Abstract

Along with the development of sharia-based financial institutions, the products offered are also developing, where currently sharia banking not only offers savings and financing products but also offers many other products such as gold pawning and gold installments. The reason for conducting this research is because this gold service product is classified as a new product and customer interest in applying for this product increases every year. To research and process the data in this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach method with the type of research being descriptive. The subject collection technique uses a purposive method. Data analysis uses descriptive methods. Where the data collection technique uses observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of this research state that: Marketing strategy for gold service products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Bandar Jaya carries out the process of dividing markets, determining targets and continuing with the promotion process by introducing products and prices and improving service quality by implementing sharia principles such as justice, trustworthiness and communicativeness. Marketing strategy for gold service products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Bandar Jaya's sharia marketing perspective is in accordance with marketing sharia which consists of: View Market Universally (segmentation), Target customer's heart and soul (targeting), Build a belief system (positioning). As well as implementing sharia principles in the form of fairness, trust and communication.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of catechism sidi on the behavior of Christian adolescents at HKBP Kobun Kopi. By conducting an in-depth analysis, the study aims to provide a clearer understanding of the relationship between catechism sidi and the behavior of Christian adolescents and the potential for behavioral changes that may occur. A descriptive analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach was used in this study. Data was collected at a specific point in time to examine the relationship between catechism sidi variables and the behavior of Christian adolescents. The population of this study included Christian adolescents at HKBP Kobun Kopi who actively participated in catechism sidi. The sampling was conducted through purposive sampling, with the inclusion criteria being active Christian adolescents who had participated in catechism sidi for at least six months. The data analysis results revealed a significant influence of catechism sidi on the behavior of Christian adolescents at HKBP Kobun Kopi. The survey conducted showed that the majority of Christian adolescents who participated in catechism sidi demonstrated an increase in understanding of religious values and adherence to Christian teachings. Moreover, teenagers who regularly participated in catechism activities tended to exhibit more positive attitudes and behaviors in their daily lives, such as being more diligent in worship, more compassionate towards others, and better able to cope with pressure and temptations in their surroundings. The study concludes that catechism has a significant impact on the behavior of Christian adolescents at HKBP Kobun Kopi, as evidenced by the changes in behavior observed after participating in catechism. Additionally, the study's findings indicate that factors that influence the behavior of Christian teenagers can be moderated through catechism.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia continues to experience significant developments from year to year. This can be seen from the growth of various types of tourism accommodation such as hotels, resorts and others. The preference of Gen Z and previous preferences differ due to their unique characteristics, such as attachment to technology, environmental awareness and tend to pay more attention to experience in traveling. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence Gen Z preferences in the selection of hotel accommodation. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. Data measurement techniques use the likert scale. Obtained results from this study show that the five indicators include price, quality of product, quality of service, brand and tangible produce agreed value. This became an aspect that Gen Z considered in the selection of hotel accommodation.

Abstract

The researcher aims to find out whether there is a big impact on the way financial managers act. MSME activists in the Kelapa Tiga Kaliawi area of Bandar Lampung City by testing the influence of several variables, including financial knowledge, income, and financial attitudes. This is based on the explanation previously mentioned. The quantitative research method was used by researchers in this study because the data used were in the form of numbers. Small and medium enterprise (SME) restaurant owners in the Kelapa Tiga Kaliawi neighborhood, Bandar Lampung are the population in this study. For this study, a saturated sampling method was used income, and Knowledge, income, and attitudes about money accounted for only 16.9% of the variance in financial behavior, with other variables accounting for the remaining 83.1%. This suggests that financial attitudes do not play an important role in financial management practices. Therefore, this study concludes that the financial management behavior of MSME players in the area is not influenced by financial knowledge, income, or attitude. Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the efficiency of financial management in micro, small and medium businesses carried out by micro, small and medium angkringan businesses on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques refer to the methods used to collect information or data required in a research or project. The data analysis technique used for this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, with the following analysis stages: inductive and descriptive analysis. The results of the research are that it is known that micro, small and medium enterprises on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung feel that they do not need a good planning, recording, reporting and management process in accordance with SAK for micro, small and medium enterprises even though they are aware that deficiencies in their financial management practices cause profit results.  This is because the goal that micro, small and medium business actors on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung have in running their business is to fulfill their daily needs so that without these four processes the business goal can be achieved. Business expansion is something they have never thought about, therefore training is needed to provide micro, small and medium business entrepreneurs with a more personal understanding regarding good financial management. The process of borrowing capital from banks carried out by informants does not require business financial reports because the files used to obtain loan funds are from personal assets as collateral (land/house certificates). Capital loans are made when micro, small and medium enterprises want to open a business first, not to expand, because not all angkringan businesses have been passed down from generation to generation. This causes micro, small and medium enterprises to increasingly lack the motivation to make careful planning, careful record keeping, financial reports and overall good control.

Abstract

A marketing strategy is basically a comprehensive, integrated and integrated plan in the field of marketing, which provides guidance on the activities that will be carried out to achieve a company's goals. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by the Jamil toast stall to increase the competitiveness of the culinary business, especially in Bandar Lampung. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection is through interviews, namely searching for information created from questions from respondents (sources of information). The analysis used is a qualitative method, namely analysis of marketing strategies in all branches of Jamil toast stalls to increase sales success. In increasing the competitiveness of Bandar Lampung's Jamil toast stall, it has used a good marketing strategy. Because in the Marketing Strategy of Jamil Toast Stall, the marketing mix strategy is used to simplify and streamline marketing activities so that Jamil Toast Stall can compete with competitors who have the same business. It can be concluded overall that the quality of the products sold by the Jamil toast stall always pays comprehensive attention to the aspects of freshness of raw materials, taste, portions and the condition of the food in good condition. The aim is that the Jamil toast shop can guarantee consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, for unstable raw material prices, Jamil Toast Stall always maintains product prices by adjusting the portion of toast served. Maintain prices and adjust portions. And to increase the competitiveness of Jamil's toast stall, it has been carrying out promotions so far, namely offline and online. Where the promotion used is word of mouth and face to face with consumers as well as printing brochures including contacts and offers on social media in the form of posts. As well as a strategic location according to the target market which is the route for students, pupils and the public so that it can make it easier for the Jamil toast stall to attract consumer interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to show the correct formulation of offenses in the laws related to cracking down on illegal access to computers or electronic systems, and how to analyze judicially the elements of criminal acts, including the legal consequences. As well as disclosing any criminal offenses that could potentially occur due to illegal access to computers or electronic systems. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The data needed in this research was collected in two types of data; Primary Data is data obtained from the results of a literature review through searching Legislative Regulations, book literature, articles/journals, online news, agency archives, etc., and Secondary Data is data obtained from searching the history of illegal access crimes that are often occurring. Data analysis by processing primary data and secondary data using Descriptive Juridical analysis techniques by analyzing the elements or elements of criminal acts that occur using a criminal theory perspective. The research results reveal that the criminal offense of illegal access (hacking) is formulated in Article 332 of Law no. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, by analyzing its objective and subjective elements. Potential criminal offenses that can occur following illegal access (hacking) to computers or electronic systems can be in the form of Online Fraud or the Crime of Cheating, Theft of Personal Data, and Defamation or Insult. The legal consequence of this criminal act is punishment which can result in imprisonment or a fine for the perpetrator.

Abstract

Sustainable cities focus heavily on people's quality of life. The city park perspective is an important factor that makes us livable, pleasant and attractive for city residents. There are still problems in maintaining city parks in the social and environmental aspects that support sustainable city parks. This problem is exacerbated by the behavior of many visitors who do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the city park environment, so that the anticipated green open space does not match reality, there is a lot of rubbish strewn about, and the smell of rubbish, giving rise to comfort and health problems. The aim of this research is to determine visitor behavior, seen from cultural, social, personal and psychological aspects. Based on the results of this research, city parks provide information about visitor behavior regarding awareness of throwing rubbish in the places provided. If city parks are well kept clean and their quality improves, it is not impossible that city parks will truly be beneficial for urban communities.

Abstract

Developments in the tourism sector are becoming increasingly necessary for the management of lodgings that are being developed as destinations so that they can compete for the attractiveness of the hotel market. This tourism development sector has resulted in the development of the accommodation industry in Jakarta. In other words, interesting things are needed to attract consumer attention in the marketing of the apartment. However, with so much competition in this business, it is increasingly difficult to get consumers. This marketing aims to expand the network and provide satisfaction and good quality service to consumers so that this marketing activity is attractive to various producing institutions. This research is included in quantitative research with a descriptive research approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data measurement technique uses a Likert Scale, which is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. This is a reference for consumers in choosing apartment accommodation

Abstract

This article Utilize the Function of Suropati Menteng Park as a City Parkhe. The samples used were the manager of Suropati Menteng Park and visitors to Suropati Menteng Park. The purpose of this study is to find out the functioning of Suropati Menteng park in the functioning of social functions and to find out the functioning of aesthetic functions in Suropati Menteng park. This type of research is field research which means observing directly the object being researched with the aim of obtaining relevant data. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research where researchers can obtain data collected in the form of processed numbers. The results of the research that has been carried out by taking 60 respondents by including respondent data. This research includes age, gender, and domicile. The results of this study show that the functioning of Suropati Park on social and aesthetic functions is quite good, because of the 60 respondents the results of the questionnaire that were distributed showed agreement with the statement that had been made by the author. The average value of the perception given by visitors to this aspect is 3.1 which means agree. This score can be said to be in the high category. This condition indicates that Suropati Park is quite good in carrying out social functions. Assessment points in this aspect include an assessment of the cleanliness of the garden environment and beauty. The average score for this aspect is 3.1 which means agree.
