Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job evaluation, work environment and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test using, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that job evaluation has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. Supervision has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency Keywords: Job evaluation, work environment, supervision and work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Training and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Office Employees in Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency", both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 127 village office employees in Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency, using the total side technique, which means that all populations were used as research samples.Based on the t test, it is known that the calculated t value in the training variable of 4.843 is greater than the table t which is 1.960 with the probabilility t which is a sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance limitation of 0.05. Based on the test results, the training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the work motivation variable, the calculated value of 4.536 is greater than t table, which is 1,960 with a probabilility t, which is a sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance limitation of 0.05. Based on the results of these tests, the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it was found that the calculated F value was 256,196 greater than F table 2.68 with a sig value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that training and work motivation together had a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance variables. The R square value obtained is 0.805. This figure shows that employee performance can be explained by training and work motivation of 80.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation and location on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village. This study used quantitative methods and data collection by observation and questionnaire distribution. The samples in this study were consumers at the Arga Jaya village sari fitri store which amounted to 120 people and sampling was carried out using the Hair et al method. Based on the results of research and discussion of product innovation, it has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village, meaning that with the product innovation provided by the fitri sari store, of course, this will increase the level of purchase decisions. Location also has a positive and significant effect, meaning that with a location that is strategic enough and easy to access, consumers will increase in decision making. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely product innovation (X1) and location (X2) on the dependent variable, namely purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work productivity and career development on employee commitment at PT. Mitsubishi Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu City. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Mitsubishi Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu City, the population used in this study were 40 employees. The number of samples in this study were 40 people. The data that has been collected is processed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test technique, and the Hypothesis Test, namely the t test and f test. From the results of this study it can be concluded that partially the Work Productivity variable has a significant effect on the Commitment variable, H1 is accepted, and the Work Development variable has a significant effect on the Commitment variable, H1 is accepted, while the f test Work Productivity and Career Development jointly have a significant effect on Commitment Employees at PT. Mitsubishi Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu City. So that H3 is accepted. The overall significant level is (Sig. a = 0.000 <0.05). As well as having a regression equation Y = 1,320 + 0.256X1 + 0.269X2 and the coefficient of determination R2, the Adjust R Square value is 0.652. The most dominant factor with the greatest regression coefficient value is the Career Development variable (X2) with a value of 0.269

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance (Survey at the Rajapolah Regional Cuttlefish Company, Tasikmalaya Regency). The method used in this study is causality, with a sample of 30 respondents who are company owners, production managers and deputy production managers of 10 Cuttlefish Companies in the Rajapolah area of Tasikmalaya Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the calculations, it was found that the application of Total Quality Management had a positive and significant effect on the operating performance of cuttlefish companies in Rajapolah, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on the decision to choose to rent a boarding room in the Adam Malik area km.9, to determine the effect of location on the decision to choose to rent a boarding room in the Adam Malik area km.9 and to determine the effect of price and location on the decision to choose a rental. boarding house in the adam malik area km.9. Abstract

This research was conducted at a Hypermart in Bengkulu City, the formulation of the problem in this study was: Does Service Quality and Product Quality Affect Customer Loyalty at Hypermart Bengkulu City, and the purpose of this study was to find out whether Service Quality and Product Quality affect Customer Loyalty at Hypermart City Bengkulu, the sample in this study were 85 respondents, data analysis techniques used documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Based on the results of research that has been done about the effect of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty at Hypermarts in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded as follows: Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Hypermart in Bengkulu City Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Hypermart in Bengkulu City, Service Quality (X1) and Product Quality (X2) together have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Hypermart in Bengkulu City. Based on the correlation coefficient test, the value of R = 0.723 and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.522 means that Service Quality (X1) and Product Quality (X2) contribute 0.522 or 52.2% to Customer Loyalty (Y) at Hypermart in Bengkulu City while the remaining 0.478 or 47.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on the intention to use the services of the Grand Seven One Manna hotel. The sample in this study were 90 respondents. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if the customer experience increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer satisfaction increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer experience and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer experience and customer satisfaction increase, the interest in using hotel services will also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of reputation and web quality on customer trust in Lazada in Pendopo District, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the relationship between Web quality and reputation with customer trust in Lazada in Pendopo District, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a positive and significant effect of Reputation (X1) on customer trust (Y) Lazada in Pendopo District, meaning that the higher the reputation, the more increase consumer confidence. There is an influence of Web quality (X2) on Lazada's customer trust (Y) in Pendopo District. meaning that the higher the relationship marketing, the more it increases consumer confidence. There is an influence of reputation and web quality which together influence the trust of Lazada customers in the Pendopo District with a Fsig value of 0.003 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location, promotion and marketing mix on the intention to return to the Sekunyit Beach tourist attraction, South Bengkulu Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the effect of product, price, location and promotion on the decision to visit Sekunyit Beach Tourism, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is an influence of product (X1) on interest in visiting (Y) Sekunyit Beach Tourism with a significance value of 0.001 <0 .05 and tcount > ttable (8.780> 1.66196) thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is an effect of price (X2) on interest in visiting (Y) Sekunyit Beach Tourism with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (7.714>1.66196). There is an influence of location (X3) on interest in visiting (Y) Sekunyit Beach Tourism with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (5.320>1.66196) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Likewise, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence of promotion (X4) on interest in visiting (Y) Sekunyit Beach Tourism with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and t count > t table (7.714> 1.66196). Likewise, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Fsig value is 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (10.611 > 2.47), so it can be written that together product, price, location and promotion influence the interest in visiting Sekunyit Beach Tourism.
