Abstract

Land disputes in our lives cannot be avoided, this is due to the shift in the function of land in the economic development development sector, especially with the development of plantations and mining sectors managed by companies which has an impact on the loss of a sense of justice in the people who own the land, leaving disputes/disputes. that land. The karakatan that grows in the Banjar community is a local wisdom that has been embedded for a long time, so that the karakatan can become an alternative model for resolving land disputes in the bamalam custom in South Kalimantan. This research aims to analyze the concept of karakatan as an alternative model in resolving land disputes thoroughly in the bacepat custom in South Kalimantan. The research method used is an empirical legal method with a case study approach in describing it qualitatively. The results of the research found that Karakatan is an alternative model for resolving land disputes in the Badunia custom in accordance with the spirit of article 21 of the Sultan Adam Law which reads: Every kampoeng, if there is a dispute about the content of the kampoengnja ija itoe tetoeha kampungnja koesoeroeh, will discuss the mupaqat-mupaqat of the opponent who toeha-toeha kampoengnja itoe lamoen cannot also discuss the matter and take it to the judge, so the values of local wisdom are very strong, where every time there is a problem in the midst of life the community can be resolved by the village elders, this means that the ishlah carried out by the village elders is none other than to maintain kinship in their environment, meaning that the character of community life becomes a priority in resolving disputes/problems faced by the community.

Abstract

This article discusses the Innovation Of Islamic Education Teaching Methods Based On Ict In Secondary Schools. The method used in this article is a literature review method, derived from literature with facts obtained from the field. The data or materials are sourced from the library, including books, journals, articles, and so on. Data sources are also gathered by collecting literature sources to obtain theoretical information and explanations. The data analysis technique involves summarizing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Innovative learning methods can stimulate students to actively participate in the learning process, thereby improving the overall quality of education. The digital era demands the need for teachers' creativity, such as using various innovative methods, to prevent their roles from being replaced by rapidly advancing technology. Some learning methods that can be used to support innovative learning include flipped learning, blended learning, and e-learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of awareness of paying taxes, knowledge of tax regulations and level of education on the willingness to pay taxes at KPP Pratama Medan Petisah. The type of research used in this study is associative research. The population in this study is all individual taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama Medan Petisah as of 2021 as many as 94232 business entities and a sample of 100 business entities. The sampling technique is carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are by using Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Liner Regression Analysis and Hypetesis Test (T-test) with SPSS 16 software tools. The results of this study show that awareness of paying taxes and knowledge of taxation have a positive and partial significant influence on the willingness to pay taxes. Medium for education level does not have the effect of dah is not significant on the cost of paying taxes. Together the awareness of paying taxes and knowledge of tax regulations show a significant influence against the will to pay taxes.

Abstract

Peran bank sangat penting sebagai lembaga kepercayaan publik dan sekaligus sebagai lembaga perantara keuangan antara nasabah penyimpan dan nasabah debitur. Tanpa kepercayaan masyarakat khususnya nasabah penyimpan terhadap bank tertentu, maka tidak mungkin bank tersebut mampu memberikan kredit kepada para debiturnya. Paper ini membahas permasalahan lemahnya komitmen dalam pelaksanaan kewajiban kehati-hatian oleh bank untuk melakukan analisis kredit terhadap permohonan para calon nasabah debitur sehingga berdampak pada terjadinya kredit bermasalah, dan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap bank. Prinsip analisis kredit adalah suatu kewajiban bank, sebab bank diwajibkan melaksanakan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam penyaluran kredit. Analisis kredit yang ketat merupakan penjabaran dari pelaksanaan kewajiban kehati-hatian bank dalam memberikan kredit kepada debitur. Pentingnya prinsip analisis kredit bagi bank diperlukan untuk meminimalisir risiko kredit bermasalah dimana nasabah debitur mengalami kondisi kredit kurang lancar, kredit diragukan, atau kredit macet. Diharapkan bagi bank tidak mengabaikan kewajibannya dalam memberikan kredit kepada para calon nasabah debitur dengan lebih meningkatkan metode analisis kredit yang ketat, sebab bisnis perbankan merupakan bisnis kepercayaan. Jangan sampai kepercayaan masyarakat hilang terhadap bank hanya karena kredit bermasalah pada satu debitur berdampak kerugian yang luas bagi masyarakat, khususnya nasabah lainnya dan bank itu sendiri.

Abstract

The approach to islamic education is one of the most important aspects of education. Why is an approach to islamic education one of the most important aspects of education, so that teachers can deepen the knowledge of what needs to be considered when teaching is accomplished. As for the research methods used in this journal are qualitative methods. Qualitative methods stemming from descriptive sources that researches quote some documented letters, library research, and researcher also cite from the Qur’an and as-Sunnah at their point of reference as a reference source in approaches to islamic education.  And purpose of writing this journal is to dig deeper and more deeply related approaches in islamic education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of work relatedness and work ability on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Medan Branch directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Medan Branch. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 47 employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Medan Branch. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly related work, work ability, job satisfaction affect employee performance. Work relatedness, work ability affect job satisfaction

Abstract

This research delves into the impact of motivation, incentives, and career development on the workforce at PT. Telkomsel Grapari Medan. The study was conducted in response to employee dissatisfaction with PT. Telkomsel's management regarding the non-payment of allowances, leading to large-scale demonstrations. Field data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis used the multiple analysis method. This analytical technique was employed to assess the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis process was conducted with the assistance of SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. The research findings indicate that motivation and career development simultaneously have a significant impact on the workforce at PT. Telkomsel Grapari Medan. This conclusion is based on the F-value of 18.533 with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, both motivation and career development have a significant impact on the workforce. This is evident from the T-values of motivation at 4.539 and career development at 2.891, exceeding the T-table value of 1.996. Meanwhile, the incentive variable does not have a partial impact on the workforce because its T-value is smaller than the T-table value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the decision to use the Goseh application through trust as an intervening variable (case study in the community in Berastagi subdistrict). The sample used was non-probability sampling with a total of 96 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis techniques use Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS and SPSS software programs. The results of this research are that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on trust, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on trust, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on usage decisions, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on usage decisions, trust has a positive influence and significant on usage decisions, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions with trust as an intervening variable and perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions with trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

One sector that helps a country's economic growth is banking. The types of guarantee institutions as they are known in the Indonesian legal system, can be classified according to the way they occur, according to their nature, according to their objects, according to the authority to control them. Initially, Indonesian banks preferred the conventional banking system to a banking system based on Islamic sharia. With the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 1991, which was the first bank based on Islamic sharia. In addition, the enactment of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking shows a strong commitment to the development of Islamic banking. Article 19 paragraph (1) of the Law regulates business activities carried out by Islamic banks, including sharia contracts such as mudharabah, murabahah, ijarah, kafalah, and others. In sharia bank guarantee products, kafalah is a contract, if there is a default, execution will be carried out on the object of the guarantee, execution is an attempt by a party won in a decision to obtain what is rightfully entitled to him with the help of legal force.  Therefore, this study uses a statute approach and conceptual approach where there are rules regarding kafalah in Islamic banks which will then be seen as appropriate or not with what has been applied in Islamic banks in Indonesia.
