Abstract

The rise of local fashion brands in Indonesia has shown significant growth, with many now competing on an international scale. However, challenges such as fierce competition, limited brand awareness, and inadequate promotional strategies still hinder the industry. This study explores the influence of Country of Origin, Brand Consciousness, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention toward local fashion products in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and data from 257 Indonesian millennial and Gen Z respondents. The research finds that all three factors significantly affect purchase intention. Brand-conscious consumers are more likely to purchase products that reflect their social status, while higher brand awareness boosts consumer trust and confidence. Additionally, the perception of the product's origin, particularly the "Made in Indonesia" label, strengthens purchase decisions. This study offers valuable insights for local fashion brands to enhance their marketing strategies and highlights areas for future research in exploring other influencing factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of organizational strategies in strategic planning according to Fred R. David's perspective, which divides strategies into three main categories: integration, intensification, and diversification. This study applies a literature review method by examining various theoretical sources and previous research findings related to organizational strategy planning and implementation. The research data includes academic literature and strategic management books. The results indicate that the success of formulating strategic plans is highly dependent on selecting the appropriate type of strategy in accordance with the internal and external situations of the organization. Additionally, the success of strategy implementation is influenced by the clarity of programs, resource allocation, and stakeholder participation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between e-recruitment, company reputation, and compensation and the job application intention of Generation Z in Magelang City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a population consisting of individuals born between 1997 and 2012, representing Generation Z, aged 12 to 27 years. A total of 160 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that e-recruitment, company reputation, and compensation jointly influence job application intention. However, when tested individually, e-recruitment and company reputation have a significant positive effect on job application intention, whereas compensation shows no significant effect.

Abstract

Employee creativity is an important aspect in driving innovation and organizational competitiveness. One strategy that has been proven effective in enhancing creativity is job crafting, which is the proactive behavior of employees in adjusting their work to better suit their preferences, strengths, and personal goals. This study aims to map the literature related to the relationship between job crafting and creativity through a scoping review approach. A total of 21 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed using the PRISMA protocol and analyzed thematically and bibliometrically using VOSviewer. The results of the study show that job crafting generally has a positive relationship with creativity, both directly and through the mediation of psychological variables such as work engagement, self-efficacy, and psychological capital. Contextual factors such as leadership, organizational climate, and individual-organization fit also moderate these relationships. These findings have important implications for organizational policy development and managerial interventions to create a work environment that supports employee initiative and creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and prices on passenger satisfaction at the port of Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai. The sample objects in this study are people who have used the services of the Bandar Sri Junjungan port in the city of Dumai. This study used a quantitative method using the sample technique in this study as many as 100 respondents, data processing using the SPSS 26 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which included validity tests, reliability tests, T tests, F tests and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that: 1) service quality had no positive and significant effect on service quality at Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai port, 2) facilities had no positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai port, 3) price had a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction at the port of Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai 4) the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.543. This means that the quality of service, facilities and price variables affect passenger satisfaction by 54.3% while the remaining or 45.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan anggaran belanja pegawai dan belanja barang di masa pandemi covid-19 pada Kementerian Agama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 74 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin pada taraf signifikansi 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serapan anggaran secara komulatif di Kementerian Agama pada masa pandemi covid-19 mengalami peningkatan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan serapan anggaran belanja pegawai adalah penyetaraan jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional dan juga pembayaran tunggakan tunjangan kinerja guru dan dosen yang tertunda. Pada awal tahun 2020 negara dihadapkan pada pandemi covid-19 yang menyebabkan serapan belanja barang menurun namun pada tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan kembali berkat kekompakan dan kualitas SDM dalam menentukan perencanaan. Selain itu refocusing yang berdampak pada pengurangan anggaran secara matematis juga memperbesar nilai serapan anggaran. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah dan kualitas SDM berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan anggaran belanja pegawai dan belanja barang di masa pandemi covid-19 pada Kementerian Agama

Abstract

This study compares a few well-known change management models to help readers better understand change management. For this reason, this study examines the notion of change and the forces behind organisational change. The analysis demonstrates that, despite certain variations among the models discussed, they all share the division of the change the management system into successive phases and the recognition of the role that human resources play in the process. Additionally, implications and lessons for change management in the public sector were introduced. According to the study's conclusion, companies that struggled to manage change would see a decline in employee loyalty and output. Conversely, companies that successfully handled change would gain a competitive edge that guarantees long-term success. Organisations, particularly those in the public sector, must comprehend and implement change management models in the post-Covid-19 era if they are to improve their capacity for long-term success.

Abstract

In the direction of changes in extensive and standardized sustainability reporting, companies are expected to establish disciplined and credible sustainability reporting and disclosure programs using recognized frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standard Board (SASB), CDP, or DJSI. The future of sustainability reporting will involve transparent, clear and detailed reporting on sustainability issues, with a focus on strategy, implementation and performance measurement. The movement towards broader and more standardized sustainability reporting is driven by the need for transparent and meaningful ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) disclosures that drive value for stakeholders and public companies. The research method used in this study is literature examination, which involves collecting literature relevant to the topic, selecting the most related literature, organizing the literature based on topics, concepts, or themes, critical analysis and evaluation, and compiling the results by showing relationships and patterns. emerge from every literature. The results of this study can be used to assist companies in developing effective and credible sustainability reporting and disclosure programs.

Abstract

The cricket cultivation industry has become a significant part of the MSME sector in many countries. However, this sector is also faced with various risks that can affect the business continuity and growth of the MSMEs involved in it. This research aims to evaluate the risk management strategies used by MSMEs in the cricket cultivation industry, using a SWOT analysis approach. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with cricket cultivation MSME owners in the Banjarwangunan Village area, Mundu District - Cirebon Regency. The analysis is carried out by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by these MSMEs in managing the risks related to their business. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of existing risk management strategies, as well as provide recommendations for increasing the success and resilience of cricket cultivation MSMEs in facing existing challenges.

Abstract

Management Education is a discipline that integrates the principles of management with the context of education. The basic concepts of education management include planning, organization, guidance, coordination, and control. This research aims to learn about the urgency of education management, the function of educational management, the management model in education, the principles of management education, the development of management theory, and the issues of education management. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a library research approach. In this case, the author carries out a collection of literature related to the basic concepts of education management. The result of this research is to know the urgency of the basic concepts and foundations of education management, as well as have a deeper understanding of the functions of education management, understand the management model in education, the principles of management education, describe the development of management theory, and understand the issues of educational management.
