Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of QRIS adoption in Indonesia by integrating technological, psychological, and contextual perspectives. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on 320 user data, the study examined the influence of factors such as perceived ease of use (PEOU), user trust, promotion & education, and user satisfaction on QRIS adoption. The results show that user satisfaction and promotion-education have a significant effect on adoption, while ease of use only impacts satisfaction, not direct adoption. In contrast to classical theory, user trust is not significant in the Indonesian context, allegedly due to the dominance of financial incentive factors, government policies, and MSMEs' preference for practical benefits. These findings reinforce the relevance of Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI), while also highlighting the uniqueness of locality where targeted education and cashback programs are more effective than just system trust. The practical implications emphasize the need for an integrated strategy: economic benefit-based promotional campaigns, improved technical infrastructure to ensure the speed and security of transactions, and collaboration between regulators and service providers in expanding incentives for MSMEs. Further research is suggested to explore cultural factors (e.g., resistance to cashless transactions in rural areas) and qualitative approaches to understanding the perceptions of older generations. The study provides a holistic framework to accelerate the digital transformation of Indonesia's payments sector, prioritizing local context and real-world user experience.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Inclusion by considering the role of Infrastructural Facility and Policy and Regulation as mediation variables. The study was conducted on MSMEs in the city of Pangkalpinang with 224 respondents, Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms. The results of the analysis show that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Inclusion, both directly and through the Infrastructural Facility. On the other hand, mediation through Policy and Regulation is not significant, indicating that political regulation has not played an optimal role in increasing financial inclusion. These findings emphasize the importance of encouraging investment in strengthening infrastructure such as fintech networks and banking services in remote areas as an effective strategy in encouraging wider access to finance. In addition, regulations related to political and financial policies need to be evaluated to be more adaptive and effective in supporting people's financial literacy and access. More applicable financial education programs also need to be expanded through cooperation between the government, the private sector, and MSMEs to increase public understanding and participation in the formal financial system. Further research is suggested to explore additional factors and use a longitudinal approach to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have driven the transformation of the taxation system to be more efficient and timely, but they have also created new challenges in terms of cybersecurity and data protection. Digital taxation systems manage large amounts of sensitive data, including taxpayers' personal and financial information, which is a potential target for cyberattacks. This study discusses important measures that need to be implemented to ensure the security and integrity of data in digital taxation systems. These measures include the implementation of encryption technology, strict access control, routine security audits, and security awareness training for staff. A holistic approach and collaboration with technology experts are the main keys to maintaining a secure and reliable taxation system, while maximising the benefits of digitalisation. With these steps, the risk of cyber threats can be minimised, so that the integrity and public trust in the digital taxation system is maintained.

Abstract

Professional associations play a crucial role in providing legal protection for medical personnel in Indonesia. Through various initiatives, including legal support, advocacy, and education on legal rights and obligations, professional associations help medical personnel face legal challenges and the risk of malpractice. In addition, professional associations play a role in maintaining standards of professionalism and quality of medical services by encouraging continuing education and implementing strict codes of ethics and standards of practice. Therefore, the existence of professional associations provides a sense of security and confidence for medical personnel, enabling them to focus on providing optimal health services to the community.

Abstract

The influence of international trade agreements on personal data protection policies is a topic that examines how international standards and frameworks influence domestic regulations related to data privacy. International trade agreements, such as GATT and various free trade agreements, require member countries to implement regulations that support the security and transfer of cross-border data. Challenges arise when countries have to adjust their personal data protection policies to international obligations, which can lead to potential conflicts between national interests and international compliance. Nevertheless, this agreement has a positive impact by encouraging the harmonisation of global data protection standards, reducing trade barriers, and improving the security of personal data. The successful implementation of this policy depends heavily on the commitment and cooperation between countries in implementing effective regulations that are in line with global needs.

The specific target of this activity is to strengthen the promotion of the Lingga tourist village and its traditional riches so that it will again attract the attention of foreign and domestic tourists. The method used in this activity is audio-visual ethnography, namely documentation using an ethnographic approach. This method will involve partners in the process of managing traditional arts performances. From this involvement experience, partners will better understand the packaging process of their traditional arts as part of their promotion and dissemination strategy in the era of digital technology. Abstract

Village-based tourism has become a sustainable development strategy that contributes to the well-being of local communities through the optimization of natural and cultural potential. Tourist villages in Bali, particularly in Badung Regency, possess significant potential to be developed as attractive tourism destinations due to their cultural characteristics and natural beauty. However, without proper planning, uncontrolled tourism growth may lead to risks such as over-tourism, environmental degradation, and economic imbalance. This study employs the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) approach as an analytical framework for planning the development of tourist villages in Badung, Bali. TALC allows for the identification of the stages of tourism destination development, enabling the implementation of tailored strategies to promote sustainable growth. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The findings indicate that tourist villages in Badung are currently in the involvement stage, where local communities are beginning to actively develop basic tourism facilities but still face various challenges related to sustainability. To prevent stagnation or decline, sustainability-based strategies are necessary, including the implementation of green business practices, strict environmental regulations, and the diversification of tourism products that actively involve local community participation.

Abstract

Violence against children remains a prevalent issue in society, including in Surabaya. Various forms of violence, ranging from physical, psychological, to sexual abuse, significantly impact children's development and mental health. To address this issue, the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) serves as a unit that provides education, counseling, and psychosocial services for families. Through a holistic approach, PUSPAGA aims to enhance parental capacity in child-rearing based on children's rights, effective family communication, and violence prevention. This study aims to explore the role of PUSPAGA in preventing violence against children in Surabaya and assess the effectiveness of its programs. Findings indicate that PUSPAGA's success is supported by strong government commitment, adequate infrastructure, community participation, and competent professionals. However, challenges such as limited socialization, cultural barriers, a shortage of professionals, and accessibility issues in suburban areas persist. Through services such as consultations, counseling, parenting classes, and socialization programs, PUSPAGA positively impacts families. However, program optimization requires stronger synergy between the government, communities, and related stakeholders. Consequently, PUSPAGA significantly contributes to creating a safe, prosperous, and child-friendly family environment, supporting Surabaya's vision as a Child-Friendly City.
