<![CDATA[This research examines the effect of profitability, leverage and dividend policy to enterprise value of agricultural sector listed on Indonesian stock exchange. The research type is associative with quantitative approach. The sampling metode is purposive sampling which resulted 12 samples of company from 2018-2022 period. To answer the hypothesis in this research used multiple linear regression of panel data that analys with E-Views version 12. This research findings show that profitability (return on equity) have significant and positive effects on enterprise value. Whereas leverage (debt to equity ratio) and dividend policy (dividend payout ratio) doesn’t have effects on enterprise value. In investation need to be noticed carefuly for analys the performance from a company by seeing the value of profitability, leverage and dividend policy for increase enterprise value so able to give the advantage for the investor or stakeholders.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Product Quality and Price Perception on Interest in Repurchasing Samsung Smartphones in the Mataram City Community. Using a sample of 80 respondents who live in Mataram, this research found that product quality has a positive and significant influence on interest in repurchasing Samsung smartphones and price perception has a positive and significant influence on intention to repurchase Samsung Smartphones. These results indicate that product quality and price perception are effective in increasing interest in repurchasing Samsung Smartphones.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable. (Study on Employees of the Mataram City Health Office). This study used primary and secondary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were employees of the Mataram City Health Office. The population in this study is 76 employees of the Mataram City Health Office. This research is a quantitative research. The analysis method uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS v.4.0 tool. The results of the study show that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Social Media, Celebrity Endorser, and Online Customer Reviews on the Purchasing Decisions of Pinkflash Cosmetic Products in Dompu Regency. The population in this study were people in Dompu Regency who had purchased Pinkflash cosmetic products. The sample in this study consisted of 94 respondents. The sampling technique employed in this research was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, and all data were processed using SPSS Statistics 25. The results of testing and statistical data analysis indicated that the indicators in the study were valid, where in the classic assumption test, the data were normally distributed and there was no multicollinearity. The results of this study indicate that Social Media and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, while Celebrity Endorser does not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline (X1), Work Experience (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) on Employee Performance at PT Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative research. The technical analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. In this study, a sample determination technique was used by the saturated sampling method or census, so that the respondents in this study were all employees of PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram totaling 50 employees. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram (2) Work Experience had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram (3) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT-Al-Shofa Duta Mandiri Mataram. With the presentation of the results of the analysis above, the company can pay more attention to the environment around the workplace, the company must be able to overcome the problems around the workplace so that employees are comfortable working, then can increase work activities in the team as well as an assessment of employee attitudes and free employees to innovate so that employees feel recognized and still maintain a state where employees can enjoy all existing infrastructure, With the help of infrastructure, employees will find it easier to complete tasks, all of which are done to improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Investment Decisions on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening variable in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period. The type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a survey sample. The population in this study amounted to 26 companies. Data analysis techniques using path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, Company Size and Profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value while Investment Decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value. Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on Profitability, while Company Size and Investment Decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability. While Profitability as an intervening variable is able to mediate Capital Structure, while Profitability as an intervening variable is unable to mediate Company Size and Investment Decisions on Firm Value.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of Indonesian school in Malaysia has a significant contribution in providing the education of Indonesian children. The schools were formed with the aim in protecting the Indonesian children’s right to the access of the formal education. This is in accordance with the mandate of 1945’s constitution since the establishment of Indonesia, which requires every of its citizens have good access to the formal education. Indonesian school basically have two bases particularly the Indonesian school of Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) as education base in Peninsular Malaysia, and Indonesian school of Kota Kinabalu (SIKK) as the education center for Indonesian children who living in Sabah and Sarawak. Instructional programs adopted based on the education system implemented in Indonesia, which comprise of curriculum and extracurricular programs. This study used qualitative research in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the Indonesian school’s instructional leadership. The purpose of this paper is to determine the role of Indonesian school in shaping the student’s character. Interview has been conducted to 11 participants of the school principals and teachers. The findings show that instructional leadership of Indonesian school fundamentally promoting the student’s achievement and character development in nationalism, religion, and social interest through imposing the curriculum and extracurricular program included implementing the Pancasila character education at the school. This study suggests that the school’s stakeholders including parent’s involvement need to participate closely in supporting and facilitating the student’s necessity in developing their character and enhancing the achievement as future provision of the young generation.]]>

<![CDATA[Administrative aspects are recognized as crucial components for the efficient functioning of the entire enterprise, especially in influencing daily operations. Each administrative link influences regular operations in different ways. At the level of decision-making, the scientific implementation of command and control is highly urgent. The optimum performance of corporate departments relies heavily on the implementation of effective decision-making processes. Although prominent leaders and principals hold significant guiding power over each department, this authority is often misunderstood. The power of leadership should not be overexerted or left unused. Instead, it should be strategically employed to foster and enhance the efficiency and productivity of each department. This study investigates the lasting impact of administrative factors on the efficiency of enterprise management. By promoting efficient administrative practices and well-informed decision-making, leaders can ensure that each department operates at its highest potential. This approach not only streamlines the enterprise's daily operations but also contributes to its long-term success and sustainability. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, local government capital expenditure, and labor on district/city GRDP in NTB Province in 2018-2022, and This study will also analyze which variables have the highest effect on the GRDP value. This study is a study that uses quantitative descriptive methods using data panel data analysis tools using EViews software 10. The results of this study indicate that foreign investment variables and domestic investment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP variable, while the capital expenditure variable and labor variables have a positive but not significant influence. As for simultaneously the independent variables of foreign investment, domestic investment, capital expenditure, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect and for the highest variables on GRDP is a domestic investment variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses financial ratio analysis of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget to assess the financial capability of regions in funding autonomy. This descriptive research employs quantitative analysis methods. The analysis tools include Mapping and Analysis of Regional Financial Capability using the Quadrant Method, Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio, Degree of Independence, Patterns of Relationships between Central and Local Governments, Degree of Regional Dependence, and Regional Financial Capability Mapping. The data used is secondary data regarding the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the fiscal years 2018-2022. The study results show: (1) North Lombok Regency is in quadrant I; (2) Most Regencies/Cities in West Nusa Tenggara are ineffective in terms of Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio; (3) The Regional Independence Level is low, only reaching 14.93, indicating an instructive relationship pattern with the central government.]]>
