AbstractThis research aims to reveal about the relief efforts that will be given to learners at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya who often ditch. Method used was descriptive in form survey .The conclusion of this research is, in know that the characteristic of case subject is in three consecutive week not entering school without permission, the subject of the case has been through the process of guidance, the parent / guardian of the case subject has been through the process of calling and coming too late. Factors causing factors is the fear of being late and feeling lazy because it was not school in the previous day. The counseling model used to help the case subject is the REBT counseling model. The result of the change is that within a month the subject of the case is absent. The researcher's suggestion is that case subjects are expected to maintain and improve again the positive changes they have.Keywords: Case study, Trainee, Truant

Abstract This research is conducted for displaying the language elements on Malay names in Kampung Tanjung, Mempawah. Moreover, the research aims to analyse 1) The Naming System of Malay people in Kampung Tanjung Mempawah. This research is performed by descriptive-qualitative method. The technique used are interviewing and documenting by utilizing interview guidelines and camera. Meanwhile, this research is analysed by collecting, classifying, interpreting, and connecting all the namesbased on the society’s languages. Then, the data is validated by discussingthe research’s output with the reliable researchers.To wrap up, the research concludes that 1) the naming system of Malay people in Kampung Tanjung Mempawah is categorised by three ways: a) the naming system based on sound structure, b) the naming system based on background, c) the naming system based on the sources. 2) The naming system of Malay people in Kampung Tanjung Mempawah consists of a) The process of the unbounded specific ritual, b) the process of the naming system which comprises i) the using of references, ii) the assembling of elder’s names, iii) the using of media. 3) the output of this research would be a “Bahan Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia”which is – implicitly or explicitly – a collection of Malay Names in Kampung Tanjung.Keywords: Naming, Malay, Mempawah

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether the use of Ispring 7.0 program can improve the learning outcomes of students of grade V Primary School 17 Pontianak City. The research method used is descriptive with the form of action research class. Research subjects are teachers as researchers and students of class V which amounted to 36 people. The procedure consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collected is the data of teachers' ability to design and implement learning, and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques use document observation and scrutiny. The data collection tool uses observation sheet and student learning result document. Data analysis using average calculation. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The result of the research is the average score of teacher's ability to design the learning in the first cycle of 3.75 and on the second cycle of 3.90. The average score of teachers' ability to implement the learning in the first cycle of 3.67 and on the second cycle of 4.00. Average Score Student learning outcomes in cycle I of 76.00 and on the second cycle of 95.61. Thus, the use of Ispring 7.0 program can improve student learning outcomes. AbstractThis thesis entitled "the influence of learning attitudes toward student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya". The problem of this research is (1) How is the attitude of student learning class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya on economic learning? (2) How is the result of student learning class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari on economic learning? (3) Is there an influence between students' learning attitudes toward learning outcomes on economic subjects? The method used is descriptive method in the form of relationship studies. The sample of this research is students of class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya as many as 32 students. In hypothesis test that is t test> t table or 5,462> 2,042 meaning there is influence between attitude study and result learn. R result of 0.100 according to predetermined conditions, this figure lies between 0,00-0,199 which belongs very low category. The output value of R2 shows the number of 0.10, meaning the percentage of the contribution of learning attitudes toward student learning outcomes by 10% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Keywords: learning attitudes, learning outcomes, economic subjects

AbstractThe purpose is describing to psychology of author, psychology of the main character, psychology of reader in the novel and the implementation in learning procces to Senior High School. Method of research use to method desription shaped qualitation with pschology behavioristic. Techniques in the research is techniques documentary studies and interview through social media with the data collection tool is researches themselves and data card. Pschology of aouthor realized with sad, can accept reality, suffering from a diases, family can?t to be continued education find in the text novel not much different with life of the aouthor. Pschology of main caharcter realized with the feeling of shy,annoyed, sad, angry, afraid, happy and guilty feeling. Pschology of reader the feel moved, touch of the heart and impressed already to read novels My Idiot Brother by Agnes Davonar . The research can to be as learning Indonesian languange in the Senior High School class of XII . Abstract The purpose of this research is to get objective information and clarity about the ability of classroom management, teacher motivation and activity of elementary school students Bruder Melati and to know the relationship between the ability of classroom management and teachers motivation with the Bruder Melati Pontianak elementary school students learning activities. The research method used is descriptive method with the form of correlation / relationship studies. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The sample in this research is 30 teachers of Bruder Melati Pontianak Elementary School with the characteristics of active teachers and bachelor degree as the minimum requirement. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained conclusions (1) Classroom management by teachers in Elementary Bruder Melati Pontianak is 83.20% and classified as Good. (2) The teachers teaching motivation at Bruder Melati Pontianak Elementary School is 84.38% and classified as Good. (3) The student's learning activity at Bruder Melati elementary school is 82.91% and also classified as good. While the results of statistical analysis parametric with simple and multiple linear regression obtained conclusions: (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between the ability of classroom management by teachers with student learning activities. (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between the teachers motivation with student learning activities. (6) There is a significant relationship between the ability of classroom management and teachers motivation with student learning activities simultaneous. Abstrak : Penelitian tentang pengaruh minat dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas x jurusan akuntansi pada bidang studi dasar-dasar akuntansi di smk mandiri pontianak dengan masalah umumnya adalah ?Besar Pengaruh Minat Dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Bidang Studi Dasara-Dasar Akuntansi Kelas X Jurusan Akuntansi Di SMK Mandiri Pontianak??. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program statistik SPSS versi 22.0, maka diperoleh hasil analisis data yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan minat belajar siswa dan fasilitas belajar siswa secara parsial dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) X1 terhadap Y sebesar 29,7%, X2 terhadap Y sebesar 21,9% serta X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 38,4%. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar Dasar-dasar Akuntansi, Minat Belajar Siswa dan Fasilitas Belajar Siswa Abstract : The research about the influence of interest and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of the students of accounting department x in the field of study of accounting basics at smk mandiri pontianak with the problem generally is "The Big Influence Of Interest And Learning Facilities To Student Results In The Field Of Basic Dasara-Akuntansi Studies Class X Accounting Department At SMK Mandiri Pontianak? ". The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form of research relationship study. Data collection techniques used indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data of the researcher using multiple linear regression formula which is processed with SPSS version 22.0 statistic program, then obtained the result of data analysis which stated there is influence and significant interest of student learning and partially and simultaneously student learning to student learning result. This is shown by Coefficient of Determination (R2) X1 to Y of 29,7%, X2 to Y equal to 21,9% and X1 and X2 to Y equal to 38,4%. AbstractSemantic field verbs hit that contained in Dayak Language Kanayatn Bajare Isolect has different types and functions. This research problem, to know the component of meaning, kind of meaning and meaning, and semantic function of verbs hit in Dayak Kanayatn Bajare Isolect. This research focuses on the semantic field, with the aim of (1) describing the components of the meaning language of Kanayatn Bajare Isolect; (2) describing the type and meaning of the verb striking in the Dayak language of Kanayatn Bajare Isolect; and (3) describing the function of semantic verbs hit in Dayak language Kanayatn Bajare Isolect. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that in Dayak Kanayatn Bajare Isolect there are 20 lexeme verbs hit without tools, and 3 lexeme verbs hit without tools and using tools. The types of meanings and meanings found in lexical meanings, 41 cultural meanings, 39 grammatical meanings, and 41 semantic function.Keywords: semantics, meaning fields, verbs, hit, Bajare Isolect

Abstract The general problem raised in this study is whether the leadership of the principal has a significant effect on job satisfaction, does the principal's motivation significantly influence the teacher's job satisfaction, and or does the principal's leadership and motivation affect teachers' job satisfaction equally?The regression test results from independent variables to the dependent variable  obtained data of 39.7% and 33.2% respectively and together independent variables to the dependent variable 68%. Thus it is stated that there is a significant influence    between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Other data that support is that the results of F arithmetic on Anova b 21, 737 is greater than F table is 3.04 and accepted.Based on the above data can be summed up as follows:The category of job satisfaction satisfy with the frequency distribution of respondents Of 203 samples or 40.39%. Headmaster leadership categories with frequency distribution 81 Respondents from 203 samples or 39.90%. High school principal motivation with frequency distribution of 81 respondents rom203 samples or 39.90%.The leadership of the principal influences significantly Teacher's job satisfaction in SD Negeri Kecamatan Tebassebesar 39,7%. The motivation of the principal has an effect on the satisfaction of teachers of SD Negeri Tebas sub-district is significantly 33,2%. Headmaster's leadership and principal motivation together-The same effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers Tebas District Significantly by 68%.       Key Words: Principal Leadership, Principal Motivation, and Master's Job Satisfaction.

AbstractReduplication in a collection of Kompas Chosen Short Stories 2014 Di Tubuh Tarra, dalam Rahim Pohon.This research is focused on the field of morphology, which is reduplication in a collection of Kompas Chosen Short Stories 2014 Di Tubuh Tarra, dalam Rahim Pohon. The main problem is limited to two sub-problems concerning the description of the form and the meaning of reduplication.The method used in this research is study documenter method in qualitative form. The source of data in this research is the collection of Kompas Chosen Short Stories 2014 Di Tubuh Tarra, dalam Rahim Pohon. The date in this research are the observations on words which contain forms and meanings of reduplication.Based on the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that in a collection of Kompas Chosen Short Stories 2014, there are 134 words and 134 words denote the meaning of reduplication.
