calculate the value of PKH PNBP. The results of the study indicated the active mining area at PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari between the mine planning and the mine realization did not match, this condition is because the difference in calculation due to the difference in area. The amount of funds that must be deposited does not match with the amount of funds that have been calculated and that is not match with due date of the deposit too. To minimize the difference in calculation, PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari made plan (baseline) revision and does PKH PNBP deposits accordance with the due date to avoid penalties because of the late payments.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perhitungan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) Penggunaan Kawasan Hutan (PKH) pada PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari di Kabupaten Kotabaru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dengan menghitung semua data yang berhubungan dengan parameter yang dipakai untuk menghitung nilai PNBP PKH.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan luas areal bukaan tambang pada PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari antara bukaan tambang yang direncanakan dengan luas realisasi tidak sesuai hal ini akan menyebabkan selisih perhitungan yang disebabkan selisih luasan. Jumlah dana yang harus disetorkan untuk PNBP PKH tidak sesuai dengan jumlah dana yang telah dihitungkan dan tidak sesuai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo penyetoran. Untuk meminimalisir selisih luasan dalam perhitungan sebaiknya PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari melakukan revisi  rencana (baseline) dan melakukan penyetoran PNBP PKH sesuai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo untuk menghindari denda karena keterlambatan pembayaran

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya absorbs, retensi, mengukur presentase pengurangan berat, derajat kerusakan, mortalitas rayap dan mengetahui keawetan kayu nangka yang diawetkan dengan pengawet boraks dan asam borat terhadap serangan rayap tanah. Berdasar data yang diperoleh, dapat ditentukan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman yang optimal pada pengawetan kayu nangka. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai keawetan kayu nangka setelah diawetkan menggunakan pengawet boraks dan asam borat terhadap serangan rayap tanah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan rata-rata nilai absorbsi 66,67 kg/m3-188,89 kg/m3, nilai rata-rata retensi teoritis 6,67 kg/m3-37,78 kg/m3, dan nilai rata-rata retensi aktual antara 33,33 kg/m3-111,11 kg/m3. Hasil nilai rata-rata pengurangan berat 3,12%-12,04%, nilai rata-rata derajat kerusakan 33,33%-66,67%, adapun nilai mortalitas rayap tanah menunjukkan hasil yang sama pada setiap perlakuan yaitu mencapai 100% kematian rayap tanah. Keawetan kayu nangka yang diawetkan dengan pengawet boraks dan asam borat yang optimal pada konsentrasi 10% dengan lama perendaman 4 jam. Hasil analisis sidik ragam lanjutan menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perbedaan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman yang digunakan berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai absorbsi, retensi teoritis, dan retensi aktual.

Abstract

This research is aimed to identification about society knowledge and attitudeof mangrove forest in Pulau Kaget’s area, society’s attitude toward mangrove forest existence and the factor’s that influential toward society perceptions about mangrove forest existence around Pulau Kaget’s area through interview, Data is analyzed by descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Base on this research result the category ofsociety of knowledge and atittude on mangrove forest in Tabunganen sub district is mediun category still have an enough knowledge about mangrove forest. The result showed by respondent’s knowledge with an average score 10.3. Be sides, the percentage of respondent (47%) belonging to medium category which was able to provide correct answer from seven questions. The attitude of Tabunganen Kecil and Tabunganen Muara society can be called enough, this can be seen from average score of 37, related to mostly  of society only finish their primary school, but mostly of respondent support to activities and training related to mangrove forest. While the results of statistical tests show there are three factors that influence respondents’ perceptions toward mangrove forest,thatis: knowledge, atittude, and level of education.Keyword:  Perception society;mangrove fores; Knowledge;attitude

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to identified the Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) Institutional performance as a holder of social forestry permits and to analyze the factors in the Kayutangi Management Unit (KPH). The method used is the sampling snowballs. Snowball sampling is a technique of sampling data sources, which are small in number at first, and over time become large. Analysis of the Institutional Performance of Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) MPG Suka Maju and the factors that influence the Institutional Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) MPG Suka Maju. The results of the institutional performance of Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) MPG Suka Maju as a social forestry permit holder in the Kayutangi Management Unit (KPH) based on the five components of the field (Location Conditions, Institutions, Group Activities, Impact of Group Activities, and Group Achievements). Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) MPG Suka Maju is categorized as a Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) quality class "Very Good "With an interval value of 93.69 and factors that affect the institutional capacity of Forest Farmer Group’s (KTH) MPG Suka Maju such as SDM (Human Resources), counseling and assistance to farmer groups are very influential in improving quality institutions.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja kelembagaan KTH Pemegang Izin Perhutanan Sosial di Wilayah Kelola KPH Kayutangi dan Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kelembagaan KTH pemegang izin perhutanan sosial di wilayah kelola KPH Kayutangi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Snowball sampling (Pengambilan contoh bola salju). Snowball sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data, yang pada awalnya jumlahnya sedikit, lama-lama menjadi besar. Analisis Kinerja Kelembagaan KTH MPG Suka Maju dan Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kelembagaan KTH MPG Suka Maju. Hasil Kinerja kelembagaan KTH MPG Suka Maju sebagai pemegang izin perhutanan sosial di Wilayah kelola KPH Kayutangi berdasarkan komponen kelima bidang (Kondisi Lokasi, Kelembagaan, Aktifitas Kelompok, Dampak Kegiatan Kelompok, dan Prestasi Kelompok) KTH MPG Suka Maju ini dikategorikan sebagai kelas kualitas KTH “Sangat Bagus” dengan nilai interval 93.69 dan Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas kelembagaan KTH MPG Suka Maju seperti SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia), Penyuluhan dan Bantuan terhadap kelompok tani sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kelembagaan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pertumbuhan tanaman makrohidrofita, mengetahui kemampuan tanaman makrohidrofita dalam memperbaiki kualitas limbah cair industri kayu lapis dan membandingkan dengan baku mutu serta mengetahui perlakuan terbaik dalam proses fitoremediasi limbah cair kayu lapis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Balai Proteksi Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura, dari bulan Juni ˗ Oktober tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 6 perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan yang digunakan terdiri dari T0L1Tn0 (Air limbah tanpa lahan basah dan tanpa tanaman), T1L1Tn0 (lahan basah tanpa tanaman), T1L1V1 (lahan basah menggunakan tanaman Akar Wangi (Vetiveria zizanioides L.)), T1L1A1 (lahan basah menggunakan tanaman Jeringau (Acorus calamus L.)), T1L1N1 (lahan basah menggunakan tanaman Iris (Neomarica longifolia)), T1L1P1 (lahan basah menggunakan tanaman polikultur). Setelah proses fitoremediasi selama waktu tinggal 35 hari, persen biomassa tertinggi pada perlakuan T1L1N1 (60,54 %). Persen perbaikan kualitas limbah cair kayu lapis setelah proses fitoremediasi perbaikan pH tertinggi pada perlakuan T1L1N1 (10,19 %), TSS pada perlakuan T1L1Tn0 (87,05 %), BOD pada perlakuan T1L1P1 (57,18 %), COD juga pada perlakuan T1L1P1 (72,01 %), dan NH3 pada perlakuan T1L1V1 (-82471,05 %). Akan tetapi belum dapat memenuhi baku mutu limbah cair kayu lapis ditetapkan pada Peraturan Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan Nomor: 36 Tahun 2008. Dihitung dari indeks pencemaran maka perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan lahan basah menggunakan tanaman Akar Wangi (Vetiveria zizanioides L.)dengan nilai indeks pencemaran 9,36 yang dikategorikan tercemar sedang.

The aim of this research is to know the difference of roots physical form of A marina in inundated and non inundated Mangrove forest in order to maintain their life. The research is carried out by purposive sampling in order to get inundated and non inundated sites. Direct observation is done on the root physical form on both sites. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) and ironwood (Eusideroxylon zwageri) on the physical-chemical properties of charcoal briquettes, in the form of moisture content, density, ash content, flying substances, bonded carbon, and calorific value, and determine the value which meets the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The average density value is 0.82-0.87%, moisture content is 0.19-0.31%, ash content is 0.56-20.02%, flying substance is 45.58-60.65%, calorific value is 2341, 57-4917.46 cal˚C and bonded carbon 33.99-41.90. Values that meet SNI are found in water content and ash content in treatment D = 25% water hyacinth + 75% ironwood (4.61%) and in treatment E = 100% ironwood (0.56%). The treatment has a very significant effect on the ash content, flying matter, heating value and bound carbon. Values that do not meet the SNI are density, flying matter, heating value, and bonded carbonPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) dan kayu ulin (Eusideroxylon zwageri) terhadap sifat fisik-kimia briket arang, berupa nilai kadar air, kerapatan, kadar abu, zat terbang, karbon terikat, dan nilai kalor, dan menentukan nilai yang memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Nilai rata rata kerapatan 0,82-0,87%, kadar air 0,19-0,31%, kadar abu 0,56-20,02%, zat terbang 45,58-60,65%, nilai kalor 2341,57-4917,46 kal˚C dan karbon terikat 33,99-41,90. Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of trees along Jalan Ahmad Yani Banjarbaru City using census method. From the results of the research, it is known that the total of trees in Along Jalan Ahmad Yani Banjarbaru City consists of 389 trees consisting of 27 species, consisting of 6 types of fruits, and 21 species of wood. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the perception of the level of satisfaction of tourists climbing routes, access and facilities in Senaru and Sembalun regions hiking paths.  Methods in this study using the method of accidental sampling (the technique of determining respondents by choosing who happened to be found) through observation in the field were analyzed in deskriftif. Research results showed the perception of foreign tourists against the availability of access and infrastructure Senaru and Sembalun regions hiking track is 67.4% were either satisfied and 26.1% are very satisfied, while local tourists declared satisfied against the conditions, access, facility and Senaru and Sembalun regions hiking paths in the amount of 50% and stating quite satisfied of 50%.Keywords : Mount Rinjani National Park, Climbing Trail, Senaru and Sembalun

Abstract

This research aims to find out processing veneer waste and rendemen of wood type group one and wood type group two on rotary machine in the plywood industry at PT. Surya Satrya Timur Banjarmasin. Data in the form of volume values of raw materials (input) and veneer volume results of peel logs on rotary machines (output) for each group of wood species. The input and output values of the stripping process are taken on weekdays (excluding machine maintenance schedules) in May 2017. The value of veneer rendemen on rotary machine by commercial timber type one is ranged between 59.40-86.85% with average value 71.00%. The value of  veneer rendemen on rotary machine by commercial timber group two is ranged from 21.00 to 90.08% with average value 54.17%. The t-test analysis showed that the treatment cause significant differences to veneer rendemen value on the rotary machine at PT. Surya Satrya Timur. Differences in the value of rendemen due to factors that affect is the quality of raw materials. The average value of veneer waste on a rotary machine for commercial timber group one 29.00% that means can be categorized as efficient production. Meanwhile, the average value of veneer waste on a rotary machine for commercial timber group is 45.83%, that means can be categorized less efficient. In general, the average value of veneer rendemen on rotary machine 62.58% and the waste 37.42% which means the use of raw materials can be categorized as efficient.Keyword: veneer; wood type groups; rendemen; waste
