Abstract

Perkembangan dalam penyebutan generasi berdasarkan zaman atau tahun kelahiran muncul dengan berbagai kriteria masing-masing. Beberapa tahun ini muncul istilah generasi sandwich dari kalangan financial planner. Munculnya istilah ini menyebabkan generasi muda menjadi terbebani dan memberikan label atas dirinya menjadi generasi sandwich. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman tentang generasi sandwich dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa sebagai seorang muslim yang berpegang teguh pada Al-Qur’an, maka sudah seharusnya patuh terhadap perintah Allah untuk berbuat baik kepada orang tua. Ta’at dan patuh terhadap keduanya, melainkan apabila keduanya menyuruh kemusyrikan. Karena orang tua yaitu ibu dan bapak, adalah yang mengandung serta merawat dengan kasih sayang walaupun dalam keadaan mereka yang lemah. Sesuai dengan salah satunya firman Allah dalam QS Luqman ayat 14 tentang anjuran berbuat baik orang tua. Selain itu, para orang tua pun hendaknya takut meninggalkan keturunan yang lemah dengan menyiapkan keturunan yang kuat, baik kuat secara materi, fisik dan mental sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Employee engagement is one of many aspects that influence organizational performance, and sometimes within an organization there are still problems related to employee engagement. The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of intrinsic motivation, supervisor support, and co-worker support to employee engagement mediated by employee creativity. Data were collected from 124 full-time workers in the industrial sector. This study used cross sectional method and used SmartPLS software. The results of the study have shown that employee creativity could mediate the relation of intrinsic motivation and co-worker support to employee engagement, but employee creativity could not mediate the relationship of supervisor support to employee engagement. By understanding the results of this research, hopefully the executive of industrial sector can understand variables that effect employee engagement and adjust the internal activity of company in order to gain high employee engagement.

Abstract

Technology is widely used in the world of education, as a means and infrastructure for interaction between educators and students. Current technological developments have positive and negative impacts, preferably positive impacts are more dominantly utilized by technology users. Today's children integrate a lot with technology, such as gadgets and video games. Now, children spend more time with the media every day, if the child's interaction with technology without getting the guidance of teachers and parents will damage the child's character. In fact, failure to cultivate character from an early age will form a problematic person in his adulthood. Quality character needs to be formed and nurtured from an early age. Early age is a critical period for the formation of one's character. The research objective to be achieved is to describe the efforts of Al-Hasan PAUD teachers in shaping the character of students in the digitalization era through Al-Qur'an-based methods. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were Al-Hasan PAUD teachers and students. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing steps. The results of the study show that the efforts of Al-Hasan PAUD teachers in building character through the Al-Qur'an based method.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with an agrarian background, which means that the agricultural sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the main problems in development in the agricultural sector is weak capital. The agricultural sector is a real sector capable of supporting the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research is descriptive qualitative which describes financing in the agricultural sector that is able to support the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the economic field. The results of this study explain that the Islamic economic SDGs can be achieved through agricultural development. This is because the agricultural sector has an important role in improving the economy which will automatically alleviate poverty. So it can be concluded that one way to achieve the SDGs is through the agricultural sector. The agricultural sector has a fundamental role in meeting basic human needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Gadgets on social interaction among adolescents in Banyumas Village. The methodology used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The sample respondents in this study were 54 adolescents, consisting of 45 female adolescents and 9 male adolescents. Based on the findings of the research results, it was found that there were positive and negative impacts on the use of gadgets on adolescents in Banyumas Village. The positive impact of using gadgets includes; making it easier for teenagers to establish communication with people who are far away, and making it easier for teenagers to get information about education quickly. The negative impacts of using gadgets include; Adolescents experiencing social dysfunction, the intensity of direct interaction with other humans being reduced, adolescenbeingare less sensitive to their surroundings, the quality of direct interaction being very low, adolescents rarely communicating directly (face to face) and adolescents become consumptive. However, the form of interaction that takes place between adolescents tends to be associative, meaning that adolescents use telecommunication gadgets to collaborate with other humans by forming groups on chat media and social media, the main purpose of forming these groups is to disseminate information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the content of the Kemuhammadiyahan lesson plan used in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program FAI UMSU. This type of research is analytic qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using document content analysis techniques and interviews. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model that is carried out interactively and takes place. Continuously. Data research steps are carried out by data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results obtained were: 1) The contents of the lesson plans for the Kemuhammadiyahan course in the UMSU PAI Study Program were not tailored to the needs of graduates. All Basic Competencies that are formulated do not use operational verbs (OV). The methods listed in the Semester Lesson Plan (RPS) are still classical. The formulation of learning outcomes is at levels C1 and C2 with the LOTS category. 2) The contents of the syllabus for the Kemuhammadiyahan course in the PAI Study Program have not been developed according to the needs by adding several subjects from the Kemuhammadiyahan curriculum at the high school level. RPS development is carried out by formulating Basic Competency using operational verbs. The methods included must be able to trigger critical thinking, and reasoning skills, and be student-centered. The formulation of learning outcomes must be at the C3-C6 (HOTS) level.

Abstract

The teacher is the most important role in learning process, because a teacher will change behavior and improve the quality of students to become better individual. The duty of a teacher is to guide, educate, and direct students to always be devoted to Allah SWT. In Islam the figure of religion teacher is very strategic, in addition to carrying out a scientific mission so that students master religious sciences, the teacher also carries out a sacred duty, a prophetic mission, namely to guide and direct students towards the path of Allah SWT. This article aims to find out that teachers have a higher and special position in the perspective of Islamic education. The research approach used in this article is qualitative research. This study uses library data sources in obtaining data. This study uses library data sources in the form of books, journals, and other sources collected from several references related to the title of this article. The technique used in data collection is by finding reference sources related to the discussion of this article, then analyzing the contents of the data that has been collected. The results of this study indicate that teachers have a higher position in an Islamic perspective. Allah will also give higher positions and degrees to knowledgeable people. A teacher has an obligation in order to create the nation's children to become intelligent human beings and have good morals.

Abstract

Intellectual property rights not only recognize individual intellectual property rights but also the existence of communal intellectual property rights. Recognition of communal intellectual property rights governs intangible cultural heritage through various expressions, representations, practices, skills, knowledge and instruments. They also consider culturally related objects, artefacts, and environments for various groups and communities and in some cases, individuals recognized as part of the cultural heritage. The research method used is normative juridical research, namely legal research conducted by examining literature or secondary data. Submission of claims for copyright infringement can also be carried out criminally. UUHC has formulated actions that are categorized as copyright crimes. Originally, this copyright crime was an offense, but was later changed to a complaint offense under Article 120. By becoming a complaint offense, the action taken is solely based on a complaint from the creator or copyright holder who feels aggrieved, so that law enforcement becomes less effective. disputes that give rise to legal consequences, either because of a violation of positive law rules or because of a conflict with the rights and obligations of a person regulated by positive law provisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students' attitudes towards the learning process of web-based e-learning as well as the constraints and solutions of online learning using web-based e-learning for Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. This research uses mixed methods. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MA Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data validation used source triangulation and percentage tabulation, while data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) students' attitudes towards online learning using e-learning in the Qur'an Hadith subject students' attitudes towards online learning using web-based e-learning in the Qur'an Hadith subject are good ( 65%.) 2) Obstacles in learning include networking and difficulty understanding the material. While the solution is to find a strong network, look for other references, provide alternatives in collecting assignments and always provide stimulus to students.

Abstract

Illegal investment crimes take many victims and cause huge losses for the victims, which have implications for disrupting the country's economic stability. The perpetrators are not only from within the country but across countries by using digital facilities. Islamic law strictly prohibits fraudulent acts in business and trade transactions, Islam threatens the perpetrators with severe punishment in this world and in the hereafter according to the word of Allah SWT in Surah Al-Muthoffifin verse 1 which means; "Woe to those who cheat". To protect the public from becoming victims of illegal investments, strong regulations and institutions are needed and strict sanctions are imposed on the perpetrators. The perpetrator must be held accountable for his actions both civilly and criminally, this is in accordance with the concept of al-mas'uliyat (legal responsibility) which is meant in the Shari'a, both criminal liability and criminal liability. Illegal investment crimes are very contrary to the principle of maqashidu syar'iyyah, therefore it is very appropriate to impose penalties on the perpetrators to compensate for the losses of the victims.
