Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishments on employee performance at PT. Marketing Sakti Bengkulu. This study used total sampling techniques with a sample size of 60 respondents. The results of the t-test and F-test showed that rewards and punishments both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained was 67.7%, indicating that 67.7% of employee performance was affected by rewards and punishments. The remaining 32.3% was affected by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

Organizations are static tools or containers. The organization was founded as a container to achieve the goals that have been set. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether the speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity, ability to pay and security simultaneously affect the interest of online loan users. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis.Based on the results of this study it was concluded that there is an influence on the speed of loan approval (X1) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing effectiveness (X2) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing productivity (X3) on the interest in using loans online Bengkulu (Y) There is an effect of the ability to pay (X4) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a security effect (X5) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a simultaneous influence on speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity , the ability to pay and security for the interests of online loan users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand prestige and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya consumers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 110 respondents who are consumers of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that brand prestige and lifestyle have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya consumers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress on employee performance at PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya (Case Study on Employees of PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya City in the Sales Clerk). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents from sales clerks at PT. Asia Department Store Tasikmalaya City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on turnover intention. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 43 respondents from cv Gulamali Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work stress and leadership style have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, leadership style has no effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work ethic and workload on employee performance (census on Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 58 respondents who are an employee at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work ethic and workload has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work ethic has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially workload has a significant on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine public satisfaction with public services in the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, namely the people of Seluma Regency. Data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method used is IKM in this study based on KEPMENPAN Number 4 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys. From the results of the study, it was found that the quality of service at the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registry Office has met the expectations of customers or the community, in other words, the community is satisfied with the services provided by the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registry Office office with the criteria "Very Good (A)" which is indicated by the average value of the mastarakat perception of 3.64 at an interval of 3.5324 – 4.00. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value of 3.64 is at an interval of 3.5324 – 4.00 with the criterion "Very Good (A)", as well as the IKM value after being converted by 91 is at an interval of 88.31 – 100.00 with the criterion "Excellent (A)". Based on 9 indicators of service quality, the highest value is in the fourth indicator, namely costs / tariffs with an average value of 3.74 at intervals of 3.5324 – 4.00 with the criterion "Excellent (A)". Based on 9 indicators of service quality, the lowest value is in the sixth indicator, namely the competence of the Executor with an average value of 3.35 at intervals of 3.0644 – 3.532 with the criterion "Good (B)".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Quality of Raw Materials and Production Process on the Product Quality (Survey at Home Industry Kamiya Rajapolah Sub-District Tasikmalaya District). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 40 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results show that quality of materials and production process, have a significant effect on performance product quality. Partially, quality of raw materials has a significant effect on product quality. Partially, production process does not have a significant effect on product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to influence work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data in this study used primary data using research data collection techniques and questionnaires. The research used a survey method, the research respondents were some 35 teachers. Questionnaire instruments regarding work performance as related variables, division of tasks, coaching, work skills and organizational commitment as independent variables and analysis tools using multiple regression. From the results of the study it was found that the influence of work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence partially has a significant influence on work performance. Coaching partially has a significant effect on work performance. Organizational climate partially has a significant influence on achievement. Intellectual intelligence commitment, emotional intelligence partially and correlation have a significant effect on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances on employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method with respondents namely employees of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, totaling 44 employees and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Muara Enim Regency, totaling 20 people. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances affect employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency both partially and simultaneously. In this study, leadership has the highest influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.257, while the lowest is Punishment with a regression coefficient value of 0.081.
