AbstractThe purpose of observation is to know effect of motivation to work and organization culture to job satisfaction elementary school teacher in Jawai subdistrict. This observation is use quantitative with descriptive analytic method. Population in this observation is PNS?s teaacher in elementary school Jawai subdistrict were 179 techers with amount of sample 124 teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire with measurement models using Likert scale. The collected data is tabulated. Then analyzed with the help of a computer application program, SPSS version 20 for Windows. Base on the result of observation is that (1) to get effect of motivation to work (X1) to job satisfaction teacher (Y) with beta (b1) is 0, 422 = 42,2%; (2) to get effect of organization culture (X2) to get job satisfaction teacher (Y) with beta (b1) is 0,520 = 52,0%; (3) to get effect of motivation to work (X1) and organization culture (X2) to job satisfaction teacher (Y) looked from R Square is 33,6%. The result test F that to see output ANOVA from analysis double regression linier to show that F count > F table (26,854 > 3,07).Key word: Motivation, Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction.

AbstractManagement of educators and education is a process of planning, organizing, Actuating and Controlling the lecturer and the structure and all components contained in the institution or educational institution to achieve the objectives tha have been determined effectively and efficiently trough human resources.The purpose of study was to obtain descriptive information about the Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.With a qualitative approach and case study, this thesis prepared using primary data and secondary data trough interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclution.The study found that the management Educators and Education Personnel concultion. 1)This research finds the planning of educatorsand education personnel in the department of midwifery Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak through the process of mapping, analyzing the needs, proposing the forwardto Derectorate for selection, for recruitment of non-civil servants referring to the act and government regulation related to officer. 2) the organization of educatorsand education personnel in the department of midwifery Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak implemented based on the organizational structure Poltekkes and organizational structuremidwifery department. 3)Actuating of educatorsand education personnel in the department of midwifery Poltekkesgiven by the head of study programdirectly responsible chairmanof the department through individual group meetins.4) Controllingof educatorsand education personnel in the department of midwifery Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak is conducted by the head of the study program directlyresponsible to the head of department, performance appraisal is measured by employee performace target wich effects the benefits received. AbstractThis study discusses the influence of social guidance on the ethics of social interaction among 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 04 Sungai Raya in 2019. Ethics in relationships that must be possessed by adolescents is respecting fellow students, respecting ideas, thoughts and opinions of others, daring to convey something, expressing opinions politely, get used to saying thank you, dare to admit mistakes, civilized and respect older people. In providing assistance to deal with students' social ethical issues, social assistance can be carried out. This is a survey research with a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 35 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 04 Sungai Raya in 2019. Data were collected using indirect communication techniques and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. The findings show that the percentage of social guidance is 72% and social ethics is 74%. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between social guidance and the ethics of social interaction for Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 04 Sungai Raya. This means that the better the social guidance provided by the supervisor, the better the students' social ethics. Conversely the more social guidance is not given properly, the lower the social ethics of students. Keywords: Social guidance, Social ethics

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum mendapatkan informasi yang akurat untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA dikelas III Sekolah Dasar Eka Tjipta Kencana Marau Ketapang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Terdapat peningkatan aktifitas belajar pada baseline yaitu 22,4% meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 42,3% pada siklus 1, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 57% kemudian meningkat menjadi 91.9% pada siklus III. Selisih peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 14,7% kemudian selisih peningkatan dari siklus II ke siklus III 34,4%. Dengan demikian skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I dan II dikategorikan rendah kemudian pada siklus III dikategorikan sedang. Kata Kunci: aktivitas Belajar, Metode Demonstrasi, IPA Abstract: The aim of this is generally to get accurate information to improve student learning activities in science teaching in class III elementary school Eka Tjipta Kencana Marau Ketapang. The method used is descriptive method . there is increased actvity at baseline study is 22,4% increased to 42,3% in the first cycle, the second cycle increased to 57% and then increased to 91.9% in the third cycle. Difference improvement from the first cycle to the second cycle of 14,7% then the diffrence increased from cycle II to cycle III of 34,4%. Abstract This study would to determined the implementation of the equality package A, B and C education program in PKBM Merdeka Terentang District, Kubu Raya Regency. The research used descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The data source in this study is the management of PKBM Merdeka, Terentang District, Kubu Raya Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation, and documentation, while the data collection tools used were interview guides, observation and documentation. An analysis in this study presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using informants as many as four people, consisting of PKBM Merdeka administrators. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the equality package A, B and C education program in PKBM Merdeka runs well according to what has been planned by the management, although there are some obstacles, the first is the lack of facilities and infrastructure such as computers, so that students are not obedient in the learning process too late was not even present, and during the learning process many students talked to themselves. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa dikaji dari tingkat disposisi matematis pada materi Program Linear di Kelas XII MAN 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 37 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan disposisi matematis tinggi memiliki rata-rata skor berpikir kreatif secara keseluruhan sebesar 9,6 dengan kategori baik; siswa dengan disposisi matematis sedang memiliki rata-rata skor berpikir kreatif secara keseluruhan sebesar 6,4 dengan kategori cukup; dan siswa dengan disposisi matematis rendah memiliki rata-rata skor berpikir kreatif secara keseluruhan sebesar 3,4 dengan kategori kurang. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis dan disposisi matematis dalam materi Program Linear di kelas XII MAN 1 Pontianak. Â Kata Kunci: Berpikir Kreatif Matematis, Disposisi Matematis, Program Linear Abstract : This research aims to describe how mathematical creative thinking skill of students observed from level of mathematical disposition on linear program material in class XII MAN 1 Pontianak. The method of study used in this study is descriptive method with the design of case study. The subject of the study were 37 students. The findings showed that the students with high level of mathematical disposition had the average of score of mathematical creative thinking skill, as big as 9,6 for the overall and were categorized as good. The students with medium level had the average of mathematical creative thinking skill score as much as 3,4, and were categorized as fair. Entirely, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between mathematical creative thinking skill and mathematical disposition on linear program material in class XII MAN 1 Pontianak. If there is no vocabularies, the students can not express their opinion. The problem of students Al habib Sholeh is the less vocabularies master. When the teacher asked in mandarin, the students only kept silent and laughed. Therefore, the script aim of the writer is how the teaching uses game based on right multimedia and for increasing students memorization and students’ understanding. Writer using action research and examination on research in      Al Habib Sholeh Junior High School grade 2 students. During the investigate, the writer found that students ability in memorize vocabularies is still low, students’ interest in learning Chinese language is not high either. After teaching methods, we can conclude that use game based on multimedia method can improved student’s ability in memorize Mandarin’s vocabularies and student’s interest in learning Mandarin, found that students difficulties in studying Mandarin’s vocabularies and provide solutions in question. Abstract This study aimed to compare the results of students of class XI Specialization in Social Sciences and Cross Interests on Taxation material SMA Taruna Earth Khatulistuwa Kubu Raya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey forms. The sample in this research is class XI Specialization in Social Sciences as many as 15 students and Cross Interests 15 students.The results of this study which is the average result value of specialization grade social studies class 76 and cross-interest 88.8. Judging from completeness, students who pass the class specialization of social sciences as much as 7 students (53%) and traffic class interest 13 students (87%). Based on t-test on the test class specialization of social sciences and cross-class interests Ë‚ significance value of 0.05 (0.002 <0.05), then there is a difference in the results of test scores specialization grade social studies and cross-class interests. AbstractMany types of learning strategies can be used by the language learners to make the learning process running well. However, in doing the practice the learners are identified limited types of learning strategies and it makes them face many problems in learning. The aims of the study is to find the typical learning strategies used by the Alumnus of English Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty Tanjungpura University in speaking English. The result of the study showed that the alumnus of English Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty Tanjungpura University used singing english song, exploring a book, and  watching western movies as the activities to employ her speaking skill and from that activity she can develop her speaking skill. Thus, the learner of English Department are suggested to ap ply many strategies. For this reasearch the socio- affective strategies should be the most suitable strategy practiced by the alumni. Keywords: Learning strategies, Post formal study, Speaking Performance

Abstrak : Judul penelitian ini adalah peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Model Kooperatif Tipe Scramble. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) dan sifat penelitian yaitu bersifat kolaboratif. Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik observasi langsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama III siklus dengan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 1) Kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe scramble mulai dari siklus I yaitu, 3.64, siklus II 3.75, dan siklus III 3.83. 2) Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe scramble mulai dari siklus I yaitu, 3.16, siklus II 3.51, sampai dengan siklus III dengan rata-rata 3.66. 3) Aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan model kooperatif tipe scramble dari siklus I yaitu 51.91 %, siklus II 74.28 % dan siklus III 86.18 % . dengan demikian penelitian dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe scramble dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar negeri 66 Pontianak Kota dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran IPS. Kata kunci : Aktivitas belajar, Scramble Abstract : The title of this research is to enhancement of students' learning activities using the Cooperative Learning Type Scramble. The method used in this research is descriptive method, kind of this research is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) and the nature of the research is collaborative. Data collection technique used is the technique of direct observation. This study was conducted during the third cycle with the results obtained: 1) The ability of teachers to plan cooperative learning model scramble start of the first cycle, namely, 3.64, 3.75 second cycle, and the cycle III 3.83. 2) The ability of teachers to implement cooperative learning type scramble start of the first cycle ie, 3:16, 3:51 second cycle, up to the third cycle with an average of 3.66. 3) Student learning activities using the cooperative learning type scramble from the first cycle is 51.91%, 74.28% second cycle and the third cycle 86.18%. thus research using the cooperative learning type scramble in IPS learning can improve students' learning activities of fourth grade elementary school 66 Pontianak City and can improve the ability of teachers in the IPS process learning. Keywords : Learning activities, Scramble
