Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang menjadikan bahan pustaka sebagai sumber utama. Hasil penelitian ini pertama, memberikan landasan berfikir mendalam, sistematis, reflektif dan universal dalam memahami esensi pendidikan untuk apa pendidikan, dan bagaimana idealnya pendidikan itu dilaksanakan. Kedua, memahami esensi pendidikan melalui pencapaian dan penelaahan terhadap konsep-konsep filosofis ajaran Islam al-Qur’an dan Hadits yang pada gilirannya akan melahirkan teori-teori atau kerangka konseptual bagi pelaksanaan dan pengembangan pendidikan Islam. Ketiga, memberikan landasan berfikir mendalam kepada pendidik dalam menganalisis secara kritis berbagai unsur atau komponen yang terkait dengan pendidikan Islam, seperti: (a) esensi manusia sebagai makluk jismiyah dan ruhiyah, (b) esensi ilmu pengetahuan sebagai muatan  pendidikan Islami, (c) esensi al-Qur’an dan Hadits sebagai kurikulum pendidikan Islami, (d) esensi metode sebagai instruen bagi memudahkan penanaman ilmu, (e) esensi evaluasi untuk mengukur dan menilai kualitas kinerja dan kepribadian setiap Muslim.

Abstract

This topic was raised based on the phenomena of economic development and environmental sustainability which are contradictory to one another. Various development efforts were carried out for the sake of high economic growth, while the ecological damage caused by excessive exploitation of nature was getting worse. Shares listed on the SRI-KEHATI Index were appointed as research objects because they are a form of implementing SDG's. The main objective of this study is to estimate the factors that influence the stock price of companies listed on SRI-KEHATI, as well as to estimate the effect of these stock prices on production growth. The data used in this study are cross sectional data and panel data. Where the cross-sectional data collected are all companies registered with SRI-KEHATI for 10 consecutive years and the sample was taken in 2017. Meanwhile, the panel data collected is data on all companies registered with SRI-KEHATI for 10 consecutive years and samples were taken from 2009 to 2017. Based on the estimation results using the multiple regression method using E-Views 10 software, in the first model a goodness of fit () value was obtained of 0.999999 or 99.99%. Partially, the independent variables namely PER, EPS, TAT, and BB have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (HS), while the BIF variable has a negative and significant effect on HS. Simultaneously, the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on HS. In the second model, the goodness of fit () value is 0. 001599 or 0.15%. Variable Stock Price (HS) which is influenced by PER, EPS, TAT, BB, and BIF has a positive and not significant effect on Production Growth (PP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prosocial behavior of early childhood in terms of play activities with friends at school. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all children in group B at Siti Hajar Islamic Kindergarten. The data collection method uses a questionnaire as filled in by the parents of the students. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that Ha was accepted, which means that playing with friends can determine the prosocial behavior of children in group B at Siti Hajar Islamic Kindergarten. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test with a significance value or P = 0.000 where p 0.05. The research results show that the homogeneity test is 0.080 or sig 0.05, which means that the data comes from populations that have the same or homogeneous variance. The influence of playing with friends at school on prosocial behavior of early childhood is 47.8%, which is obtained from the test results of the coefficient of determination which is equal to 0.478 or if it is percentaged at 47.8%. While the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parenting style, the relationship between parenting style and the success factors of parenting style in learning the Qur'an for early childhood. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation, as well as triangulation and data analysis. The results of the study show that the role of parents is very large in the obligation to care for and maintain the survival of their children, as well as meeting the basic needs of children, both physical-biomedical (asuh), emotional/love needs (love), and the need for mental stimulation. Therefore, parenting style is very strongly related to the achievement of children's Al-Qur'an learning. however, the implementation of parenting itself is inseparable from the factors that influence it, namely the personality of parents, similar parenting patterns, religion, environment, education, gender, social status, child's ability, and situation. This research is expected to contribute to parents in determining parenting according to the situation and condition of the child.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has resulted in the emergence of various sites that not only discuss positive things, but also offer negative thing, namely the business of selling human organs. It is very easy accessed by teenagers, and inflicted crime on the teenagers. The form of crime committed by the teenager is to get rid of a life. This research is a normative juridical research, with data sources in the form of secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation studies. Teenagers as the next generation of the nation should do their duty as students, study, read books, play, and fight for their good future. The ease of accessing negative sites results in children easily following what they read from the site and resulted in them falling into the crime of get rid of a life, even though these acts are prohibited in Islamic Law and are very detrimental to teenagers. The crime was committed by teenagers because they were tempted by a very high offer for the sale of human organs of 80,000 dollars, and were supported by the difficult economic conditions of his family.  Negatively charged sites must be stopped, to prevent teenagers from committing crimes.

Abstract

The work of Islamic philanthropy institutions in the country has benefited the community. From day to day, its contribution is increasingly evident. There are at least five areas of contribution of Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia. First, in the field of da'wah. Second, in the field of education. Third, social humanitarianism. Fourth, the health sector. Meanwhile, the fifth area is the economic field. There are many models of productive zakat and waqf empowerment for community empowerment. However, it must be admitted that there is still a gap between potential and realization. There are at least four steps that must be taken to optimize the potential of ISF, First, it is necessary to conduct policy advocacy. Hopefully, existing policies can further support the development of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia. Second, philanthropic institutions also need to strengthen the role of education and literacy. So that public awareness is formed. Third, collaborate between philanthropic institutions, both at home and abroad. Fourth, philanthropic institutions must continue to update the management model. continue to highlight their services through various means, such as e-commerce, e-wallets, and banking. This is an effort that must continue to be optimized in the digital era. The methodology used in this research is library research, various materials regarding ISF are collected and analyzed. So as to produce conclusions to optimize ISF so that it can become the mouth of various problems from inequality and poverty. So that realizing the prosperity of all Indonesian people is a necessity.

Abstract

Education is essentially a conscious effort developing human resource potential (SDM) learners by encouraging and facilitating their learning activities. In conveying lessons, various tools have been created to make it easier for the student to understand them. The development of science and technology further encourages renewing efforts in the use of technological products in the learning process. The learning medium is an intermediary or tool used in the teaching process so that material presented is acceptable to the learner. In this regard, both print out and visual audio media play a crucial role in achieving maximum learning results. The technology in the learning of Islam will discuss how we use media and tools in the process of teaching religion, which is the skill, attitude, action, and strategy of teaching religions that are the source of the qur 'an and the hadith. In comparison the effectiveness of the learning media in the learning of Islam, that is, can be seen from that media function. The learn-based medium (print out) is a variety of learning messages from which the text (literature) and its supporting illustrations are presented. One of the learning media that is often used in the learning process is a textbook. Textbooks can encourage children to do te chores.

Abstract

This research aims to find out several things regarding the implementation of the guided note-taking method to improve SKI learning outcomes in class X MAS Sabilal Akhyar, the use of the guided note-taking method to improve learning outcomes and improving student learning outcomes in the SKI subject in class X MAS Sabilal Akhyar Kwala Begumit Kec. Binjai Kab. Langkat. Theoretically, this research is expected to obtain a general repertoire of knowledge, especially for writers in the fields of education related to learning methods for improving SKI learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative research method, which is carried out by taking the steps of collecting information, data collection, classification and analysis of data, and interpretation before making conclusions and reports. It is done with the primary objective of making an accurate description of a situation. The qualitative approach uses "natural characteristics" (natural setting) as a direct, descriptive data source. In this case, the process is more important than the result. The qualitative research analysis tends to be carried out in an inductive manner, and meaning is essential in this study. The results of this study indicate that the guided note-taking method is a learning method that is effective and efficient enough to be applied to the types of SKI lessons that contain lots of explanations and explanations of each material concept explained by the teacher in class.

Abstract

The costing method is a method that is appropriate and in line with the increase and competition in achieving the company's goals for cost reduction. The purpose of this study is to find out that the target costing approach can be used as a tool in efforts to reduce production costs to increase gross or gross profit. Target costing is a method of reducing production costs based on the selling price and expected profit. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection methods used in this study were observation and interviews. The results show that the target costing method is very efficient to be applied in calculating production costs because it is based on a comparison of production costs and gross profit obtained using target costing and without target costing.

Abstract

The research was conducted to see the relationship and influence of the rupiah exchange rate, non-performing financing, financing to deposits, and islamic bank profits. This study used time seris data, which was taken from the Financial Services Authority website. The method used in the study was Vector Auto Regression (VAR). The results of the research obtained are that there is a reciprocal relationship between  the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Non-Performing Financing, Financing To Deposits, and the profit of Islamic banks, this is seen from the results of the Granger Causality Test, where the F-statistical and Probability values are not equal to 0.  Meanwhile,  in the variance test, rupiah exchange rate decomposition affected the profit of Islamic banks by 1.65%, NPF affected net profit by 0.22%, and FDR affected the net profit of Islamic banks by 3.42%.
