Abstract

Seboro Village, which is located in Probolinggo Regency, has a BUMDES whose business unit is the “Sumber Abadi” Drinking Water Supply Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM). The group is engaged in the field of consumption water which will be used by the people of Seboro Village who subscribe. In its implementation, the manager will monitor the use of conventional consumer water discharge by coming to each house that subscribes as a step to calculate the cost of billing water usage per month. This community service activity program aims to make it easier for water managers to monitor the use of consumer water discharge in the "Sumber Abadi" Drinking Water Procurement Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM) by creating an IoT-based smart water system using Photovoltaic. With the smart water system, it is hoped that the manager's work in monitoring the use of water discharge for consumers will be more effective and efficient because the manager does not need to record directly to the location of the consumer's home and can do this by monitoring the use of water discharge using apps/websites remotely. Another advantage of this tool is that data storage management for water discharge usage is more regular because the data will be stored on a cloud server. The source of electricity from an IoT-based smart water system device using photovoltaic as a renewable energy from solar irradiation is converted to electrical energy as a step from environmentally friendly energy. Abstract

MSMEs Syarimpon and Melos (Melati Losari) are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that focus on the production of herbal drinks in Malang Regency. However, during its development, these MSME players experienced several problems, one of which was the packaging process which was carried out manually. This makes the production process take longer and reduces work efficiency. Apart from that, the process of cutting packaging manually also causes a decrease in the quality of the packaging and its contents. To overcome this problem, one solution is to use a counter machine with an automatic counter. By using this machine, MSMEs can speed up the packaging process, produce precise and neat packaging, and provide the freedom to innovate in determining the size of the packaging to be produced. In the process of using this IoT-based Sachet Forming Machine, it has succeeded in increasing the productivity and quality of the packaging process by taking 3 -5 seconds for one herbal drink sachet so that each day it can increase production to 900 sachets per day. Where the packaging process is still done manually so it takes 4-5 minutes so the packaging process per day is only 50 to 100 PCS of herbal drinks. Abstract

Embezzlement is the act of dishonestly hiding someone else's property without the owner's knowledge with the intention of transferring ownership, control or use for other purposes. This is considered a type of financial fraud and a violation of criminal law. The crime of fraud is broader than inclusion. Although embezzlement is limited to goods or money, fraud also includes granting debts or writing off receivables. Fraud and embezzlement are considered relative offenses and can be revoked. However, the case will continue to be examined at the investigation, prosecution and trial stages, even though compensation has been paid. Relative offenses are considered ordinary offenses related to the family. If the victim does not file a complaint, then the violation becomes a complaint offense and can only be prosecuted by complaint. Distinguishing between criminal acts of fraud and embezzlement can be determined by the elements of each. An act can be considered fraudulent if it meets the criteria as intended in Article 378 which contains elements of fraud. Conversely, fraud may involve debt or write-offs of receivables. This element is often carried out through repeated seduction or promises to deceive the victim. Fraud has a wider scope than participation which is limited to goods or money in accordance with Article 372 KUPIdana. Any individual or community making purchases must follow the correct payment methods and comply with legal guidelines. Keywords: Public Legal Awareness, Crimes of Fraud, Crime Embezzlement
