Abstract

AbstractFootball is a team game played by eleven players each including a goalkeeper. Football is almost entirely using foot skills, except for the goalkeeper who isfree to use any part of the body. Football does not only require physical strength but also must be accompanied by good technique, tactics and mentality. Especially in terms of basic techniques or skills such as passing, controlling, dribbling, shooting, longpassing and heading, they must be mastered well and perfectly in order to play ball well.
