Abstract

Burnout is a major problem for private hospital nurses, impacting their mental health and the quality of healthcare. This phenomenon is characterized by a sense of emotional exhaustion, loss of personal sense, and decreased levels of personal achievement. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of burnout, find its causes, and make recommendations on how to overcome burnout in private hospitals. The data shows that high workload, lack of managerial support, and unsupportive work environment are the main factors that cause about 35% to 54% of nurses to experience burnout symptoms. Nurse burnout impacts both patients and nurses as a whole. Consequently, to solve this problem, a comprehensive approach is required.

Abstract

Providing proper nutrition in the first six months of a baby's life is by providing breast milk exclusively. Increasing the rate of breastfeeding mothers globally has the potential to save the lives of more than 820,000 children under five. Optimal breastfeeding can save the lives of more than 820,000 children under 5 years old every year. However, only around 36% of babies aged 0-6 months worldwide are exclusively breastfed. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge, work and family support with the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding in the Abab Community Health Center Work Area in 2024. Type and Design of the Research is quantitative using an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out in June-July 2024 at the Abab Community Health Center with a population of all mothers with babies aged 7–12 months in the Abab Community Health Center working area of 95 people. The sample used was a total population of 95 respondents, using primary data obtained by filling in a questionnaire that had been prepared by the researcher and carrying out univariate and bivariate analysis using the che square test. The results of the univariate analysis of 95 respondents who did not exclusively breastfeed were 34 respondents (35.8%) and those who exclusively breastfed were 61 respondents (64.2%). The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that the mother's knowledge variable was found to be ρ value = 0.005, the mother's employment variable was ρ value = 0.028 and the family support variable was found to be ρ value = 0.023, which is smaller than α=0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, work and support. families with exclusive breastfeeding in the Abab Community Health Center Working Area

Abstract

Red betel leaf (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav) is a plant that grows widely in the Puruk Cahu area of Central Kalimantan and is empirically used as an antiseptic to treat wounds. Red betel leaves contain flavonoid compounds that have antiseptic activity.   Objective: To determine the total flavonoid content at the fraction level of red betel leaf extract using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method.  Methods: Experimental method by looking at qualitative data results through color reaction tests and quantitative data to see the effect of total flavonoid levels using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry.  Results: Qualitative analysis of flavonoid compounds using a color reaction test showed positive results containing flavonoids. Quantitative analysis using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry showed that the total flavonoid content of the n-Hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction and distilled water fraction was 38 mg QE/g or 3.8%; 42.8 mg QE/g or 4.28%; and 25.6 mg QE/g or 2.56%. The highest total flavonoid levels were found in the ethyl acetate fraction. The results of the One Way Annova test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05).  Conclusion: Red betel leaf extract at fraction levels contains flavonoid compounds with total flavonoid levels in the n-Hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction and distilled water fraction respectively 38 mg QE/g or 3.8%; 42.8 mg QE/g or 4.28%; and 25.6 mg QE/g or 2.56%, so it was concluded that there was a significant influence of total flavonoid levels on the fraction level of red betel leaf extract using UV-Vis spectrophotometry.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought substantial transformation to various aspects of life, including in the legal realm. In Indonesia, cyber law has experienced significant developments to overcome challenges that arise along with changes in technology and people's behavior in the digital space. These challenges include issues of cyber security, personal data protection, as well as increasingly complex cyber crimes. To respond to these challenges, Indonesia has made adjustments to the legal framework, including a revision of the ITE Law, which aims to increase protection for internet users and strengthen law enforcement in the cyber context. Although there are a number of obstacles such as competency gaps and legal adaptation to rapidly developing technology, these developments also provide great opportunities for digital economic growth and national cyber security.

Abstract

Subjective happiness has become a very popular topic this decade in psychological research. In addition to the many definitions of happiness, the author sees a common agreement that happiness or subjective well-being is influenced by the culture where a person comes from. Therefore, here the author uses a local definition of happiness, namely kabegjan conveyed by Ki Ageng Suryamentaram, where kabegjan itself is formed in the context of life that is mulur-mungkret in each individual. Raos begja was constructed by Suryomentaram, and is also closely related to the authentic happiness paradigm, as well as the subjective well-being paradigm. Raos begja can be achieved when individuals are able to implement kawruh begja (knowledge of happiness). This kawruh begja paradigm is compiled in kawruh begja sawetah (knowledge of complete happiness). The author uses literature review techniques from several studies with the keywords indigenous psychology, happiness, and mindfulness that have been published in accredited journals, in this study the author sees that the ability to interpret happiness (kabegjan) is also very closely correlated with the ability to be mindful.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of marrying more than four women in the perspective of Islamic family law. Islam sets a limit on the maximum number of wives that a man can marry, namely four, as stipulated in the Qur'an Surah An-Nisa verse 3. Polygamy in Islam is allowed under certain conditions, one of which is the husband's ability to be fair to his wives. However, marrying more than four women is not allowed and is against Islamic law. The discussion in this paper includes an analysis of the Shari'ah fundamentals governing polygamy, the wisdom behind limiting the number of wives, and the implementation of Islamic family law in various Muslim countries, including Indonesia. In addition, the paper highlights the importance of justice in polygamy as a key requirement, and the legal consequences for violating this rule. The conclusion that can be drawn is that marrying more than four women is not permitted in Islam, and this prohibition aims to maintain justice and welfare in domestic life. It also provides protection for women's rights and prevents injustices that may arise in the practice of excessive polygamy.

Abstract

The state, through the Supreme Court, is trying to reduce the divorce rate by strengthening the principle of making divorce difficult through Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 1 of 2022 and then changing it to SEMA Number 3 of 2023. This circular letter stipulates that divorce must have been separated for six months. forever. However, this circular letter gave rise to a new polemic because it conflicted with the existing Sighat Taklik. Sighat Taklik provides a condition of three months without providing mandatory maintenance so that a wife can sue her husband for divorce. Facts on the ground also show that not all judges implemented the circular. The author found that there was a divorce case at the Samarinda Religious Court where they had not been separated for 6 months but the judge granted their divorce request. There are other cases where the judge's application for divorce was rejected because they had not been separated for 6 months. This has become a new polemic among society. This is also in line with the opinion of the Supreme Court which states that the Supreme Court Circular Letter is a form of circular from the Supreme Court to all levels of the judiciary which contains guidance in the administration of administrative justice.
