Abstract

Biawak Island, with its rich marine biodiversity, has great potential as an ecotourism destination. However, increasing tourism activities have the potential to threaten environmental sustainability. This research aims to analyze the potential for using electric speedboats as an environmentally friendly transportation solution that can support the development of sustainable ecotourism on Biawak Island. Through literature review, design analysis, and numerical simulation, this research evaluates the performance of electric speedboats in terms of energy efficiency, operational range, and passenger comfort. The research results show that electric speedboats have significant potential to replace conventional fossil fuel-powered speedboats. Apart from being environmentally friendly, electric speedboats also offer other benefits such as lower operating costs in the long term and lower noise levels. The implementation of electric speedboats on Biawak Island is expected to increase tourist attraction, reduce environmental impacts, and support efforts to preserve marine ecosystems.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the marketing strategy applied to Cimol Kressoy Snacks SMEs, especially the marketing mix. This study used a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data as outlined in words. Using the data collection technique in this study, the author made a direct visit to Cimol Kressoy Snacks SMEs to conduct a personal interview with the owner. The result showed that the marketing strategy used by Cimol Kressoy Snacks SMEs was the 4P marketing mix consisting of product, price, place and promotion. The product strategy is in the form of determining the logo, creating the brand, label, the price strategy by providing relatively affordable prices, the place strategy in the form of being flexible in product delivery to distributors, and the promotion. Although there are obstacles to declining sales, Cimol Kressoy Snacks SMEs can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by maintaining cash flow, maximizing social media as a promotional medium and creating market accounts. The conclusion is that the marketing strategy used by Cimol Kressoy Snacks SMEs is quite good.

Abstract

This research aims; 1) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, and 2) To find out the role of the wife who works as an online motorcycle taxi on household harmony from the perspective of boundary ir hudud theory in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City. This research is field research carried out in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung. To obtain the necessary data, researchers used several techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. From the data obtained, both field data and library data are then collected and processed so that a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that even though he is busy with work as a driver, the wife does not abandon her obligations as a wife and mother. Communication with husband and children is maintained between family members. This is their effort to maintain household harmony. According to researchers, the wife, who works as an online motorcycle taxi driver in Langkapura Baru District, Bandar Lampung City, is related to the hudud theory proposed by Muhammad Syahrur because the wife can maintain the honor of herself, her husband and her family.

Abstract

The sandwich generation often experiences ambiguity in determining their survival in the household, because this generation often experiences a mental burden on themselves because of the responsibilities they have to carry out. The problem is what impact will the sandwich generation have on the childfree lifestyle? The aim of this research is to see the childfree lifestyle that is popular with society today, and to what extent the sandwich generation has had an impact on their mentality, so that they are required to live a childfree lifestyle. This research is a type of normative research that looks at the symptoms that occur in the sandwich generation psychologically, so that the burden they experience causes them to choose to be childfree. The results of this research show that the sandwich generation psychologically often experiences two impacts; First, some of the sandwich generation experience mental disorders, so that in their households they choose to live a childfree lifestyle, because of the burden that weighs on them, so they think that children are a burden that will add to the burden in their lives. Second, some people think that the sandwiches that happen to their family tend to make them experienced in managing responsibilities, so that they actually have lots of offspring.

Abstract

In learning in the field of entrepreneurship at SMKM 1 Malang it is written about basic competencies, namely demonstrating scientific behavior. Some of the problems in realizing scientific behavior in entrepreneurship learning are the limited practicum teaching aids in partner schools. For example, for learning welding methods using electric welding. Besides that, students' knowledge about welding is still lacking and there are no welding machines available at SMKM 1 Malang. This needs to be improved by providing more teaching aids with a touch of the latest technology so that it can increase students' learning capacity, especially regarding welding. The community service activities proposed through this scheme will be implemented in several stages including: (1) Carrying out training for students on welding techniques; (2) Providing welding machine facilities for learning welding at vocational schools; (3) Provide assistance in welding learning so that the expected learning outcomes are obtained, namely fostering scientific, creative, innovative behavior and high curiosity; (4) Evaluate the output and outcomes by giving practical assignments and questionnaires to students related to the entrepreneurial learning model using an electric welding machine.

Abstract

The absence of a guardian in a marriage is the main conflict experienced by the prospective bride and groom when they are about to carry out a marriage, where a guardian is one of the conditions for the validity of a marriage. So that without a guardian, a marriage is considered not to fulfill the requirements in Islamic law. There are several factors behind it. The absence of a guardian at a marriage includes the problem of conflict between the two families, and the factor of unclear or permanent employment status which then becomes the main problem of the absence of a guardian at a marriage. The factors above are the most significant cases of guardian cases in the last five years. This is in court Religion. In this research, the aim of the researcher is to answer the problems that occur in guardian cases. Regarding the factors that most influence guardians' reluctance to marry off their children, using a field research method which is descriptive in nature, then analyzed qualitatively using a juridical approach to the decision of the panel of judges. religious court regarding the application for guardian adhal. The data sources from this research are primary data sources and secondary data. Which was collected directly through the religious court where the research was conducted. With the findings, there were five cases from 2O19 until now with cases due to the factors above.

Abstract

In the context of elections, moral hazard can take the form of ethical violations committed by election organizers, candidates, or citizens who take part in the election process. Moral hazard in the electoral context refers to a situation where political actors or voters take higher risks because they know that the consequences will be borne by other parties. This study find out the Hazart's Moral Implications for the 2024 Simultaneous Legislative Elections. The researchers used normative juridical approach. The result shows that the practice of moral hazard in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections in Indonesia could have very serious implications for the integrity and legitimacy of the election results. If fraudulent practices such as money politics, data manipulation and negative campaigns cannot be prevented and dealt with effectively, the democratic process in Indonesia could be distorted.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country whose government system is a presidential system of government, as stated in article 4 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the President serves as head of State as well as head of Government. The proposal to extend the presidential term of office received pros and cons reactions from the public and the first proposal emerged so that the elected president could carry out the development program completely. The type of research in this research is library research, this type of research is research using literature (libraries) in the form of notebooks or reports of research results from previous research. The results of this research are, The implications arising from the extension of the presidential term of office for 3 terms are a social and political crisis for the second time, the emergence of authoritarian government power and allowing the practice of corruption, collusion and nepotism, demonstrators carried out by students and several academics and political figures who stated that the proposal was something that did not reflect democratic principles.

Abstract

The quality of health services in hospitals is currently one thing that is emphasized and even required to be a benchmark for work achievements also has 5 factors that affect patient satisfaction, namely: 1) responsiveness, 2) reliability, 3) assurance, 4) empathy, 5) physical evidence. Nursing care includes: assessment, diagnosis, intervention, impediment, evaluation. With these factors, patients can assess how the nursing services they receive and can perceive whether it is in accordance with what the patient wants or not. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the relationship between the application of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of Ogan Ilir Regional General Hospital. This study uses an analytical survey quantitative research design with a cross sectional design approach, which is a research to study the dynamics of correlation between relationships and effects, between independent variables and dependent variables. This research was carried out in June-July 2024 where it was carried out in the PDL Room of Ogan Ilir Hospital with a sample of 96 respondents where the data collection tool was a questionnaire. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between assessment and patient satisfaction with a p-Value of 0.026, a relationship between Diagnosis and patient satisfaction with a p-Value of 0.004, a relationship between intervention and patient satisfaction with a p-Value of 0.017, a relationship between implementation and patient satisfaction with a p-Value of 0.023. there was a relationship between evaluation and patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.017. The results of this study are expected to improve the quality of service in the aspect of nursing care from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation to increase patient satisfaction in the service of hospitalized patients

Abstract

The aim of this training is Maintenance of Diesel Generator Set 3 Phase and Smart Relay Protection at SMKN Sidayu Gresik. The method used in this training is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. A quantitative approach is used to measure the increase in participant competency through pre-test and post-test which will evaluate knowledge and skills before and after training. Participants can properly understand the working principles of generator sets, correct maintenance techniques, and the application of smart relays in protection systems. Through direct practice sessions, participants are able to apply the theory learned in real situations. This shows that the training is not only theoretical, but also very applicable, so that participants are better prepared to face challenges in the field.
