Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemain PUBG Mobile di Indonesia mempersepsikan dan terlibat dalam mikrotransaksi, serta bagaimana transaksi tersebut memengaruhi pengalaman dan kepuasan mereka dalam bermain game. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara yang diperuntukkan untuk pemain PUBG Mobile di Indonesia. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif untuk menginterpretasikan nilai pengalaman maupun kepuasan dari para pemain. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai pola perilaku pemain dalam melakukan mikrotransaksi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pengalaman dan kepuasan bermain game di PUBG Mobile.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan memiliki visi terwujudnya penyelenggaraan pelayanan perhubungan yang handal, berdaya saing dan memberikan nilai tambah dan misi yang meliputi mempertahankan tingkat jasa pelayanan sarana dan prasarana perhubungan. Dinas perhubungan Kabupaten Kubu Raya langsung berhubungan teknis dengan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yaitu pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan keterampilan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa data yang bersumber dari Dinas perhubungan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis path. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan dan keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, variabel pengetahuan dan keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of investment decisions, dividend policies, interest rates, and profitability on the value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study employs quantitative research methods, utilizing partial and simultaneous statistical tests to analyze the impact of these variables. The results indicate that investment decisions and profitability significantly and positively affect company value. However, dividend policies and interest rates do not exhibit a significant impact individually. Intriguingly, when considered collectively, these variables demonstrate a significant positive influence on company value. The adjusted R square of 84.5% suggests that a substantial portion of the variability in Price Book Value can be explained by these factors. Recommendations include encouraging companies to make well-informed investment decisions to enhance profitability and overall performance. Furthermore, future research should consider expanding sample sizes and incorporating additional variables for a more comprehensive analysis.

Abstract

This study explores the balance between personalization and privacy in ethical marketing practices, examining how companies can effectively use customer data for personalized marketing without violating privacy rights. As personalization has become a crucial element in enhancing customer experiences, privacy concerns have escalated, driven by the increasing volume of data breaches and stricter privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Through a qualitative approach, the research gathers insights from key stakeholders, including customers, companies, and regulators, using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The findings reveal that while customers value personalization, they are highly concerned about data privacy, emphasizing the need for transparent consent-driven practices. Companies face challenges navigating complex data privacy regulations, but those prioritizing ethical data use, such as Apple with its privacy-centric strategies, are more successful in maintaining customer trust. This study highlights the importance of integrating technologies like data anonymization, encryption, and blockchain to protect customer privacy while enabling effective personalization. However, limitations such as the sample size and scope of the study suggest that further research is needed to explore the long-term effects of privacy regulations on marketing innovation and to offer sector-specific solutions for balancing personalization and privacy. This research provides valuable insights for businesses, regulators, and customers in navigating the evolving landscape of data-driven marketing.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of organizational justice on counterproductive work behavior and its impact on job satisfaction of West Kalimantan Provincial Social Service Employees. This type of research is a survey using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all ASN at the Social Service of West Kalimantan Province, amounting to 85 people. The research data were processed and analyzed using the path analysis model (SPSS 18). Based on the hypothesis testing it was concluded that distributive justice and interactional justice had a negative and not significant effect on counterproductive work behavior, while procedural justice had a negative and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. The results of hypothesis testing further indicate that distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction, while counterproductive work behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.Keyword : Distributive justice, procedural justice,interactional justice, counterproductive work behavior and job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan staf pegawai PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Sanggau. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 16.00. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan: Terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap disiplin kerja artinya bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara iklim organisasional terhadap disiplin kerja. Terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara iklim organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dan terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh nilai manfaat dan nilai emosional terhadap sikap perpindahan toko online dan niat perpindahan toko online dengan biaya perpindahan sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna toko online di Pontianak dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan judgemental sampling dengan teknik non probabilitas. Responden mengisi data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert dan diberikan pertanyaan kualifikasi sebelum mengisi data penelitian untuk menyaring pengguna baru dan pengguna lama. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model (SEM) melalui software SmartPLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai manfaat memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap sikap perpindahan toko online, terbukti dengan t-hitung sebesar 4,735 dan nilai p kurang dari 0,05. Hipotesis lain yang terbukti signifikan dan positif adalah sikap perpindahan toko online yang berpengaruh terhadap niat perpindahan toko online, dibuktikan dengan t-hitung sebesar 7,414 dan nilai p kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh moderasi tidak ditemukan pada dua variabel dependen, dan nilai emosional juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap perpindahan toko online.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of the variables of standard operating procedures, placement and professionalism on employee performance, which variable has the most influence on employee performance in North Samarinda District in Samarinda City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a questionnaire given to 41 respondents as a sample offline. Validity and reliability tests are measuring instruments used to obtain valid and reliable results in data collection and calculation. Normality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing will be used to process the collected data. The analysis results show that partially the standard operating procedure variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the placement variable has a significant effect on employee performance and the professionalism variable has no significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously the variables of standard operating procedures, placement and professionalism have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Samarinda District in Samarinda City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Big Fiv Personality yang terdiri dari Opennes to Experiences, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreebleness, dan Neuroticsm terhadap kinerja yang dimoderasi oleh Job Autonomy pada Petugas Penyuluh Koperasi Lapangan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia,  yang terdiri dari 100 sampel yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan cara mengisi kuesioner yan telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memperoleh data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi berjenjang dengan 3 tahap.Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa Opennes to Experiences, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, dan Agreebleness memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja PPKL Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Sedangkan, Neuroticsm tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, Job Autonomy hanya dapat memoderasi pengaruh Agreebleness terhadap kinerja. Abstract

AbstractThis writing was carried out at SMP educational institutions in Pontianak City with the aim of seeing the level of satisfaction of students and parents of students during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic so that schools can provide quality service performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of service performance on school grades, satisfaction and WOM of students in the pandemic era (Case Study at SMP Bruder Pontianak). The form of this research is to use a survey. Data collection uses primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data in the form of data sourced from the SMP Bruder Pontianak. The sample uses a purposive sample. The sample in this study were parents of 100 students. The results of this study indicate that service performance has an effect on customer value. Second, service performance has no effect on student satisfaction. Third, customer value affect student satisfaction. Fourth, customer values affect WOM. Fifth, student satisfaction has an effect on WOM. Suggestions in this study are first to improve service performance to be even better because with better service performance it will lead to satisfaction for students and guardians of students so that later it can affect WOM where students or guardians of students can recommend SMP Bruder Pontianak as a secondary school after his son graduated from elementary school and with a good service performance it will also increase the school value of the SMP Bruder Pontianak. Second. Apart from service performance, there are still many factors that can be a factor to increase customer value, satisfaction and WOM so that periodic evaluations must always be carried out so that the SMP Bruder Pontianak can be better in the future.Keyword : Service Performance, Customer Value, Satisfaction dan Wom
