Abstract

The objective of the study is to evaluate the financial health level of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in the Sulawesi region during the 2019–2023 period. The study uses a financial institution health assessment approach. This assessment is needed to assess the feasibility and stability of banks in carrying out their financial intermediation functions. The quantitative descriptive system used uses data from the annual financial reports of Bank Sulselbar, Bank Sulutgo, Bank Sulteng, and Bank Sultra. The results of the analysis state that all financial institutions have an impressive level of health because the aspects of Capital (CAR) and Income (ROA, NIM), but several banks are in the unhealthy category related to the Risk Profile, especially in the comparison of Loans to Third Party Funds. In a situation of Good corporate leadership, it shows that all banks are considered healthy based on their independent assessments, although some are still quite healthy in terms of Return on Equity (ROE). Overall, this study indicates that the majority of BPDs in Sulawesi describe positive financial capabilities so that they are able to maintain operational stability, although there are several indicators that need to be improved. It is hoped that these findings can help policy makers, bank management, and further researchers in evaluating and improving the financial performance of banking in the region.

Abstract

This journal discusses the phenomenon of Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV) which is increasingly worrying in the digital era, especially related to the spread of non-consensual intimate content (NCII) or what is often referred to as "revenge porn." This study explores the factors that cause NCII, including abuse of trust, unsafe use of technology, and weak legal regulations. OGBV, as a form of gender-based violence, has profound psychological, social, and economic impacts on victims, including trauma, stigma, and career losses. In addition, this journal also discusses the prevention and protection efforts needed, such as increasing digital literacy, strengthening regulations, and collaboration between various stakeholders. It is hoped that with stronger measures, the threat of the spread of non-consensual intimate content can be minimized and protection for victims can be increased.

Abstract

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is a company organ that holds the highest power in the company and holds all authorities that are not delegated by the directors and commissioners. In the transfer of shares in the Company, a General Meeting of Shareholders must first be held as in accordance with the provisions of Article 56 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The objectives of this thesis include analyzing the validity of the GMS in a Limited Liability Company regarding the Transfer of Shares from PPJB that has not been Paid in Full, analyzing the legal consequences of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) for PPJB Objects that have not been paid in full in a bankrupt company, and analyzing the judge's considerations in the District Court decision No. 29 / Pdt.SUS-GLL / 2022 / PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. The type of research used is Normative Legal Research which will refer to laws and regulations. Normative legal research in this study was carried out using a statute approach and a case approach. The data sources used are Primary Legal Materials (written rules enforced by the state) Secondary Legal Materials (materials in the form of legal reviews) Tertiary Legal Materials (materials that support legal materials, both primary and secondary). Data collection techniques are through legal material literature studies (rechtsmaterialen) and field research through interviews. The results of this thesis research can be concluded firstly the validity of a GMS in a Company can be seen in Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies based on its material and formal elements. Secondly the legal consequences of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) for the PPJB Object that has not been paid off in a bankrupt company are null and void, because the payment obligation has not been fulfilled. The three considerations of the judge in the decision were to sentence and order the Defendant (Curator) to remove the Immovable Assets, namely two apartment units owned by the plaintiff, from the Bankruptcy Asset List, as well as to remove them from all documents related to the bankrupt Assets (budel) and to declare that the Curator had committed an Unlawful Act (PMH).

Abstract

The development of information technology and transportation has supported the globalization of intellectual property rights. Globalization has opened the door for products and services to cross national borders and create new opportunities and challenges. Increasingly sophisticated technology and transportation enable the movement of goods and information quickly and efficiently around the world. The sustainability of economic growth depends strongly on the stability of public consumption and is supported by income growth in sectors such as agriculture, industry, and services. In the context of Intellectual Property Rights, such as brands, globalization has major implications. Products and brands that are already known locally can easily add to the global market. However, with this opportunity also comes the risk of counterfeiting and unfair competition. Therefore, the importance of protecting intellectual property rights is very important to ensure that innovation and intellectual works receive proper recognition and protection at the global level.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. A sample of 365 respondents was selected through purposive sampling technique from a population of 4,191 students. The results of the study indicate that mobile banking and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on students' tabzir attitudes. Conversely, financial literacy has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant effect on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study contributes to Islamic economic literature by integrating the concept of tabzir in the perspective of the Qur'an with the theory of consumer behavior and digital finance. These findings recommend the need for structured financial education for students, especially in the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of cooperative member satisfaction in mediating the influence of green marketing and customer relationship management on the cooperatif member loyalty of Minalaka Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method. Data was obtained directly through a questionnaire to 145 respondents taken from cooperative members of the Minalaka Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). From the results of this research, it was found that green marketing has a significant effect on member satisfaction and cooperatif members loyalty. Customer relationship management has a significant effect on member satisfaction and cooperatif members loyalty. Cooperative members satisfaction has a significant effect on cooperatif members loyalty. Cooperative members satisfaction can mediate the influence of green marketing and customer relationship management on cooperatif members loyalty. The findings in this research provide an overview that the implementation of green marketing and customer relationship management is an effective strategy to increase member satisfaction and member loyalty in the context of Islamic Boarding School Cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the people's market of the Motaain PLBN acts as a social space that supports post-conflict reconciliation between Indonesian and Timor Leste citizens. Using a qualitative approach and Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social practice, this study analyzes four main aspects: habitus, capital, arena, and social practice. The findings show that the market is not only an economic space, but also a place where new, more open, and harmonious social relations are built. Buying and selling activities in the market bring together citizens of the two countries regularly, strengthen existing social and cultural capital, and create social practices that support a peaceful and sustainable life together.

Abstract

Murder is one of the most serious crimes that not only violates criminal law provisions but also constitutes a fundamental violation of human rights, particularly the right to life that is inherent in every individual from conception and cannot be revoked by anyone except by God as the giver of life. The phenomenon of murder occurring in society, whether committed intentionally or unintentionally, is often triggered by motives of revenge or disputes between parties, thus requiring more serious and in-depth investigative handling compared to other criminal acts to thoroughly uncover cases. In the specific context of the legal jurisdiction of Belawan Port Police Resort, this normative legal research with a descriptive analytical and prospective approach examines the role of police in handling premeditated murder crimes, identifies inhibiting factors including the complexity of legal jurisdiction covering two jurisdictions (Medan City and Deli Serdang Regency), limited investigator experience, minimal operational budget, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and low public awareness in maintaining crime scenes, while analyzing efforts made by police to overcome these obstacles through preemptive activities in the form of legal counseling to the community, coordination with related activities. agencies for budget and infrastructure assistance, and capacity building for investigators through specialized training in handling criminal cases.

Abstract

The tradition of qurban in Islam according to sharia is realized through the slaughter of livestock as a form of approaching Allah and social solidarity. However, in modern developments, a form of qurban diversion has emerged from animal slaughter to cash transfer to those in need. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of "cash qurban" from a contemporary fiqh perspective. Through a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study method, this study explores the views of classical and contemporary scholars regarding the validity of this form of qurban diversion in a modern context. The results of the study show that although according to sharia qurban has symbolic and ritual dimensions attached to animal slaughter, there is room for ijtihad under certain conditions. For the 19th century tafsir scholar Sheikh As-Sa'di, the purpose of qurban can be achieved by spending some of one's wealth (maal), although it still raises debate, especially regarding the essence of qurban, intention, and the sustainability of its spiritual value. This study recommends a moderate approach that considers the interests of the community, without ignoring the basic principles of qurban worship in Islam.

Abstract

PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk (KOBX) is a newcomer company engaged in the distribution of heavy equipment, spare parts and after-sales services in Indonesia. Established in 2002, KOBX, which initially focused on selling heavy equipment for mining, diversified its business into the construction segment. The Develon and Shantui brands are its mainstay products, even the Shantui bulldozer is recorded as the bulldozer with the highest sales in China and number 2 internationally. PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) as a comparison is a large company in the heavy equipment sector that has started its business since 1973 with the Komatsu brand of heavy equipment. This study aims to determine the development of the heavy equipment business run by KOBX through an analysis of the financial performance of PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk and comparing it with PT United Tractors Tbk as a comparison. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this study is the documentation method, namely by accessing the financial reports of the two companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2022-2024. From the financial report analysis, it can be seen that the stability & efficiency of KOBX's financial performance is still below UNTR. Trend Analysis KOBX and UNTR have different financial strategies and asset and liability management capabilities. Index analysis shows that KOBX's large funding base causes lower financial stability than UNTR. While Common Size Analysis states that KOBX is more vulnerable to liquidity risks and short-term liabilities than UNTR, which is more solid and financially healthy.
