Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase energy independence and agricultural productivity in the Harapan Farmer Group, Palangka Raya, through the application of solar panel-based agrivoltaic farming technology. Socialization and education were conducted to provide partners with an understanding of the agrivoltaic concept, which integrates agricultural production and renewable energy. Results showed a significant increase in partners' understanding of this technology. The selection of land for solar panel installation was based on stable sun exposure, so that the panels can function optimally without disrupting agricultural activities. The technology transfer process involved the installation of solar panels, the construction of greenhouses, and the application of supporting technologies such as sensor-based automatic irrigation systems. This technology has increased the efficiency of water and energy use, and created more stable farming conditions. Overall, the program succeeded in supporting energy security and agricultural productivity in peatlands, as well as having a positive impact on the welfare of farmers and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

In the practice of buying and selling at the UMALA honesty canteen, that is, if the seller is not found on the spot, in practice the buyer takes the goods that have been provided by the seller, then the buyer pays by putting money in the box that has been provided, and the buyer also takes his own change. Therefore, in the practice of buying and selling in the honesty canteen, no contracts were found. Based on the background above, it can be formulated. First, what are the buying and selling practices in the UMALA honesty canteen? Second, whether the honesty canteen practices at UMALA are in accordance with the system mu'athah? Abstract

In Metro City, there are modern markets and traditional traders. Modern markets in Metro City have sprung up quite a lot. Almost in every corner of Metro City there are modern markets such as Alfamart, Indomart, PB Swalayan, Candra and others. With various strategies used by modern markets, the position of traditional traders will gradually be eliminated or less in demand by the community. The marketing strategy used by modern markets has an impact on traditional traders. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies used by modern markets and the impact of the strategies used by modern markets on traditional traders in Metro City. This type of research is field research. This study uses a qualitative method. The primary data sources in this study are traditional traders, modern market employees and several government figures in Metro City. The results of this study are the strategies used by modern markets, namely product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy. By implementing product strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy, traditional traders in Metro City have a negative impact, namely decreasing purchases or public interest in shopping at traditional stalls or traders and with the advancement of the times, people's lifestyles, especially in shopping, have changed. Meanwhile, the price strategy has not had a bad impact on traditional traders, because there are still some people who consider price as an alternative to shopping or buying the products they need and there is still a bargaining process between sellers and buyers. This means that the price strategy still has a positive impact on traditional traders in Metro City.

Abstract

The role of political parties (Parpol) in development towards the creation of civil society is an interesting and complex aspect in the political dynamics of a country. Civil society is a concept that embodies the ideals of a social order that is democratic, just and has a humanitarian perspective. In this context, the role of political parties has a significance that cannot be ignored. This research aims to explore various dimensions of the role of political parties in civil society development, as well as their implications for socio-political transformation in a country. The research method used is literature analysis and a qualitative approach to explore a deeper understanding regarding this phenomenon. The research results show that the role of political parties in civil society development has a very important dimension. First, political parties act as a forum for political representation of society, connecting people's interests with the process of making public policies. Second, political parties have the responsibility to build political awareness and public participation in the democratic process, form a critical mindset, and educate the public about their rights and obligations in the state. Third, political parties play a role in government supervision and accountability, ensuring transparency and fairness in government administration. However, the role of political parties in civil society development also faces a number of challenges. Among them are the practices of corruption and nepotism within the party which damage its image and integrity, as well as the entanglement of political parties in power dynamics which often leads to political polarization and social conflict. In conclusion, the role of political parties in developing civil society is a crucial factor in determining the direction and success of a country in achieving democratic and just ideals. Therefore, real efforts are needed to strengthen the role of political parties as development agents that are responsible, transparent and oriented towards the interests of the people, so that they are able to create a prosperous and civilized civil society.
