Employee motivation is enhanced through performance recognition and involvement in decision-making processes. Work discipline is reflected in adherence to work hours, timely task completion, and compliance with organizational rules. The combination of these three factors significantly contributes to improving employee performance, particularly in delivering optimal public services. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of deep learning technology in primary school education in Mataram City. Deep learning, as a branch of artificial intelligence (AI), has the potential to enhance learning effectiveness through personalized teaching materials and in-depth data analysis regarding students' development. The study focuses on four primary schools in Mataram City, namely SDN 45 Ampenan, SDN 18 Cakranegara, SDN 24 Cakranegara, and SDN 22 Mataram. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving interviews with teachers and school principals, as well as direct observations of the implementation of deep learning in the learning process. The results show that, although deep learning technology is still applied on a limited scale, its impact on improving the quality of learning, such as increased student motivation, better understanding of the material, and more accurate analysis of student development, is quite significant. However, the implementation of this technology also faces various challenges, particularly related to infrastructure limitations and the need for ongoing teacher training. This study recommends the need for improved infrastructure support and continuous training to maximize the potential of deep learning in primary education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of Maqashid syariah principles in supporting environmental sustainability through the implementation of the Green Economy concept, with a case study on the Ikat Weaving industry in Parengan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principles of Maqashid Sharia, such as Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz al-'Aql, Hifz al-Mal, and Hifz al-Nasl, have begun to be internalized by weaving industry players, especially in the form of environmental awareness, waste management, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. In addition, Islamic values such as 'adl (justice), ihsan (kindness), and khalifah (human responsibility towards the earth) are in line with the principles of the Green Economy which emphasizes resource efficiency and ecological justice. However, the application of these values still faces challenges, including the limitation of natural raw materials, high production costs, and low market interest in environmentally friendly weaving products. Therefore, synergy is needed between the government, business actors, and the community to support the transition to a sustainable industry based on Islamic values.

Abstract

This study examines the civil liability of banks in Indonesia for customer losses caused by unlawful acts committed by bank employees. Specifically, it analyzes the application of the vicarious liability principle under Article 1367 of the Civil Code and explores the legal framework governing such liability, including the Banking Law and relevant consumer protection laws. Through the case study of Supreme Court Decision Number 2442 K/Pdt/2017, the study investigates how the bank is held accountable for its employees' unlawful actions, focusing on the criteria for unlawful acts, the scope of employment, and the principle of prudence. The case establishes an important precedent regarding the proportional liability of banks in customer losses, highlighting the importance of rigorous internal controls and employee oversight. This study emphasizes the need for banks to apply the prudential principle, ensuring secure transactions and preventing fraudulent activities. The findings suggest that banks must enhance their compliance measures, such as implementing strict verification systems for large transactions, improving employee training, and fostering a culture of responsibility. Strengthening these practices will safeguard customer interests, reduce legal risks, and improve public trust in the banking sector, contributing to its long-term stability and growth.

In line with the development of the times and the increasing development that is also inseparable from all aspects related to human life. Related to developments in people's lives for all existing problems, which are increasingly easy to solve or vice versa, there are also a small number of people who experience difficulties related to facing and meeting their needs. This has resulted in the rapid development of technology that is developing in society. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of confidence in financial management as a mediator between personal finance management, banking knowledge, attitude towards debt, and financial compliance among Indonesian adults. The research method used was a quantitative survey with a cross-sectional approach, involving 170 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that confidence in financial management significantly mediated the relationship between personal financial management and financial compliance, but no significant mediating effect was found on the banking knowledge pathway. A positive attitude towards debt also showed a marginal mediating effect through self-confidence. These findings emphasise the importance of financial education interventions that focus not only on the knowledge aspect but also on strengthening confidence and positive attitudes in financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how competence, motivation, and social support impact the entrepreneurial intention of students who participate in the Management study program. The background of this research is based on the importance of understanding the components that encourage students to be entrepreneurial in the midst of economic challenges and increasingly fierce job competition. A quantitative method was used to collect data, with questionnaires distributed to 53 respondents. Validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests were performed on the data for analysis. The results of the study show that three independent variables of competence, motivation, and social support have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Motivation, among the three, is the factor that most influences the desire of students to start a business. These three variables can account for 62.1% of the variation in entrepreneurial intention, according to the determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.621. These results are in line with the Theory of Planned Behavior, which says that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived control of behavior affect intention. The development of entrepreneurial education policies that focus on good competencies, great encouragement, and a supportive social environment is part of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB), organisational culture, and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on millennial employees in the local government of Pangkalpinang City, involving 104 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of having a minimum work period of one year, having permanent employee status, and being active in organisational activities. Using a quantitative approach with structural equation model analysis, the results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while WLB and organisational culture have a positive but insignificant effect. This finding indicates that intrinsic factors, such as work motivation, play a more dominant role in shaping employee job satisfaction than external factors such as WLB and organisational culture. However, these three variables did not show a significant indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. The practical implications of this study emphasise the importance of increasing work motivation through the development of reward and career systems, as well as the need to strengthen organisational culture and implement more effective WLB policies to create job satisfaction, which in turn can improve employee performance.
