Abstract

Learning during the pandemic has had many effects on elementary school students, especially for low-grade students, namely grades one, two, and three. The survey results show that at Pendowoharja Elementary School there are some students who still cannot read well and are not able to be independent in learning. This is the reason for the servants of the Islamic Education Psychology program to hold a service with the theme of IT-based learning assistance at SD Muhammadiyah Pendowoharjo. The method used ABCD (Asset Based Community) to maximize the potential assets, which includes individual assets, communities, infrastructure, community, et al. This service is intended to increase students' interest and enthusiasm for learning and to make it easier for students to understand lessons, especially in reading problems. This community dedication is also carried out by providing ozonizer machines for schools in order to maintain health protocols so that students and parents feel comfortable when their children are at school. Learning takes place in shifts arranged by the teacher and students are invited according to a predetermined schedule. This mentoring activity makes students even more enthusiastic about learning and starting to be independent. Keywords: Learning Assistance Independence, Pandemic Period, Assistance Students

Abstract

The article discusses the Measurement of Impact Assessment on the Coffee Farmer Empowerment Program in South Tapanuli. Data collection techniques were obtained from in-depth interviews, FGDs and direct observation of all relevant stakeholders. The data results are used as a unitary material together with the SROI calculation. SROI is currently the most generally accepted way of explaining the monetary value of the social, economic and health outcomes of an initiative. Social return on investment (SROI) is a framework used to measure and account for the value created by a program or series of initiatives, beyond financial value. In order to calculate the benefit to cost ratio, SROI uses monetary values to represent social, economic and health outcomes. For example, the 4:1 ratio in the SROI analysis shows that an investment of IDR 1 generates IDR 4 of social value. Based on the results of the SROI calculation, the SROI ratio reached 1: 2.29. This ratio means that every IDR 1 invested in the Iron Green House program is capable of producing a social impact of IDR 2.29. As a new initiative in the implementation of the TJSL program that departs from environmental issues, the number of these ratios is large enough to produce social impacts. Abstract

MSMEs Syarimpon and Melos (Melati Losari) are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that focus on the production of herbal drinks in Malang Regency. However, during its development, these MSME players experienced several problems, one of which was the packaging process which was carried out manually. This makes the production process take longer and reduces work efficiency. Apart from that, the process of cutting packaging manually also causes a decrease in the quality of the packaging and its contents. To overcome this problem, one solution is to use a counter machine with an automatic counter. By using this machine, MSMEs can speed up the packaging process, produce precise and neat packaging, and provide the freedom to innovate in determining the size of the packaging to be produced. In the process of using this IoT-based Sachet Forming Machine, it has succeeded in increasing the productivity and quality of the packaging process by taking 3 -5 seconds for one herbal drink sachet so that each day it can increase production to 900 sachets per day. Where the packaging process is still done manually so it takes 4-5 minutes so the packaging process per day is only 50 to 100 PCS of herbal drinks. Abstract

Seboro Village, which is located in Probolinggo Regency, has a BUMDES whose business unit is the “Sumber Abadi” Drinking Water Supply Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM). The group is engaged in the field of consumption water which will be used by the people of Seboro Village who subscribe. In its implementation, the manager will monitor the use of conventional consumer water discharge by coming to each house that subscribes as a step to calculate the cost of billing water usage per month. This community service activity program aims to make it easier for water managers to monitor the use of consumer water discharge in the "Sumber Abadi" Drinking Water Procurement Facility Management Group (KP.SPAM) by creating an IoT-based smart water system using Photovoltaic. With the smart water system, it is hoped that the manager's work in monitoring the use of water discharge for consumers will be more effective and efficient because the manager does not need to record directly to the location of the consumer's home and can do this by monitoring the use of water discharge using apps/websites remotely. Another advantage of this tool is that data storage management for water discharge usage is more regular because the data will be stored on a cloud server. The source of electricity from an IoT-based smart water system device using photovoltaic as a renewable energy from solar irradiation is converted to electrical energy as a step from environmentally friendly energy. Abstract

The 21st-century skills are skills that students must master to survive and compete in this 4.0 industrial revolution era. Teachers need to have good professional competence in order to facilitate students to develop 21st-century skills. This also applies to elementary school teachers. Therefore, the teacher needs training that can provide knowledge and skills for teachers to present such learning. The training program participant is an elementary school teacher at the Indonesian School of Johor Bahru Malaysia. The problem identified is that not all SIJB's primary school teachers have diverse educational backgrounds, and the learning presented is not based on 21st-century skills. The participants of this training are 19 teachers. The program is web-based training using the ADDIE model. This training is conducted in three stages, namely the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation stages. At the implementation stage, there are eight meetings containing materials on 21st Century Skills-based learning in Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Civics, English, Arts, ICT, innovative learning models and learning life skills. Participants were given a pretest and posttest understanding of 21st Century learning. The pretest results showed an average value of 60.8, which means that participants' understanding of 21st Century learning is still quite good and the posttest average score of 84.5, which means that understanding participants is good. The result shows that the participants' understanding increased after attending the training. Based on the questionnaire results, the participant's response was quite good, and hoped that the training activities could be carried out on an ongoing basis.
